After buying a less than stellar batch of privacy tempered glass screens on ebay, I decided to hit up this spot and let the pros handle it. I've been to this place a few times before and they always seem to have what I need... from cases for older model phones, to tempered glass and other accessories. Granted, the prices here are significantly higher than some of the other retailers, not to mention significantly more expensive than what you would pay online. But I consider the added cost simply a convenience fee. Anyway, I was relieved to find that they had the type of glass I wanted in stock. Michelle was able to put it on quickly and neatly and I was on my way in no time. I had to drop a star because she acted like she didn't want to give me the Yelp check-in discount or my purchase. I wish I could give zero star. They are rude and they took so long to fix my SIM card which the guy named Quasim he messed up my phone at first he didn't want to fix my screen at first and then the Abel guy "fix it" but it is obvious they have done more damage my back camera does not look the same. They also throw my phone case which mind you was new i did not ask for it to be thrown away. Do not trust this company i dont know how this store is even on business. Watch out for suspicious activity. They are scammers and also the back of the phone was not glued well. I had to buy a new phone because I did not felt safe using anything there anymore after 3 weeks of them having it there who knows what they were doing in my phone. read more

I brought my iPhone 12 Pro to get the back glass repaired. The manager sold me on using him because of the quality of work and parts so I gave him a chance he told me it would be one hour. I was in the store for a little over 3 to 4 hours because the first time he installed it, I was able to lift the screen up with just my nail so I asked it to be done again. He told me that it needed to be cleaned better so that was the issue when he went back in he damaged the flash so he had to order another flash From another vendor he ended up fixing the phone after many hours, but overall this was a overwhelming experience. He was nice and took care of it. It just took a lot of patience. read more

Had them replace the back or my phone that was cracked and they ended up causing damage to the front of my screen. It now has a blue light on my screen that doesn't go away. Showed it to the man who worked on it and he denied doing it. Said he didn't know what it was about. I googled when I got home and it said that dots like that are caused by excessive pressure on the screen. Definitely would not go here again. Left here with a new problem. Definitely do not recommend. I asked them to replace the back on my phone, and they said it would take two hours. Well it actually took 3.5 hours. When we picked it up, they had us check that everything still worked. That was when we realized that my FaceID feature wasn't working, and it was definitely working when we gave them the phone. This is also how we figured out they had replaced my front screen which I didn't ask them to do. They checked everything again and said they couldn't help me with the FaceID problem because it was a problem with a chip in the motherboard, and they can't do anything about that...even though they're the ones who broke it. Also to make the overall experience even more unpleasant, the manager was openly berating his employees to the point where we couldn't get service when we walked in to pick it up. We had to walk around the store and look busy while the manager and other employees openly argued about how the store was being run. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. If you have an apple product, just bring it to the Genius Bar at an apple store. 0/10 read more

My iPhone 14 pro max back screen and camera was cracked and an internal LED issue on my front screen. The manager who also fixed my phone was very nice and accommodating. I went to about 4 other locations including the Apple store and all the prices were AT LEAST $150 more than what he charged. If your phone is broken and you need a satisfactory repair for a reasonable price, definitely recommend this location!!! read more

Great place to get your phone fixed. Prices were good and service was professional. I had to get my phone fixed and was quoted an obscene price by the Apple store. These guys replaced my screen on the spot, and I was back in action and sliding in DM's lickety-split. Can't praise them enough. I don't often leave reviews, but the experience here warranted it. And while I don't hope I'll be back, if the need ever arises to get any phone fixed, it'll be with iMobile. read more

I've been dropped my phone again and broke the glass again and because I have a 30 day warranty it excluded physical damage but they gave me a discount on glass repair. I got my iPhone 7 plus fixed a few weeks ago. I thought my phone was not working at all since the screen was black and was panicking but the employees reassured me that it was just the display needing to be replaced. The tech did a great job and was able to replace my screen in about 20 minutes. On top of that, they gave me a free tempered glass screen protector and threw in a discount on a case as well.
