    I wanted to address that we switched our services to t mobile from Verizon and they was given…read moreseveral promotions and rebates one was paying off your phone if you had a balance and giving a rebate for switching you lines ...Now we been with them for two to three months now and I kept getting denied for what was promised after me kept calling the only one I received was the promotion for paying off the phone and the Rep I talked to was awesome she walked me thru everything and sent the Visa card for that immediately. Also afterwards she called me to make sure everything was still good . Now fast forward I am still waiting for them to approve the funds for importing my lines they keep denying it saying it was incomplete how when we been with them for three months and our automatic payments been set up PLEASE MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE - Also contacted them several times and all the keep doing is re submitting the claim and saying I won't have to wait I promised you shall received it the next day here it is going into another month and I still haven't received it .. they also perceive to call me just to say I'm sorry you haven't received it yet but I reassured you will soon you won't have to wait IM STILL WAITING I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO GET OUR CARD THE NEXT DAY WHEN I TOLD HER IT WAS DENIED FOR PAYING OFF THE PHONE AND THE NEXT REP CANT

This store took the iPhone in trade and he opened a new service with them. I was never called for authorization of this transaction or trade in of a phone in MY NAME. They said they didn't need my permission as he was an adult. WRONG!!! I called T-Mobile customer service and they told me this was not their way of doing business and I should have been notified before the transaction was made. Told me they could not help and that I needed to have that store do the right thing. They did pay most of the remaining balance on the contract I had on the iPhone but only because I had no choice due to their refusal to reverse the transaction. To me that was pretty underhanded and is not T-Mobile policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I would rate a 0 star rating if I could have.

They never called me even once to let me know the battery had arrived. I went in on three occasions over the course of 2 1/2 months to be told it had not been ordered or was still not in. I walked in again to request my money back and they said they had the battery and had been calling an incorrect number for me (I had given my number to them 3 times at this point). The man replaced the battery as I waited and it did not work. I had been able to use it before I took it in and now it won't charge at all. He wanted me to leave it with them for a few days. No way would I trust them to keep it. I have never been so disappointed with a business as with this one. Beware.

After about 45 minutes, I came back to his shop in Lake Wales, FL,( shop is in Walmart, near the cashier check out areas by front of store, near food section) He then tells me, he does He then told me, he was sorry but he didn't have my part in stock.( If he had been upfront about the part, I would not have let him have my phone. He then says, my phone will be fixed tomorrow and he'll get a part from another location. [ He was just stringing me along, and also had want the phone unlocked, and I wasn't wanting him to have access to my data , but he did.] I returned several days in a row, only for him to tell me, he didn't have the parts and to come back tomorrow for to be fixed, but it wasn't. He sent me an email on my other phone asking if I wanted to continue with the service, and I told him, I was leaving in a few days, because I didn't live in Florida . * If you live in Florida, the delay might not be an issue, but as someone on a schedule it just adds to the hassle. I was originally quoted a price of $123. When I went pick it up, ge said he wanted cash, not a credit card. He said, " he wouldn't charge me taxes, " and I replied " I have no problem paying Florida taxes " Then he said, he only would take cash & when I don't have cash, he told me to go over to Walmart customer service and use their ATM. The fee to use the ATM was about $3.50. If he had wanted cash before, he should have said that, originally. He saying, that he wasn't going to charge me Florida makes he question, if his business is legitimate or just " fly by night. "

I finally made an appointment for the next day, at which they couldn't even find my mobile account in their computer! I was over charged $30 per month for four months so knew I HAD an account! It ended with the agent saying they couldn't do anything to lower the charges so I'm switching to another provider for a "Senior bundle deal"!

They dont follow schedule time, there over priced and always try to force more products on your that are crap. I use to have homewire warranty and was suppose to be grandfather in for this service until some idiot accidentally removed it from my service then told they cant add it back. They dont tell you about changes to save money leaving you to pay more than $50 extra each month! You will always have dropped internet service and they'll come out make some excuses all the time why your speeds are low, reduced, and or you never get the full speed they'll say or then blame amount of devices you have or there famous line "wifi cant reach thru walls might be copper, or modem is not high enough" next tech will look at you stupid and ask why modem that high up? Then argue that there techs will never tell you that, and doesn't have to be that high up! Might even try claim "that wire is not ours" its on you! Smh I am truly sick of Xfinity crap... you also get bs run around trying to return equipment that was shipped to you "hind of hard to refuse the delivery since FedEx just toss on your doorstep and leave!" You need QR ship code to take UPS store to ship it back, there dumbass techs will argue just take it down to ups, you dont need ship label.. mind you! I cant use the form online request because I dont have the accou t number and modem is from second account that I didnt setup! How can I request thr label, you will spend hours on app and phone with these fools and multiple contacts to fix anything. That is really poor customer service. I have speed of 1300mbps, only pull 300-400mbps on the test for wifi, hardware lucky of I get 400-600mbps on a good day!
