When purchasing a phone t mobile sold me, two laptops. Saying, the charge was fifteen dollars a month for 15 months. Two years later, they are still charging us for these poorly working.Cheap laptops. My husband finally went in in May an insisted. They stopped charging us. Then, they gave us new information that they would keep charging us until the two lines to the laptops were closed down. When my husband told them close the lines down, we never even used the lines because we have phones, they pushed to keep the lines open. He insisted they closed them. It's now july and we find they still left a line open and kept charging us.The higher rate. The lady who did not close the second line down , knew she was cheating us and going against our wishes. She should be fired immediately. Today we went in there and a new clerk called her manager for permission to close the second line. They told her she could close the second line. But she could not refund our overcharge. T-Mobile phones are bad enough without also having to pay an overage for a misleading sales pitch for laptops. These laptops are failing already. While there was a wait, it was well worth it. Jose helped us both visits and when he was working with us he stayed focus on us providing us with individualized service start to finish. Stephen and Theresa were wonderful and very patient with all my questions. My husband and I were interested in transferring over to Tmobile from another carrier and needed a ton of questions answered. With the knowledge Theresa provided, we made the decision to switch over immediately & Stephen ended up helping us complete the transfer. It was very clear that they were understaffed and they were doing the best they could until another team member came to work. It's unfortunate to see customers berate and cause issues with employees that have no control over if someone calls out or doesn't show up to their shift. One lady even had corporate on the phone and really caused some issues, for what? It's crazy that people believe the world revolves around them. I enjoyed my experience at this location and will come back to work specifically with Stephen and Theresa again. Very grateful for the easy onboarding process. read more

Would not recommend this tmobile location. The manager Alex is a liar and will say anything to get a larger commission. I was bringing 4 lines over from another provider, he told me we were approved for new phones on all 4 lines. Turns out we ended up being approved for 3, but he told us 4 so we didn't go to another provider. He acted like he ordered the fourth phone and asked for the address to have it shipped. After the phone never arrived the customer service department told us it was never ordered and we need to go back to the store to resolve it. We went back and he would never come out of the back telling his employees to tell us he was too busy and different occasions. He's dishonest and doesn't care to screw some over for a few extra bucks in his pocket. read more

I needed to transfer my phone carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile for a better price. The transition was seamless and was surprisingly easy. Granted, I had all the information I needed prior to my visit, so it did help streamline the process. The person who helped me was helpful, welcoming, and professional. Rule #1, always get a paper receipt, ALWAYS. T-Mobile has a LONG history of customer data breaches, and losing class action law suits. My guess is they feel it is cheaper to pay the court settlements than to deal with their dreadful record of customer data security. So think very long about giving then your credit card number or Social Security number, eventually everything you give them will end up online for sale. Last March and April I e-paid two months of 5g hotspot data ($50 x2 =100) but they lost the payments then could not locate their records and refused to refund my money. They took $100 from me and couldn't care less. If you're smart and decide to pay the bill in cash in the store now they charge $5 extra per payment. If you add it up the price difference between Verizon and T-Mobile is very narrow. And in my part of Mesa there is no real 5G service on T-Mobile, its just 4G data speeds over 5G radio channels. read more

I went to T-mobile March 2nd and was very frustrated. The skinny man with a bad attitude was terrible. I don't remember his name but he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He didn't help me and had a terrible attitude like he was better than me and the place. The women and the man with the hat that worked their ended up helping my frustrations and helped me. I am thankful for them. I will not be returning here and will be driving the extra lengths to further ones in the future. read more

I suggest you go to the Mckellipps location and not here. I've been to this store twice to purchase and add internet service to my existing T-mobile account. Both times they refused with some BS that Mesa is at capacity. I contacted TMobile corporate to check this. They say that's not true Two years ago this same location said they would put me on a waiting list and would call me back when available. It's been over two years and no call back. I contacted Verizon in Mesa and they said they never heard of that either. So, I went to the T-Mobile on Mckellips and Greenfield. They said "no problem." Horrible. Staff were "nice" but the service was a scam. We were taken advantage of in a time of need to get a new phone on my friends plan and they said the bill would be relatively the same with the deals they presented us. That did not happen at all. We want to leave but we are held hostage by a phone we "have to pay off" because of a trade in I did with my practically new phone at the time. It should have just paid off the trade in period like they said. Not to mention the many security breaches make us feel unsafe to be with the service provider. i went in with my boyfriend to return our old phones since we upgraded through pre order. unfortunately i didn't get the gals name but she had light eyes and was smaller in stature. she was very nice to my boyfriend as he had a simple return. though since i wasn't an authorized user in my account she couldn't help me. i called my mom and she came down to help, getting back inside for round 2 she came across as nice at first but quickly became snippy and rude towards me. speaking to me as if i was stupid when in reality i just didn't understand how the trade ins work simply bc i don't work at t-mobile. poor service i will NOT be going back to this location read more

