    I'm raising awareness to report a television I purchased 22 NOV 24 at the Jones Valley Store. I…read morewent in to purchase a Black Friday special that was on the showroom floor (but was given a box from the back storage area). This television was already physically damaged when opened. The box had already been repackaged and not in a new condition. I immediately informed the store about the situation, and they asked that I provide photos of the damage. The television has not even powered on to display the picture. Again, I asked I be allowed to return this defective device for a full refund. I sent photos showing the Electronics Express box and a unit I purchased from Costco. The Smaller Costco box is in Brand new condition and works perfectly. Electronics Express store has simply given me a previously returned item, so they are not responsible for the loss of sale. They also made me sign a waiver since they weren't going to install the TV at $250, to deter any liability. Never do that, open the box in the store to inspect what you're buying! I'm going through corporate channels to get my refund and return their garbage TV!

I'm also a small, female so as we are struggling a man pokes his head out to see if we needed help. No dude...a little late at this point. Thanks for the new appliance and a sore wrist. Chivalry is dead apparently. Off to ice my wrist. Sheesh. Thank you to the young lady for her assistance.

    I went to GigaParts looking for a small fan to put near stereo equipment that Dave said was hotter…read morethan he liked. This store is huge and very clean. It is in the old Burlington building off University. Upon walking in, 2 sales associates welcomed us and the one closest to us asked if we needed any help. Dave explained why we were there and he and the young man spoke for a few minutes. I walked around looking at all the items. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help. The salesman took Dave straight to a shelf that had several fans on it. They weren't the type of fans we needed. I was impressed this young man knew where the fans were in the store because the store is huge! He knew the type of fan Dave was looking for and he mentioned he didn't think they had what Dave wanted but he would show the fans they did have. The salesman was correct about the fans they had were not the right type. We thanked him for his time and left. 5/5 for customer service and knowledge of fans and where they are. The young man was great.

    BUYER BEWARE Bought top end Samsung TV from EE Decatur, AL…read moresome 4 months ago. loss of picture, pixilation, unwanted or un-commanded channel changes, or all of the above occur repeatedly while trying to watch a movie. Electronic Express does nothing. Samsung pretends to send repair techs, whom also do nothing. We have engaged electricians, IT pros and had an entire change out of all cable equipment at their techs behest. All issues point back the the tv istself and the business that sold it. 4 months in, a top end tv is unreliable, and frustrating. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR SAMSUNG OLED TVs. They have no intention of solving the products the sell. you like we will be left with expense and frustration. 1 Star is too many BUYER BEWARE

    Yelp won't let me update my other review so here's another…read more.. Updating to add what's happened since initially posting this. It hasn't improved... April 7th - they didn't show up. Shocker. I posted reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Received a comment on Facebook that they were concerned and passed our info onto corporate. April 8th - Received a call from the manager of the local store saying they had no clue what was going on or why things had gone so wrong. That they had been talking to corporate and were going to do the delivery themselves but it would be on Tuesday (12th). Uhhh okay that sucks but let's see what happens. April 12th - they call and schedule delivery for 2-5 pm on Wednesday the 13th. What in the...?!? April 13th - half an hour before the beginning of the delivery window my husband receives a text that the delivery would be in 30 minutes. THEN he receives a call saying tomorrow (14th)! We determined to call them back and tell them to just pick up the washer and dryer and give us our money back. Ironically they don't know when they can pick it up. We've previously been told that any refunds had to be mailed to us by check but now they're saying it will be returned to our card that we paid with. We shall see - we're leery to believe anything at this point. April 14th - my husband receives a text that Electronics Express is on their way. What in the absolute heck?!? Sooo they show up. They actually show up. To pick up the washer and dryer. Amazing how quick they picked them up versus fixing them. Adding salt to the injury... we have to go to the store to get our money back. Last place I want to step foot in. You can't tell me in this world of technology that an electronics store can't put that money back on a card. Oh and they took part of the electric cord we had to buy just to get the dryer to work. I didn't realize, I thought it was all there, but found out otherwise when my husband came home.
