My sister and I went to this t-Mobil a week ago so one of my sisters could get her iwatch. And we had the best customer service. We got help from Arturo the Mobil specialist from the location. And he gave us the best customer service there is. He was very helpful with my sister. He never rushed us to get our stuff he was very patient, he was very friendly and profesional. I my self use a different Mobil provider but if I were to consider switching I would like to get help doing so with him. I've had to go get my phone replaced through insurance 2x in the last 30 days due to hardware issues, and both times I've gone to this T-Mobile location. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful (Thanks Marz!) and been quick to listen and run through troubleshooting with me, before we concluded that the phones needed to be replaced. I've always had great customer service with T-Mobile, which is why I've stuck with them as a provider for over a decade. Came earlier in the week to see if there were any promotions for IPhone but Adriana let me know that I had just missed the trade in deal. She told me that most likely there would be something for mother's day so she took down my number and said she would let me know. A few days later she calls me to invite me back in because a promotion was starting again. She set me up on a great deal and helped me with my data transfer. Thank you again Adriana. She is very tech savvy and patient so I definitely recommend you look for her when you come to this store. They get very busy so expect to wait a long time or make an appointment. read more

My phone suddenly died and I was desperate to get it up and running and had to go physically into the store. I was so impressed with all of their safety protocols - all the reps had masks on as did all the customers and they were limiting the number of customers allowed in at one time. Plus, they had stickers on the ground so we could maintain a safe distance. I was so relaxed in that store! And, as always, their customer service is the absolute best! Marco was amazing - we couldn't fix my phone but he got me up and running on a new one and he gave me some great tips to avoid infecting my new phone with whatever virus had killed my old one. I visited a T-mobile to purchase a sim card. The simple process should have taken a few minutes because the store was empty. The two employees I saw working that evening were more interested in taking person phone calls and talking to each other than dealing with me as a customer. I found it obnoxious how "amazed" the T-mobile employee was at the phone model I was using. I had to explain that I bought it on amazon because it was cheap. Not everyone is privileged enough to be able to afford the newest model available. Very poor customer service to say the least. read more

I work across the street from this T-Mobile and went in to buy a Family Connect watch for my kid. There was an issues and I had to exchange the watch under warranty. While everyone was very helpful at this location, Arturo was especially great! He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and kind, and was very patient! Arturo and the store manager spent about a week helping me sort through the technical issues with my watch! They were never annoyed with the consistent problems that we ran into. This store has really bad customer service. I was to told that my bill would be a certain amount including taxes. However, my bill came out higher than i was told. When i went to inquire, the sales person didnt even bother to look into my account and gave me some random response that its was the taxes. When i logged into my account, i found out that they had added extra services without me asking for it. And this is not the first time i have had problem regarding my bills with the store. Everytime we ask for any type of changes to our service, they seem to add addition services on their own without asking me. This is the closest location to my house and now i have to look for another location of t- mobile. read more

Went to Tmobile at 8985 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles and got the best service ever. Shanayra Stanford was so pleasant and so accommodating as we are seniors and not exactly tech savvy. She helped us choose a phone that was right for us. Adriana Leon then took over and went above and beyond to get the phone set up for us, even transferring data, which took some time. Her patience was amazing. We are grateful to both of these young ladies. They really put TMobile in a great light. I had a very simple request to change my account from pre-paid to post-paid so I could use google voicemail properly. Woman at the store said this was possible but I'd lose the $30 credit on my account. I said fine. Fast forward a week and a half later and I learn she didn't convert the account. Now my only options are wait another 3 weeks, then convert (hopefully), or lose the $65 I paid, after already losing $30. Extremely shitty customer service. My wife and I wanted new phones and to change our services over to a family plan. We've been on T-Mobile service for a while and have been happy so far. We had been to a different store closer to our house, a franchise store which isn't run directly by T-Mobile, and weren't impressed with the people working there. This store is owned and operated by T-Mobile. We immediately noticed that physically and aesthetically, this store is much nicer. It's bright, open, and there are plenty of phones to play with. I went in wanting a particular new phone, and my wife went in wanting to pick between two new phones. There were four employees at the store when we arrived (on a Saturday night around 6:30), and we were greeted promptly by Frank. Frank was awesome - he spent 20-30 minutes going over the phones we had in mind, discussing the various features in detail. We had a lot of questions about them and he had answers for all of them. He also spent some time discussing our options in terms of plans, and we came away feeling like we knew the details and had made the right decision. Frank then set up our new phones for us, porting over our contacts/files/texts etc. with no hiccups. We ended up choosing a different model of phone than what we wanted earlier, and we've been extremely happy so far. It's unfortunate that the other two reviewers to date had poor experiences. We were extremely happy with the whole experience, and I saw the other employees greet and take care of customers while we were there. read more

