Customer service is very bad, I have not have internet or landline for almost a month now , they all have different excuses from the technicians they only want to repeat me a few dollars but they sure took my money almost $100 out of my account, I work from home and so does my mother-in-law. Avoid this place. They're a bunch of crooks. I went there recently to upgrade my old iPhone because I kept getting messages from ATT to switch. Their cheapest was the iPhone 16e, priced at $599, but the sales guy said I could get it for $5.99/month for 36 months (+ sales tax prepaid). Nothing else was said. He said it would just be $5.99 above my normal bill. Sounded like a great deal until I checked my email that night that my next bill would be $72 above the usual and, going forward, the monthly bill would be $41 above my usual amount. When I did the math, the total after 3 years would amount to $1572 when the phone would be $652 had I paid in full. I'm aware of the activation charge but was not informed of the other fees/charges, like protection plan, etc. Now, I have the arduous task of correcting all these added costs through their customer service center, which may take a couple of weeks to sort out. I bought an Apple Watch from the apple store. The apple store told me it would take a couple minutes to setup on my own and it would be good to go. Unfortunately that did not happen. I had to call the AT&T customer service number to assist. On the AT&T line I was transferred to 3 different people that couldn't figure out the issue. One guy even flat out lied to me about my phone and watch not suppose to show a cellular connection. He left me with "it was an update issue that will resolve on its own in 30 minutes- an hour". That was once again a lie and didn't work. This was even the technical support team that worked on it! I finally got frustrated and came to the store. I was assisted by Sam that worked on this issue with me. She was the FIRST person of the 4 that actually took the time to FIX the issue. She didn't get it resolved while I was in store but followed up the next day with additional support. The next day she was able to find out more information regarding the issue and had the issue worked on. If it weren't for Sam, I would have just returned the watch. She actually cared to fix the problem and didn't shuffle me around. I wish the rest of AT&T had customer support like Sam. I probably could have saved myself hours of frustration if I came to see her first. read more

After having the worst customer service at the location in Victoria Gardens, we stopped into to Fontana and worked with Jacob. Jacob exemplifies the true meaning of excellent service. From the minute we walked into the store, were were warmly greeted, and taken care of in the purchase of a new phone. We asked a few questions regarding the transfer of data from the old phone that wouldn't turn on. He was friendly and knowledgeable in answering our questions, and even gave us advice on trying to restore the old phone as a back up. Yes, this location is a little out of the way for me, but for excellent customer service, it's worth the short drive. read more

Good customer service truly goes a long way! My dads phone was stolen and Samantha E. went above and beyond to support him in getting a new phone. She ensured to share his options with him (insurance claim vs upgrade) and put his needs at the center of their exchange. She was able to help him reset his password and took the time to explain his warranty. I genuinely appreciate that she treated my dad like a human and not just another sale. Please reframe from visiting this store if you don't want to be charged for all kinds of things on your bill you did not give consent to. Came here for a phone upgrade, left being told att tv is part of our upgrade. And that the device I was given I would not be charged for. My bank statement says otherwise. I called this store the next day to ask and again was told it was part of the plan I signed up for , keep in mind there is absolutely no plan that advertises att tv to be part of your wireless plan. For years I have been an att customer I have never had such horrible service. Please avoid this store. I'm currently trying to sort this problem out with att. Steve from this location was great! I had processed an upgrade through the AT&T app. He later texted me confirming the order received and told me he had it ready to go. unfortunately for whatever reason I got an automated email stating order was cancelled, he did respond to my concern and advised me he showed no cancellation on his end and to retry. When I attempted to reprocess, it was no longer providing me with fontana location. I explained this to Steve and he was super understanding. He went ahead and cancelled my appointment, and followed up confirming the cancellation. He was very quick in responding and totally appreciate him taking the time to assist me even though the app was not cooperating with me. Great service Steve! read more

The customer service or lack of customer service is ridiculous at this store. Not only were we there for hours because the rep kept having to restart the new line process which I was very patient and understanding about but we were also not advised that our new phone was not in stock until hours later.We were advised that it would be delivered between Monday and Tuesday by Christopher (it was Friday). I take the day off of work today (Tuesday) to make sure my phone gets delivered by UPS as I was advised it would be by Christopher, only to find out it won't get delivered until DECEMBER. Keep in mind we are in SEPTEMBER. How is it that the rep wasn't aware of this? Yet he was so confident in advising us that we would have our new phone by Tuesday the latest. I find it ridiculous that this store is willing to lie to new customers just to make a sale. Did they not think we would find out the delivery date would be 2 months later not 2 business days?? RIDICULOUS! And let me not forget to mention that I call to speak to the rep himself or a manager only to be told by a young lady named Dominique that managers were in a meeting. I call back approx 20 min later and now I'm told by another young lady that they were never in a meeting and they were actually not in. LIES LIES LIES! I purchased a phone from here some years ago and everything went smoothly. I recently upgraded at another location and they wouldn't offer anything towards trading in my old phone for a brand new one. There was clearly a trade in value towards my old phone online but the location in Corona did not want to believe it. Went in here to get the iPhone 12 Pro Max was helped by a young lady sold me on all the "percs" such as supposed 3 free months of service with a business account which actually turned out to be $90 split into 3 months. And I got a screen protector that has supposed warranty on it but actually cost $8 per screen protecter.
