It started with me calling ahead first because I had no hope with literally 4 other stores. Lol But Martin (mar-teen) took our call and went out of his way to help and have us come in. Then, Aileen (Asst. Manager) and Wendy hooked us up with an incredible deal on a business account. They gave us incredible service, and made us feel like our business actually mattered. Disappointing! Needed to visit a storefront on 12/9/24 at 7 PM. And they were closed. Google and yelp have this business open until 8 pm. I am utterly disappointed in either the employees who decided to close early, or the leadership team who did not staff the sufficient staff to be available until the 8 pm mark. I went to Apple and traded my iPhone 10 for the 12 and had some trouble trying to activate my new phone based on needing a new SIM card. Thankfully there was a note on the door of the first location stating to head to this location for help. So Sad to see so many retailers being closed due to covid. Whatever issues I have with corporate policies, that's on corporate. I wish they would make their staff's lives easier by fixing their issues but if it weren't for their issues I would have never walked into a t-mobile store to experience excellent customer service. I get in right when then open to see that the two staff members there already dealing with an irate and loud customer. It was obvious to me whatever went wrong, the customer should not be raising her voice or talking down to staff. Either way i immediately notice how calm and courteous the staff remained. I was assisted by Jose who was great. As mentioned my issue was a complex (shouldn't have been complex) issue with corporate which took some time and some waiting since Jose had to call corporate directly. But while he was handling my issue and on hold he also multi-tasking by helping his colleague with the previously mentioned irate person and now an endless stream of other customers walking in. Jose and his associate both handled everyone and every situation calmly and with utmost professionalism. While I hope to never need to walk into another phone store again, I do recommend this one if you need any in-person service read more

BEWARE of a sales rep that says you can get a NEW PHONE ON US. I was totally deceived by Derione Braswell, a Business Account Sales Rep, telling me that I could get 4 new phones on my account and only pay the sales tax but this was not the case. He had me add 4 new accounts and said to cancel in 30 days but now I'm told that if I cancel these 4 new accounts, it would invalidate the promotion and I'd be liable for the cost of the phones which was $4800. I have contacted Customer Service and spoken to Supervisors and even though they have evidence of his fraudulent claims both by written emails and recorded conversations, they will do nothing to make it right. In July I switched to T-mobile at this store. I was told that I would receive $830 for my iPhone 11 trade-in. They plugged something into my trade-in for the serial numbers and reviewed the condition of the phone. After doing so they said "you will get the maximum $830." I also purchased a Magenta plan and some accessories. When I spoke with corporate to turn in my phone they said I only qualified for $400 trade-in. I explained to them that there must be a mistake. They said that was all they could offer. After complaining and presenting evidence of the trade-in promise, they told me that they would credit me the extra $400 if I went into a more expensive plan (which is not a credit based upon the monthly increase). 3rd Party T Mobile Store Fail. This review is regarding the screen protector plan. I purchased a screen protector and case for my wife's iPhone 8 plus at this store on 6-152-2019. However, after review of the receipt the tmobile employee never associated my wifes phone number to the glass screen protector. Thus there is no proof that I ever purchased the glass screen or had them install. Be advised, make sure they associate your phone number to the screen protector plan. They never associated the glass screen to her phone and I am forced to keep the hard receipt everywhere I go. T mobile can verify that I made the purchase and that sales rep that provided the service is ****734. I forgot his name, but I went on Saturday, June 15th, 2019 at 3:58pm. I am really disappointed that sales reps was not correctly trained and now I am forced to purchase another one in order to maintain my screen protector plan. I usually don't write reviews if I had a bad experience. But this was more than a bad experience. My suggestion would be to buy your phone from any other T-Mobile location. I called in for a Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. They said they had 1 in stock that was the color I wanted. I got to the store, they took my info down went and got the phone, seemed like a seamless process. Until, they began started asking me questions, i.e. do you want a case, screen protector, etc... (in the world of sales