Let me start with this is the first review I have ever left in my entire life. I had to wait an hour and fifteens minutes before I could be seen which is totally acceptable especially with COVID regulations these days. Mark then began to help me but was interrupted by a 5-10 min long phone call. This was no issue. The person on the phone sounded erratic and there was nothing he could do. Then, a girl named Adriana started to help me while the Sprint specialist was busy which was great. From the moment we started talking Adriana had a sarcastic and rude tone about her. She asked what phone I had, I took it out and said the iPhone XR. She cut me off to tell me I was wrong and it was the iPhone 10. I took off the back to then show her it was the XR. Any question I had was met with a condescending redirection essentially telling me I am wrong about what my experience has been in the past. When it came up that I waited as long as I did Adriana asked why I didn't go to another T- Mobile. Adriana then made made me feel terrible that I didn't google maps it while I was waiting. As the conversation continued Adriana began to speak down to me when I tried to explain the plan that I thought I had. I explained a service that I believe I received at another store and this somehow made Adriana upset. I called my brother who I share the plan with. While he was on the phone with me he could hear Adriana in the background speaking to me. He, with no previous knowledge of our conversation, asked "Why is that lady so mad at you?" I then told him I needed to leave before I flipped out. I hung up, asked Adriana for her name and asked why she was so sarcastic with me. I asked why she purposely made me feel bad for waiting outside and not going somewhere else, when no one told me the wait time. I will say, as I left I told her next time not to be so F-ing sarcastic so I do apologize for swearing. read more

I get it. Anytime you need ANYTHING with your cell service or phone, it seriously takes hours of your life. No one has come up with a better system and it's a problem that is endemic no matter who your provider is and no matter what store you go to. However, last night I could not have asked for better service than I got from Jostyl. He not only figured out how to upgrade my phone from an S5 to an S8 with my monthly cost going up only slightly from where it was at the time, he stayed late to make sure I was completely set up. When we were having issues loading one of the apps that would give me a discount, he talked me through the installation process the next day on the phone. It is really hard to find millennials with such a good work ethic. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure I was a satisfied customer. read more

Giovannie was awesome! I came in with a SIM card I got from T-Mobile in the mail and an iPhone that was passed down to me from a friend. In no time he had the phone reset and activated, and my old phone number transferred over instantaneously. I could not believe how smoothly it went, especially considering I came into this completely ignorant of the workings of smart phones. He never gave me a hard time about the fact that I am a noob to smart phones in 2016 and was very patient. I am pleased that I can have a very inexpensive minimal plan where I can add minutes and data as needed, since I only use a cell phone when traveling. After having a ridiculously horrible experience at the T-Mobile at Pico & Prosser, I was a little stressed about trying again, but Giovannie put my worries to rest, along with my now retired dumb phone. Just switched over to TMobile from AT&T. This review is short one star due to the iPhone that was just delivered by TMobile. This certified pre-owned phone is supposed to arrive in perfect working condition, but it's now at 10% after being fully charged last night. This particular branch, however, deserves high marks. I went in to activate service yesterday, and Etuce was quick and very helpful. She assisted with a software update and iCloud backup, which took some time. Though my questions about the backup were answered, she was kind enough to complete the process right up until the doors were being locked for the day. The manager on duty also answered the phone although it was officially a few minutes past closing, and patiently responded to the caller's questions. The staff here seemed to genuinely enjoy each other and helping customers. Their consideration was beyond any bar that may be set by the company; they are just nice people. Thanks! read more
