One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. The 4 star rating is due to the front door associate who was incredibly nice and empathetic to the long wait time situation. He gave us the proper wait time and followed up with us throughout to ensure we knew our place in line. Our salesman was straight to the point and allowed me to get in and get out without hassling me with additional purchases or upgrades once I said no the first time. I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 because there was a customer complaining about her bill in front of everyone and it took 3-4 associates to try to explain a billing issue to her and didn't even ask her to come to the desk or away from everyone else. They allowed her to make a huge scene and distract the customers. One associate seemed extremely frustrated with the customer. He spoke in a soft voice, but had the "I am going to strangle you" look the whole time and did the same when he walked away. ***Verizon is switching all loyalty plans to monthly plans so be careful when upgrading your phone. They add on the full retail price of the phone to your monthly plan over a 24 month period. There is a promotion for the first 24 months where you get $25 off the phone a month if you had a contract with them, but it will fall off after the 2 years. Tile floor vs. iPhone. My iPhone lost. I've never shattered a phone screen before (intentionally)…read more I hate buying new phones so I scoured the Google to find out what would be involved with a repair. I compared three different local companies. This was the only place that would replace the screen with actual iPhone glass, rather than an off brand, which I've heard can cause some issues down the road. They also gave me the lowest quote. Bonus! I was able to chat with them via FB messenger, which was super helpful. They told me it would be $60 plus tax, no appointment necessary and that it would take about an hour. Today, I walked in and was greeted right away, showed them my phone, they gave me the same quote, took my info and my phone. The shop is located in a strip mall, which worked out well for killing the time. There's a pizza place, Cuban deli, doughnut shop, even dog grooming (if you're multitasking), and right down the road is Breuster's, if you want an ice cream treat while you wait. We went next door for some pizza for lunch and were ready to pick up my phone. My phone was ready and all pretty and shiny and new! It's amazing the difference when you get used to shards of glass sticking out everywhere. They charged what they said they would, they were both so nice and friendly, and they did an awesome job! I hope I never demolish my phone again, but if I do, I know exactly where to take it!!
