I am a T-Mobile customer and had recently purchased a new Samsung phone. All went well, but the Outlook I had on the phone did not sync up once all the data and Apps were transferred. I live in Denver and had visited numerous T-Mobiles and no one could figure out the problem. On a recent visit to Palm Springs, I visited a local T-Mobile. Wendy B. took on the challenge. Landry made my day; I saved Voicemail messages from my mama on my phone. I had them for over seven years. It was vital to have them since I had lost my mama to cancer and wanted to hear her voice, particularly in the last months of the recording. I was transferred to many departments; no one could help me how to retrieve all the msg; for a weird reason, all the saved msg were gone after updating the app. No one gave me hope of receiving the messages. They are so sneaky: I've been paying my bill in cash for over a year at this very location, but they have a new $5 fee for in-person payments. T-mobile is the absolute worst company ever. When you leave their service and port your number out to another provider they keep charging you for the line and other fees and late charges if you are not using the account.They will not verify you over the phone even with all your personal information given to them. They insist on a pin number which i gave them and they said it wasn't the right pin so they couldn't verify me regardless I have used the same pin for the last 6 years so this is another T mobile problem. I finally went into their store and now they have identified me but could not fix the account in person. so the vicious t mobile circle continues.I was informed they could only fix the overcharges by calling customer and identifying myself. I did this and now they are saying since I wasn't identified by them when one number was ported out of their service 3 months ago they could not reimburse the 3 months of over charging by charging me the extra line. this is over $150 I was on the phone with them over1 hour Buyer beware T mobile is the worst. I recently switched over to T-Mobile from expensive Verizon. I wasn't sure at first that I'd be satisfied since once upon a time, I was a T-Mobile customer. Well let me tell you what . . . not only am I satisfied with their telecommunications capabilities I am more so impressed with their customer knowledge and service. Let's face it, in todays climate it's all about what you know and how you make the customer feel at the end of the day. It's the EXPERIENCE they will remember. It's the experience they will either rant or rave about. In my case, I'm raving and I can't share enough of how impressed I am with the Manager Jody and her team member Hector. I entered this morning to "think" about moving over to Samsung and specifically the Galaxy 6 Edge. They have a demo cell phone available and while it felt good and was a decent size, I still opted to purchase an Apple iPhone 6 . . . yes, I am an Apple aficionado. The 128 GB and titanium space gray color I wanted wasn't in stock at their store. I was advised it is sometimes a difficult GB and color to locate. Well, I reeeeeeaaalllllly wanted that ONE! So . . . Hector found it! At a nearby store. The manager there was going to put it on "hold" for me to pick up. However this specific T-Mobile went above and beyond. They sent the Assistant Manager to retrieve it along with calling me back upon their return. This all transpired within a very reasonable time frame. Less than an hour and a half. The exact phone with the exact storage capacity I wanted was now mine. Thank you T-Mobile (Jody & Hector) for expediting my purchase and going the extra mile. It has been my experience that, while TMobile has well meaning employees, the current systems in place to meld their recently acquired Sprint customers is woefully inadequate to the task. In attempting to switch our account to TMobile in order to take advantage of their promotion, the employee tried for one WEEK (including several trips to their store) to accomplish this only for us to be told that this was not possible. When calling customer support, you get a nice recording saying you have to wait two hours to speak to someone. They should dedicate more resources to satisfying their customers because there ARE other choices. read more

Was a loyal customer for 18 YEARS and was very satisfied with signal coverage, service, and costs up until 2 weeks ago. What made an 18 year customer jump ship? I have very bad cell coverage where I live and T Mobile lent me a personal cell spot which boosted the cell coverage in my home. The device crapped out on me- wouldn't work at all. Spoke with Tech Support who said they'd ship me another which I would get by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. It never showed up, so I called. Was told they were not sure what happened but I would get a replacement in another week. A week later, never received anything. Called T Mobile again and was told by the gal that she would monitor it and call me back with an update. I asked it be sent expedited at no charge since I waited so long. She never called with an update and I still never received anything. So I called yet AGAIN and asked for a Manager. Without telling me, the Manager transferred me to Tech Support. Tech Support told me no Cell Spot had never been mailed but he would place an order for me. No apology. No reason given. I told him to forget it and about a week later I cancelled my service. There is no excuse for this. There was no need to lose a loyal customer of 18 years over this. Someone dropped the ball big time and no one followed up. Such a simple thing that never should have turned into this. After I cancelled I asked to speak to a Manager to tell them why I cancelled. I was told all the Managers were busy on other calls. I guess they get a lot of complaints. I told them I would wait. I was then transferred and it just rang and rang and no one picked up, so I hung up in disgust. A few minutes later a Manager called me back and I explained the situation. She apologized but had no insight as to why this happened. I felt I was more than patient and gave them more than enough chances. Now I have a brand new phone (for free) and new service that costs me $16 less a month than T Mobile for the same thing. The cell signal is weak but the Wi-Fi calling works much better than T Mobile so it is working well. I'm returning the defective Cell Spot to T Mobile as required so they don't charge me $138 for it. We'll see how that goes. Maybe the nightmare hasn't ended yet. read more