they're called 'add-ons'") which help bump up the commission for sales reps. Completely understandable to offer them. But my issue is when I refused them, I was told I had to put a $100 deposit for the phone which brought my total up more than what I was getting online from T-Mobile. I explained that how would I be getting charged more if I can order it online for cheaper. Her answer to me was "the taxes are different online." I mean come on, as someone who's worked in sales your practices are unethical. Long story short I left went to the T Mobile in Mairna Del Rey and guess what I got the phone at the price that I was getting when browsing online. This sales rep at the Westwood location added a $100 "deposit" fee because I refused their "add-on". As someone who works in sales, do better and stop trying to scam your customers. Pathetic. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Corporate needs to retrain his staff. I have been with Tmobile for over 10 years. I had to go several times to problems with my phone to the same office. I had dealt with another person there that gave me outstanding service but I notice that store is a revolving door with employees that don't have enough knowledge of customer service and treat clients disrespectfully. I went there today to get the new phone I had forgotten they close early and Ramon was helping me, he was rude telling me that I knew that the store close early and that I should have come early. I told him that I forgot that if he would have told me to come back the next time I would. From there one he started saying that I was rude that come to that office and I don't like him and continue arguing with me. The manager Arturo Valdez was there and NEVER did he try to side with me or say anything about the way the employee was blaming me and shaming me. The manager side with him and told me to be quiet and not continue talking. While I was there an older man came in asking for help with his new phone and the manager was rude telling him he cant help him. Where do these people get trained and how come they don't know how to be respectful and know that the client needs to be respected , especially seniors? I was switching to T-Mobile after 20+ years with AT & T and everyone knows how long and convoluted any mobile phone change takes!? After a defective SIM card left me with the prospect of no business phone for days, I decided to go to my closest T-Mobile store in Beverly Hills (447 N. Beverly Drive)... At my age (almost 70) mask wearing is hazardous, so I was prepared to drop off my phone and wait outside for Zoey Sanford and Trevor Smith to drop in a SIM. Not only would they NOT serve me (even if I waited outside!), they got quite a cheap thrill out of being sarcastic, hateful, opinionated, and rude! They even called the police on me (who refused to come because no store in Beverly Hills is turning away business for non-mask wearers!)! They get 0 STARS and the rating is NOT FOR THEM but for the following AMAZING, THOUGHTFUL, ACCOMMODATING, GENUINELY KIND AND HELPFUL T-mobile employee Cesar M.!!!!! I called T-Mobile and they arranged for me to go to the Westwood store where I would wait outside. Cesar not only went outside with me, but dropped in the SIM, carried on a thoughtful conversation about courtesy, taught me a lot of valuable information about the workings of the phone, wrote down extensive directions to fix a long standing problem I have had (I couldn't remember a crucial password or he would have done it for me!), and he gave all the info needed for when I returned home! Cesar is the EMBODIMENT of truly caring customer service and 5-stars aren't nearly enough for the time and concern he offered by meeting me where I was! HE IS MY GO TO for all my cell phone issues, purchases, needs FOR LIFE! They all have a fashion sense and a certain savoir faire. I'd like to give a shout out to both Christian (the manager) and Gisela W. who have both given their all to try and help me with various issues. I've been locked out of my i-cloud for weeks and they have tried their best to get me back in. They never treated me with disrespect like a bouggie manager did at a certain Sprint Store in Westwood. 5 STARS FOR HELPING ME IN MY TIME OF NEED!!!! Shoutouts to Brittany & Nora. Because of a haphazard night, I was frantically searching for a phone from my friends and craigslist. After I found one on sale in Torrance, I called the Tmobile store to see what I should do. Nora graciously advised me about getting a SIM card before getting the phone so I could test it out in the phone, but luckily my friend had an extra phone (thus saving me the trip to Torrance). I took that phone and went down to the store in Westwood (omg thank GOD there's a store in westwood!). By that time, Nora had stepped out and Brittany was there to help me. She help me master reset the phone but saving my friend's pictures before doing so. We couldn't get the mobile backup to work, but she tried numerous times and I really appreciated