The person on the phone seemed to help but they messed up 2 different things which resulted in our service not working and a change to our plan. When I stopped in the store, Sean was VERY helpful. In a short period of time, he was able to undo the major problem and get our service back (and I was back to wine tasting with my mom). He warned me that the changes to our plan might not be able to be fix (it was pretty complicated and the system might not allow it) but he would look into it. If the problem was not able to be fixed I was ready to change providers. A little while later, he reached out to let me know that everything was back to normal with our account (this is after I called T-mobile's customer service and they couldn't fix it). Sean was very professional, honest, set the right expectations and went above and beyond. Well, my dumb ass could not remember any of my stupid Google passwords in order to transfer my contacts etc. The employee could have simply said go home figure it all out and come back but NO she sat with me for over an hour and helped me navigate going through forgot password steps and unlocking my accounts that I got locked out of for trying the wrong password to many times.