I hate to give negative reviews, but I would personally give this location negative stars if it was possible. This recently pass two hours have been the most wasted amount of time that I've ever spent in my entire life. I just ordered a new phone from their online site through my account and went inside to get a new Sim card and switch over to my new phone. After an hour of Aga attempting to switch over my phone which in the past has always been a 5 to 10 minute process, she claims that my phone in which I ordered on my online account from the website was not connected to my account or number and they don't know why. she then went to the so-called Sprint advisor to get help, and he was also useless and had nothing to explain or offer during this encounter. it seemed he was more eager with leaving for the night than helping a confused and frustrated customer. she then had already proceeded to wipe out my entire old phone and turn it in, so they had to completely reverse that process which took another hour and now my old phone since I couldn't even use my new phone due to who knows why, is unable to receive calls. I run a business, and a lot of my work has to do with receiving phone calls. When I tried to express that to not only Aga but also the manager, they claimed they had no idea what was going on and that it was an account issue but then continued to contradict themselves and make absolutely no sense. Being in the customer service industry myself I would absolutely never have handled the situation the way they did, they were completely vague, were useless, and continued to tell me they were doing things they don't usually do as a way to make me feel better? honestly you would have better luck having a class of fifth graders figure out your phone and how to reconnect it than any of these people in the store. will never be returning, save your time and go to a store in a better neighborhood with intelligent and assertive employees because clearly hollywood doesn't have them. read more

Horrible experience. I'm standing there with my elderly mother with her face bruised and stitched having the worst experience of my life. This location is the worst, they made me feel like I haven't been a customer with family lines and bought more then 10 phones, and spent 10s of thousands of dollars in the past 5 years being a customer. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service (my mom had been in a bad accident and her phone was stolen during the ordeal) the lady on the phone set up a new plan and told us to go to the store, because ordering a new phone would take days to receive. So, once we get there, they start by immediately telling me the deal that was given doesn't exist...even though the lady on the phone put all the notes and gave us an account number and pin to reference upon getting to the store. Long story short, after spending an hour giving the lady at the counter all the info and my debit card WHICH SHE FAILED TO RETURN TO ME!!!! WTF. I walk out very upset. This place made me leave T-Mobile as a customer. Terrible customer service at this location. You will spend a lengthy amount of time, not being able to do what you have already spent a good amount t of time on the phone dealing with. Go with ATT. read more

