Told the older gentleman I need both batteries replaced. And I asked what the warranty was on the batteries. He stated, that the warranty was for a yr. Both batteries were replaced both watches were working and I left satisfied. Not two weeks later I Geneva watch wasn't working anymore. So I went back to the shop. The older gentleman wasn't in however the younger gentleman that replaced the battery. Stated that they don't give warranties and they don't hv that battery at the present. So I would not recommend and jwould suggest that all reconsider. Doing business with this establishment. They don't honor there warranties and hv no integrity. Reliable, affordable, and they never missed a pickup. Over the last year or two, things started slipping. A missed week here and there, every couple of months. Usually they'd come the next day, or I'd call or email and even if no one answered, someone would eventually come get the trash. But it kept happening more often. Then my trash started sitting out for days. Half a week. Sometimes a full week. No pickup, no response. I'd call, email, and text and hear nothing. Eventually I had to bring the trash back in myself. What really pushed it over the edge was trying to cancel service. I asked to cancel and just wanted someone to acknowledge it. No response at all. That feels really irresponsible and unprofessional, especially for customers who've been with you for years. I get that businesses grow and have issues, but basic communication matters. If there's a problem, send an email. Let people know. So they don't leave trash out all week, or have to make other arrangements if they're going out of town, or deal with extra stinky trash in the middle of summer. It's really about communication and respect. And unfortunately, that's been missing.

Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow.
