Lied about my internet package i told them i needed internet strong enough for streaming and multiple devices and i cant even watch tv without it being 240p or 470p i cant even watch anything in 1080p on my tv without it freezing and glitching all the time and streaming was unbelievably terrible i had to drop my bitrate by like 3k. The manager, Reagee, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when my wife and I asked for help understanding our bill. Instead of helping, he raised his voice, cut off the conversation, turned his back on us, and treated us with disrespect in front of other customers and staff. He even made insulting comments implying I was trying to cheat the company. No customer should be treated this way. If I could give zero stars for this place I would. I went in and got a new phone. They told me about a teacher's discount, which was great. They told me with the plan I had that with autopay and the discount, my bill would average 160 a month. I was fine with that. They told me I could have up to four lines for that cost. They added the fourth line and gave me the layout. Fast forward: I get a bill for 310.87 cents. I find that 161 of that was for the fourth line. I contacted AT&T and found out that this location lied to me. Plus, an insurance policy was opened on my phone without letting me know. I canceled the fourth line and the insurance and got the rate back down for it to be affordable. Unfortunately, I still have to pay the 310.87. In the future, I will never do business with this location again, and I strongly suggest anyone who is reading this avoid this location. read more

I've had AT&T for over 20 years. Their auto pay system is incredibly ridiculous. Also, every time I purchase a new phone from them, my rates are never what was promised. Updated Review: SCAM! They had an underlying charge on our bill the whole time and We paid almost $500 for the two pairs of air-pods. I am going to update with the associates name who "helped" us once I can find it in my bill. We will be filing a formal complaint with said associates name and taking it up as far as we can as this is boarder line fraudulent. Do not do business at this location as they will take advantage of you and lie to you. This place is quick and easy. We got my fiancé a new phone and 2 pairs of AirPods in under 30 mins. I came into the store around 2pm. I popped in to exchange my phone case. All of the sale associates were sitting around laughing and talking with each other. None of them ask if I needed any assistance. David the sales associate was absolutely no help whatsoever. He was so focused on returning my entire transaction from another store just to get the sale of an exchange of a phone case. I ended up leaving and going to another store for the exchange. My Wife bought me a new IPhone for Christmas on December 17, 2022 from the AT&T in Rancho Cucamonga. All of my immediate family has been with AT&T since 1998. I have had my same phone number since signing up with them in 1998, 34 YEARS, which I verified a few days ago when I called 611. I had put off switching to the new phone but went for it a week ago and found out a new phone number was sold to my wife when She made the purchase, my wife started Secure One Mortgage and after that She returned to college and is now a Special Education Teacher, so She's on the ball and the verbal contract was misleading. She didn't request this and per 611 it wasn't required and the sales person should not have done that, (She should have sold us the phone and closed it) per the helpful person at 611. I hope I can get this undone when I visit the store. read more

Miguel C. added a higher price insurance to my account when the account already had an insurance plan that was grandfathered in at a lower rate. Plus, he added it after the purchase of the phone so that it wouldn't show on the receipt. Sneaky and deceptive. When I called him and told him that I got an email that he just added the higher priced insurance, he clearly was nervous and put me on hold. Ultimately, he said he couldn't fix his "honest mistake" because it's not an option for him to reverse it. Definitely filling a complaint with corporate. This is FRAUD. read more

This location is in bad shape! The so called Manager Melissa A. Is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She's rude and obviously has no customer service skills. Where do they find these people? I've been with At&t for just under 20 years now and have never encountered such a rude, miserable person like Melissa A. The place is dark and cold, no light coming in from anywhere. It's next to a gas station that has homeless people living right in between the two locations. The workers are so depressed there and the darkness may have something to do with it, but Melissa A. Doesn't seem concerned about any of this. She represents the store and the store represents her... Which goes to show! It's miserable!! Melissa A. Deceptive and dishonest. I was here in March 2021 to get two new phones for my parents. At the time we had a family plan which came out to ~$160 after taxes and fees. They tried to upsell us a bundle plan to add tv service. After some hesitation from us, they promised that the bundle would come out to roughly the same price as what we were paying. It wasn't. It's nearly $30 more than what they promised. They claim it's due to taxes and fees, but when they initially promised us the price, the manager Greg assured us several times that the total price included taxes and fees. I've been here every month since March and they promised me every time that they would fix it. It's September now and they pretty much said "oops there's all these fees, too bad" Bottom line, don't believe a word they say. They'll do anything to get you to agree on the upsell then go back on their word after. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is an authorized store, NOT a corporate store. Do not come here. I needed to get my number going again and when I went they were helpful and got it set up for me, but the person who helped me did not give me my pin, he put the incorrect address on my file, did not give me a passcode, and managed to spell my email wrong. I cancelled my service within a few days, as I switched carriers, but still ATT sent me a bill of $128 even though I only had the service for less than a few days. I was told I would not be charged since I did not even have it for 30 days, and yet I still got charged. And because I received absolutely no useful information for getting into my account AND my email was wrong, it has been such a pain trying to do anything. Very unprofessional, and unhelpful. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment expecting a line and was surprised to be warmly greeted by Kendall. Kendall welcomed me into the store and asked how he can help me and trust me when I say I had 90,000 problems I did. I had to move plans around, get new lines, cancel lines and I was unsure what line on my account went with what line. He was extremely patient and solved each and every single one of my problems. He apologized it took so long when I'm the one that had all these issues. He was extremely personable and made small talk to pass the time because it took about 2 hours from beginning to end.
