I was later contacted by the repair tech and informed that he would need to order more parts because my battery and charging port were also fried, but he stated he would be honoring the original price quoted. He said it would be another $100 on top of the amount i paid to fix the back of the phone. At that point, I was not interested in getting any further services from this company because I was not sure if something else would randomly come up again.
