Honestly this kiosk isn't really the issue .. even though their prices for replacements have been going up year after year almost.. not to mention they removed the "if it breaks in 5-7 days" it's replaced for free. Zagg screen protectors are cheap and seem prone to break to get you to come back to pay for the warranty replacement (which just went up to $14 which is almost the cost of a 2-pack self-install shield on Amazon w/ Prime free shipping). But watch out - they will not honor the warranty if the damages screen is no longer on your phone even though they don't tell you that when purchasing and the website says that you no longer need to return the damage screen. the website says - https://support.zagg.com/hc/en-us/articles/8006923054349-Do-I-need-to-return-my-old-InvisibleShield- "Do I need to return my old InvisibleShield? The return of your damaged product is no longer required for InvisibleShield screen protection warranties." The Apple Store repaired my battery and took of the damaged screen protector to do it, and then the children who staff the kiosk said they couldn't replace the screen protector without me turning in the damaged one. I explained the situation and they told me to call corporate but corporate is closed on the weekend. So I checked the website and found a page that says that you no longer need to return the damaged protector for warranty replacement (see above and the photo). I show that to the staff member and she says it doesn't matter. I ask her to call the manager and she hands me the phone and it's the manager Eduardo. He doesn't listen to me about what the website says. He would not honor the warranty without the damaged screen protector. He kept repeating their supposed policy that returns are required at the kiosks versus online. I let him know there is no such distinction on the website - doesn't matter, he just kept trying to charge me more than the price of the warranty replacement. Terrible customer service. There is plenty of parking available in the Glendale Galleria and if you park on the upper level it will take you right to the Zagg counter once you enter the mall. I have been going here for 4 years and have always been happy. The employees are very friendly and courteous. If your cover cracks, just give them your cell number and they can look up your account. Zagg Screen Protectors are expensive and their warranty is a lie. See attached photos for proof of how I had registered my product last year that they now refuse to replace. When I attempted to replace it online, the service charged me $10 then marked it as cancelled and never delivered to me. I wasted time with online customer service that evaded replacement and dodged general communication. Then they refused to replace it stating that I didnt have the original receipt (obviously I threw it out once I registered it online with said receipt)! With such garbage service, expensive product in a pretty competitive industry, and scam tactics (I'm submitting a credit card chargeback) just go with someone else. read more

Zagg offers a great service where you can swap your phone case or phone screen for a small payment after purchasing the initial case and I believe a small fee in the beginning; sort of similar to a warranty program.