We just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and did so at this location. Everyone was friendly, helpful and super fast with the changeover here. We went in once just as an information-gathering trip to check out prices and phone deals. We both have the iPhone 5s and I could care less about having the newest, best phone, especially since I cover mine in a hideous Otter Box since I'm clumsy as hell and break every phone I have unless it's trapped in one of those unsightly cases which end up making my phone look like a Nintendo Game Boy. I hate the new bullshit, pay full price for new phone garbage that every provider is doing now. I don't want to pay $600 for a phone; not now and not over the course of 36 months. So our main concern was being forced into buying new overpriced cell phone in order to make the switch. Luckily, they told us we could unlock our iPhones and then use them with T-Mobile and not have to buy a new phone. They did try of course a bit of a sales pitch to convince us to switch over to a new phone and a hideous payment plan, but the second we told them to F off (in so many words) they dropped the pitch. We finally decided to ditch AT&T, which was charging us $200 for 2 of us on a family plan. The switch saved us $100 a month, so now our bill for a family plan for 2 with unlimited data, calls, and texts, only costs us $100, plus tax of course. The switch took all of 15 minutes, same phones, same phone number, everything stayed as it was on our phones as well, no hassle, no trouble and no time wasted. T-Mobile gave us the card to a local guy who unlocks phones, but he charges $50 per phone. If you have AT&T and an iPhone, all you have to do is go to your AT&T account online and request to unlock your phone. They will then send you an unlock confirmation, you go to iTunes, back up your phone, erase everything, then restore your phone and it's unlocked and ready to roll. Two days after we made the switch, my husband went on a cross country road trip for work from LA to Miami and he said the service was awful on T-Mobile through 90% of that road trip, he could barely even use the GPS on the iPhone or get any internet. We made this trip the last 3 years several times and I'd say we got 85% perfect coverage with AT&T throughout the trip as compared to the 10% he got with T-Mobile. Once he got to ATL to stay with my family and stayed put in a major city for a few days, the service was perfect. Now he's in a small town near Cocoa Beach Florida for a month and he says the service is awful. On the other hand, here in Los Angeles, I am getting perfect service. He is willing to deal with the crap service while he is traveling in order to save $100 a month, since here at home our service is great. So, if you were thinking of making the switch, I'd say you're great if you are in a major city, if not or traveling a lot you may have issues. read more

Very disappointed in T Mobile. Unfortunately, they had very bad service. I switched over from ATT because it seemed T Mobile had a better plan but had to cancel based on the network not being good. We cancelled around 14 days later and they billed us for the whole month and wouldn't take away the charge.... I don't recommend utilizing T Mobile at all. read more

If you are confortable with your prepaid service from any company never get a post-paid plan with T-Mobile. You will be surprised how your regular payment sky rocket. The best service is in pre-paid; post-paid has the worst service I have never known. If you speak to a customer client representative and this guy got wrong, T-mobile never assumes any responsability, the only thing they are going to say is they are going to send a write-up; but you need to pay the charges. read more

Was with T-Mobile for a long long time. Went to one of their stores over 4 years ago and they told me since I was a customer for so long I was able to use their promo. They said I could get 4 items for free as long as I paid the taxes. I got a UE Boom and two headphones and I think a phone case. I paid the taxes and now 5 years later I'm being sent to collections. I called that store and the new manager told me that was a problem going on in that store at the time and told me to call T-Mobile corporate. I did that and was told that store is a sub store owned by someone else. The things I got were probably knockoffs because nothing lasted longer than 5 months. I work in the service industry and this has been the worse scam and communications I've ever had with a company. I would love for someone at T-Mobile call me to rectify their employees mistake. read more

Switched to T-Mobile in October 2021. Went to Mexico in November and was charged $71 for 3 calls - 7 min, 2 min, 1 min. Was told when I switched providers that Mexico is included. Was also charged a penny per minute to use my phone for a work conference call. Apparently conference call numbers are not included in the T-Mobile plan. read more

The gal who "helped" me stared blankly in response to "how's it going?" and throughout conversation, answered "I don't know" to several questions without taking the initiative to do any research or figure it out by asking her colleagues, didn't verify that my phone was unlocked before changing my service from AT&T to T-Mobile, and then left for her lunch break while I was on the phone w/ AT&T to do that--WITH my AT&T SIM card which I needed back since she skipped 5 steps when changing my number. No professionalism, no integrity in her work, no initiative whatsoever. And everyone else just acted like her behavior was business as usual. It's the closest T-mobile to my place but I'll be traveling that extra mile to avoid conversing with misery in the flesh. Do yourself a favor and AVOID. read more

Went in to get my photos and contacts transferred between phones, as I wasn't successful doing so myself even after calling T-Mobile for help. I'm not very tech savvy lol so knew I needed to just go into a store for assistance. I was helped by Aga, who was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Ended up being able to transfer most of the photos, all of the contacts, switch the SIM card, and would have done more but the download speed between phones was so slow that I would have been there for at least another hour. I now have a better understanding of how to do the rest on my own and hopefully will not have to return to the store. The interior of this location is spacious, there is free parking for 1 hour with validation in the back, and the rest of the staff seemed great from what I could tell. read more

Despite the numerous calls 40+ minutes and email of the death certificate they continued to bill for the service.
