I had trouble for a whole week getting my old Verizon account ported to T-Mobile, but the people who work at this store were actually very helpful in finally getting it fixed. There was some frustration, but they were the only people who were able to fix it. read more

The people in this store were nice to me. My problem is with customer service policies of T-Mobile. they charge you for a service that you did not even use. I will spread the word to everyone that I know to not ever get with T-Mobile. They are crooked and dishonest. read more

I I have an account with Sprint, which has merged with T-Mobile and I went into this store to compare prices between the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12. The girl that waited on me the night I picked up my iPhone 12 was very nice and made the process as painless as possible. The girl that was working that night was helping not only me, but another lady, who was also getting a new Android phone. The three of us talked while we were waiting for the two phones (the other lady's phone and mine) to transfer the information between phones. The other lady that was waiting on her phone to update had been in there for a while and was not rushed, so the girl working could help me with my questions about the two different iPhones. I usually go to this store (back when it was just Sprint) and I usually got decent service. When it comes time to swap out my husband's phone, (because we both have the "iPhone forever" plan with Sprint), I'm going to take my husband here, since we have had nothing but good service here from the nice staff that don't pressure us to buy anything, especially when we were coming in with questions about how one phone might work on our plan over another one. read more

My late mother used to have her cell phone service through Verizon and sometimes the guys that were working at the store we're good to her, although if you have them, couldn't understand what my mom was talking about -- particularly when she was confused about my Google account accidentally getting mixed in with her stuff on her phone back in the day. When I arrived, the guys working in the store greeted me, but were busy with other customers. I was mainly interested in just looking around and seeing if they even had an android phone case that would fit my new android phone. One of the guys was semi-snotty to me and in a tone of voice, that sounded very contemptuous to me, asked me if I needed help right away, to which I told him that I was mainly just looking right then, which I was looking at a charger for my phone. After poking around, I found something similar to what I wanted, but I could not find the price on it. I felt that I had seen and heard everything that I needed to see and hear in here, so I left. I think that I'll continue to go up the street to the T-Mobile store, where I get a lot better and more friendly service.

The person on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately, and asked if I was the one who called. The item was quickly retrieved for me.
