As a V.P. of Customer Care, I manage a large call center and have experienced this first had over the years with men calling our 800# and having un-wanted sexual conversations with our female Customer Care Representatives. Not only is this type of interaction inappropriate between non-consenting adults, it puts the Customer Care Representative in a very uncomfortable position. No employee (male or female) should be subject to this type of behavior and we have a strict policy to immediately disconnect the call. T-Mobile would never have aired a commercial were the tables turned (a man calling in and speaking this way to a female employee) and I am appalled by the double standard. It is a sad commentary about our society that some find this amusing and that the network felt that this ad was appropriate to air. Shame on T-Mobile you have lost my respect and business! read more

Came in to inquire about adding a line to my girlfriend's service. I had had a bad experience with Sprint and Victor V. gave her a great deal due to a promotion and added me for a very inexpensive price. He got me a great phone and set me up. The only problem was my number wouldn't transfer from Sprint to T-Mobile. After 2 days of Victor calling T-Mobile's customer service on my behalf we finally figured it out. Ended up having to change my number but that was because Sprint owned my number with that area code or something. The point is Victor did an AMAZING job and went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me way more than any Sprint employee ever did and had a great attitude the whole time. Highly recommend Victor if you need some patient help with your phone or service. read more

I've been here a couple of times to get new phones. The first couple of times very friendly, no tricks. This last phone about a month ago, the lady was friendly. But upon further review of my bill, they tricked me out of 80$. After setting up new phone she said "your plan includes a free case and screen protector. This is a trick, she already bundled the price into the phone and did not clarify the price difference. I had to call t-mobile and explain and they said it's a scum sales tactic. They company, not the store, credited my account back. Beware of this! Will not be coming back here. read more

Came into this T-Mobile to get a few new lines set up for my kids, and to upgrade my phone. Bertha was the one who helped us out. Normally this process is super long, annoying, and time consuming. Bertha got us in and out with everything that we needed to accomplish. My kids love their new phones, and I do as well. The Case that we were recommend has been working out great as well. I walked in having a lot of issues with sprint. Sales Rep Tanya helped me out and I was more then Satisfied with her customer service. Tanya was very understanding, and helped me pick out a plan that was best for me. She went over and beyond and I appreciate the fact that she acknowledged all my needs! I walked out a happy camper. Not only for her tremendous customer service but for the fact that I expressed my frustrations with my old carrier. All the staff aside from Tanya were friendly and nice. read more

This store has the by far the best customer service I've ever seen. From the moment I walked. Tanya walked over to me and started helping me.(She's really beautiful by the way) I was looking for something for me and my family and she went over all the plan options and I walked out with 4 lines. Customer service is lousy. It is staffed with rude people who can't even navigate their own computers . This makes having an intelligent conversation with them. By the way, their supervisors are just as bad. If I wasn't locked into a contract with them, I would have dropped them like a hot rock. They are experts at collecting payments, but inept at solving the consumers problems. read more

Recently upgraded my iphone 6 to the x. Staff was able to fully inform and update me. Joe did a great job in transferring all of my information. Had At&t before and they warned me my data would be lost if I attempted to transfer over to a different carrier. Was glad the t-mobile staff proved them wrong. Brought down by phone bill by $50!
