The associate who answered the phone before I came into the store was friendly and helpful. Throughout the conversation, he listened intently and answered my questions. Whenever I traveled for work, I needed prepaid mobile Wi-Fi devices to connect my laptop to the internet. I came into the store and the device was waiting for me at the counter. Be aware that the store will charge you $30 for a support charge, if you talk to a representative and have them do absolutely anything... I went in to order a iPhone 11 for my dad for his business account that I am also an authorized user on. The price of the phone was $499 and I wanted to put $150 down towards the price of the phone. I had talk to multiple people who knew exactly what I was trying to do and that I couldn't order the phone myself online because of my business account, so I would have to talk to customer service if I wanted to do it online and at home. I made it very clear that I wanted to put $150 down towards the phone and when I finally worked with someone they told me that that was what they were going to do. When they showed me the final price it was $152 and they said it's going to be this because I had to work with the numbers to make sure you could put 150 down. I felt like that was fine and I wasn't going to argue over two dollars. After this I had left and received the order confirmation and receipt on my dad's email and saw that in reality $78 were put down towards the phone I was also charged a $30 support fee, and the rest was taxes all totaling to $152. I thought this was some honest mistake and I was upset that I had $30 go towards A fee rather than towards the total amount of the phone . as a reminder I was told that my $150 was going towards the price of the phone and would bring the price down. I went to the store and talk to a sales representative who basically told me that there is always a $30 charge if you go into any store physically and use a representative and buy something there. Which is already stupid on its own but I wouldn't have argued it if I was informed that it was happening. Not once did the first cell representative who took my card tell me that I was going to be charged $30 of a fee. I thought that this was very irresponsible and on the sale representative rather than me as a customer because I was not aware of where my money was going. I am not one to fight over a $30 fee as long as it's properly explained to me which it clearly wasn't. They asked if I wanted to speak to a manager so I called over one in hopes that they would help me out and understand the situation. This wasn't something where I was being rude or coming in with a completely insane request I was just asking if they have a policy about telling people that they charge them 30 extra dollars for going into the store or not. I was told by the manager that it was some miscommunication and that if I wanted to add the rest of the amount towards the down payment I could do that and bring the price down. Which is fine, and I don't really mind but there was no desire to help me as a customer or even explain what was going on. If it's a completely mandatory fee sure I understand, but I believe that something else could've been done to help me as a customer. I came to the store to work with a competent employee that will help me put down the amount of money I had requested towards the phone and that would've justified a $30 fee however my services were not met with a competent person and what I had asked to do multiple times and explain multiple times was basically ignored or not listened to. He decided to put $78 down towards the phone so it would add up to $100 with the $30 charge and then the rest were taxes. So my total ended up being $152 but only $78 went towards the actual price of my phone. If that was explain to me then I would've questioned it in the moment and been like wait I need 150 to go towards the phone what's going on? But I was told that 150 was going towards the phone and I never to worry about and he had figured everything out for me. Even if it was a miscommunication, which I highly doubt and I think that this person was either trying to rush me or clearly not listening to what I was saying, I think it should be required or policy to inform the customer of any charges that are being added onto their final bill. THANKFULLY I LOOKED AT THE SEPARATE CHARGES ON THE RECEIPT AND REALIZED THIS REP DECIDED TO ONLY PUT 78 DOLLARS DOWN TOWARDS THE PHONE INSTEAD OF THE 150 THAT I ASKED. When I went to purchase some accessories, this T-mobile store had me leasing them without my knowledge. Now granted that was a few months ago and I should've checked but I didn't think something like this could happen. I mean who in their right mind would lease a phone cleaning kit and a screen protector? I went in tonight to only be disrespected by the employees. Their employee said verbatim "well a lot of people do" with a very condescending tone. Now supposedly I signed a leasing agreement that they're not allowed to show me, this T-mobile is ran by crooks. Additionally my pin is supposed to be private to them, but when I changed it, they had me verbally tell them what the new pin is. Completely contradicting what they said just 2 minutes before. I've been a member of T-mobile for 5 years but not any longer. When the employee mocked me under his breath that was the final straw. Highly recommend avoiding this store at ALL cost. read more

We recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile. During the account setup, something strange happened and caused complications on one of our phone network services. I spoke with the original store that set up the account and phones, talked with tech support on the phone for over an hour, and then came into this store for further assistance. It seemed like it was never going to be resolved. That was until Cesar at the store helped me. He was diligent in finding a solution. He spent over an hour and a half running through possible fixes until he found one. His dedication to his job and the customer is very apparent. His help alone kept us as T-Mobile customers.