that. I love this T Mobile store. I went here in January b/c my Blackberry Bold had quit working, they immediately ordered me a new phone and helped me to purchase a new phone, as I was ready to upgrade. Sandra was so sweet and spent over 2 hours teaching me how to use a the touch screen, b/c I had only used blackberrys in the past- i literally had no clue what I was doing. She patiently helped me install all of my apps and set up email, facebook, gallery, etc. I recently visited b/c i was having a problem with my battery. Thomas helped me out with tons of enthusiasm. He quickly figured out the problem and then helped me to get a screen protector as mine was dirty and a new carrier ( i was looking for one with a stand so i could video record w/out holding the camera) He was knowledgable and gave me several options. Every time I have visited this store, the staff is friendly, helpful and in the event they don't know the answer to a question or have an item in stock, they always find a solution that works best for me. I highly recommend tmobile also ---- they don't charge a ton of fees and they always are willing to help out when I needed bill extensions or in the event i wanted to change a plan. read more

Actually really liked the employees in this store. They were very friendly and courteous and helpful. However, this store was absolute CRAP when it came to the quality of products and pricing on the accessories. It was so bad that it actually made me angry enough to call T-mobile customer support and complain about the store. T-mobile informed me the stock of each store is left up to the individual store owner. Hence this review. I came here looking to buy a headset for an HTC Sensation, which I purchased from T-mobile. This phone comes with a very good OEM headset, it has outstanding clarity of sound, and is comfortable in the ears and stays in. The headsets sold in the store were a whopping $21 and (a) their sound quality was terrible (b) they don't sit comfortably in the ear and they kept falling out. Pretty much unusable headsets if you ask me. Thankfully I tested the headset out in the store, and was able to return it on the spot. I went home and went online and ordered the OEM headset from an online store selling it for under $10 INCLUDING SHIPPING. Talk about INSANITY. This place could be stocking the high-quality OEM headsets and selling them at an 100% markup and STILL be selling them cheaper than the $21 piece of junk they were trying to give me. Seriously, I'm a business person, I am running my second business. It's not my job to select which products to carry. It's the job of the people who own or run this store. When I can do the job of selecting products better than the people whose job it is, something is wrong. read more

They are the worst of the worse in terms of their company-friendly policies and crap customer service! Even when the company can NOT provide service to me because of where I live (and where I work) they would not let me out of my contract so that I could find another service provider who could provide me reliable service. They seemed to think it was OK to bill me over $100 monthly for a service that I could only use intermittently at best. Another review about T-Mobile in general (hint Yelp - you need to offer national company options). Until today, I had no problem with them or the service I've gotten from various stores. Have had reps go out of their way to get me extras (minutes, batteries, manuals). Like many, I am VERY careful with my texts/minutes. I have plan that I use with my Blackberry for work and already have phone service at home. I especially get careful at the end of the month checking my usage. When I see I will end up with a lot of extra minutes, which happens a lot, I then "splurge" and call friends so they don't go to waste. 2 days ago I realized I had like 150 minutes left and called a friend. It was 8:15, so I knew I only had to use 45 until "nights & weekends" kicked in. Then I checked today right before I made another personal call. I'm one lucky bastard - I only had 12 minutes left. It seems that T - Mobile counts the entire call as one and instead of 45 minutes, I used 90!!! Now, they have all kinds of programs to track your usage - are they telling us that having it stop counting at 9pm is technologically beyond them??!! And you just know the reverse isn't true - that if you started a call before 6am on Monday, you sure as hell will have those minutes counted against you. Oh well, guess this is a rant with no purpose - unless Sprint can block it, AT & T is taking over. Great - Ive heard more complaints about AT&T than all others combined. read more

Got my phone upgraded here after not upgrading for four years. Yes, four frickin years. The guy helped me out and was very helpful and nice. Now I have a semi-cool looking phone which is only semi-cool because it is a free phone and free phones tend to not be so cool looking (only partially) but a free phone will do me just fine.
