I didn't realize mine was even on when he handed my new phone to me. Along with buying phones, we had a lingering issue with Verizon corporate which Colton resolved with a direct call to his service contact. I went the unconventional way and decided to try a different battery not sourced from Apple instead of having another battery issue again- and to think about it, the phone isn't even 3 years old yet. I also didn't want to waste my time and visit a busy Apple Store full of nerds and stuff. I dropped off my phone and picked it up 2hrs later. No issues. It was working as I had expected it to and the capacity went back to 100%. Of course there's the nag screen that the battery is non-OEM which I don't care about- just as long as it gives me enough charge to last more longer than it previously did. Only time will tell how this new battery will perform. Their work is also back with a 6 month guarantee in which anything happens to the phone due to battery issues, they will address it. Peace of mind. Since I wasn't able to leave my phone on the original Tuesday when I brought it in, I decided to come back Saturday so I wouldn't have to leave my phone at the store overnight. Really impressed with the outcome so far and on top of that, they gave me $10 off the install price.

Stopped in one day to ship out a small package, when trying to juggle all the other things in my hand and my phone to read the address of where I was sending it the store representative asked me to take my phone so he could read the address and type it in... afterwards, when I was asked to double check the address and that it was going to the right place. I triple verified that indeed it was the correct address and a correct apartment number on the little pad. Well a week later it gets sent back, and this store tries to tell me I didn't give them the right address and upon the associate trying to explain to me that I was going to have to yet pay again to re-ship it, she said that this is a normal issue they experience with their system - and that sometimes when addresses get put in and verified that the system will not understand apartment number and remove it... she told me that was something they've experienced before.... Yet they wanted to make me pay again to re-ship it. Apparently that associate talked to the manager, who then confirmed yes I was going to have to pay for it again because I did confirm the address on the pad - which I did, and was correct at the time. Cannot recommend this place, especially over a couple of dollars and customer service. Won't be back, and will file a different complaint with ups- though I know it is independently owned. And for the management not to call be back and make the associate who doesn't fully understand try to explain is asinine.

I came in for fingerprints today and was greeted with nothing but friendliness and patience. Thank you, Jasmine. Customers are so demanding about service these days, they forget the people who are trying to help them are the ones who provide the services they need. Is it so hard to be polite? I have a disability and he watched me struggle getting the boxes into the store (there were no customers in the store at that time). When he told me the total for shipping I was shocked since I spent time on the phone with customer service regarding costs for shipping so I was trying to explain my situation about the shipping because I was told by the FedEx customer service it would be a certain rate and when I got there, it was not... so imagine my surprise anyway he had no desire to engage in any kind of conversation except do you want to pay for this or not. And he walked away. Then the associate comes up and we're talking and I'm trying to explain what happened and she's preparing the bill for me and I'm telling her how very disappointing this is because I thought I did all my homework and apparently the rates that were given were not the correct rates and I had to pay $391.78 Anyway Then the manager comes up to the counter and tells me I have a Bad attitude and then the associate chimes in and the manager continues to harass me.
