The payment machine in the store is wide open and cash bin sitting out. We asked if the machine works and they say yes but they stopped accepting cash at 6pm (2 hrs before they close.) The two employees are also sitting down and completely rude. Don't even bother to get up when we enter store or to assist. This is what "Post Covid" American workers have turned into.

We tried a dealer and they were not able to reprogram it. They did not try anything else. We decided to see what Batteries Plus could do for us. BP tried one day, but the tool they were using to reprogram it, did not work. They requested we come back the next day when the manager was there. My husband went back the next day and the Manager attempted to reprogram the key fob. Unfortunately this time, the attempt failed. The Manager did not give up and suggested to replace the battery. To their surprise, the key fob worked!!! To my surprise, it's still working after a month. Thank you to the Manager who did not give up and made my key fob work again!!!

I have generally gone in the evenings right after work and have been able to be helped right away. I have seen a different associate each time and all were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We added a new line to our family plan, so we were able to get a pretty significant discount to all get new phones and they do let you keep your old device for 30 days. You can choose which phone and color you'd like and they will get it ordered for you. I thought it came in fairly quickly, especially because we were not in a rush!

This business advertises "up front pricing", NOT TRUE. Had a service call to address a loss of…read moreheat. A slowly failing inducer motor was diagnosed. The tech, "made adjustments", got the furnace to ignite, and refused to tell me how. He then consulted with his boss and returned with a $496.00 bill. This is about 3x the amount of a common service call. He added that they would apply the $496.00 to the price of installing a new inducer motor, or a new furnace. Making the installation of a new inducer motor $904.00. I spoke with a supervisor who said it was more than a service call because "adjustments" were made, and the heat is now on. I consider this very sneaky and out of line. They never told me this service call would be $496.00, or any price for that matter. It was a sneaky rip off that the consumer should be aware of. I should have paid no more than $200.00 for that service call. Future customers should be aware of this tactic.

The technician (a different one) Ian came and was very knowledgeable and willing to answer a few questions I had. He was even able to give me a quote on some future add ons they I would like to get the same day as my service. I am very happy with the service provided and Aire Serv will be the only one I deal with from here forward. It is nice to know that you are actually getting what you pay for when they come because everything is explained to you in terms you understand! Thanks Again for the great service!!

I'm not sure who runs the show Austin or Chris but they redeemed themselves I'm very happy I got my payment I will be doing business with them in the future as long as I'm dealing with Austin or Chris. I'm not sure what happened or why things went so chaotic while the owner was away but I am very glad that they are back and were able to sort out this mess! Thank you so much for making this a priority!! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future and posting more reviews about their company hopefully all five stars!! This company does care about their customers! I think Chris was just about as upset as I was when he got back from vacation! But he fixed it promptly I've got my payment I'm very pleased with that and he also paid me extra for the inconvenience so I thought that was great! Network Pro Wisconsin came up, with a glowing recommendation. I called and left a message figuring it was after hours and maybe I'd get a call later this week. Within minutes I got a call and within 10 minutes Ben found the fix! So happy!