I didn't really have a problem with them until we moved our phones to Verizon. Before doing so, I paid off the remaining balance on the one phone that had one. We ported the phones on the 16th. Just got auto billed today for the full amount including for the phone that was paid off and was basically told by customer service it was the system and they can't do anything. So they got a full month of service fees from me and a phone payment for a paid off phone. For this reason I give them 1 star and suggest when you decided to leave them to do so before the 15th of the month or you will pay another full month with them. read more

Don't go into any store for help. They can't help with anything but getting you a new phone. My SyncUp doesn't work and it's, "call the 800 #." Can't get online to check my bill and it's, "call the 800 #." I get a text from Tmobile telling me they're going to charge me for the EXTRA wyfy tower THEY sent me by mistake. "We sent you an email for the return slip. Just go online..." I can't go online remember. So, I did call the 800# and after 45 mins, I had to go. Couldn't wait any longer. Been with them since Voice Stream. Maybe time to take my 10 lines and wyfy somewhere else. read more

liar liar your pants are on FIRE! Needing a Mobile Hotspot, I asked about speed "Almost as fast as COX". I asked about Battery life "4 to 5 days of standby & 24 to 36 hours of continuous use". 14 day trail. Download speed of (myspeedtest.org), required 2.5 MBPS to pass T Mobile standards the My Hotspot got 1.2 4 out of 5 time, the 5th time it got 2.75, customer service guy said "It Passed" so we ran the test once more, 1.2 mbps - I said "once out of six is not passing in my book". I agreed to pay the $200 early termination fee that cost me $230.71 (Don't know why) plus $90 for the device that doesn't work. I'm self employed, if I treated my customers like this I would be on the streets. Shame - shame on T Mobile, they SUCK! PS: I went in on the 15th day to cancel - My-bad! read more

The entire team at your baseline and greenfield location in Mesa, AZ was extremely helpful and understanding. I even came back to the location and paid more for a product than I would across the street, solely based on the fact that I assumed they made commission of some sort and they did such a great job helping me make a jump and processing a warranty request. Great team there! The manager was extremely thoughtful and managed his people well. During my many visits to the store each time the store had multiple people in it, shopping or addressing account issues. Each time the team there addressed me as I walked in. Not that the person helping me wasn't nice, Kari was, but I have never gone to a store with a problem and walked out without any solution to any of the questions and concerns I went in for! Three different levels of service were pushed off to corporate, well I can't answer that question you need to call corporate, what did my bill go up, "looks correct to me" so, call corporate, my phone isn't charging, "well your charging port isn't clean there seems to be something in the port"., Kari cleans the port and reports that everything looks good, shows me great, phone still blinks into and out of charging mode, ok I have a protection plan, "well sir there is something in the port your protection plan won't cover this". I brought some chargers at a store location in Avondale and went to a different store 405 west mesa. The people would not take them back because it was a few hours late of the 14 day return period....AVOID the downtown store on West Main in Mesa since it is not a corporate store and the people who work there were extremely rude. the chargers were unopened at the time. Called this store up and they took them back with no questions asked. I highly recommend Tyler from this store.... He did the tranaction seemlessly. read more

Greenfield & I60 freeway in Mesa AZ VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just switched to TMobile a few months back. I had not visited a store but needed to go in tonight because I needed help with understanding my plan and also adding another feature. I stopped at the nearest TMobile, Greenfield & Baseline just a little south of the I60...BAD SERVICE. I walked in and was acknowledged by the staff, 2 one selling a product to a couple and the other glued to the cell phone. Two customers were sitting on chairs so I figured I would follow after them. Before the couple left the store two other customers walked in and just went up to the table, no waiting just barged in to get help from the staff...did not even mind those of us already in line waiting and the staff went ahead and began serving them and did not serve the customers waiting in line...So I left the store, called the 611 number and shared my experience and went to the Store on Power Rd & baseline. They had 3 staff and one customer, I walked in and was checked in; greeted and the manager right away began to help me. I advised the manager of my experience with the Greenfield store and he said he would call the manager and advise her of the problem. read more

Outrageously poor customer service. I came in to get a new sim card. The guy told me I had to get the owner of the account on the phone for him to talk to. Then he excused himself and went to the back room. I saw him do that with the customer before me. He left me waiting there for 15 minutes. I asked another employee to get him. He came out and told me the owner of the account needed to call customer service to authorize me to get a new card. So, he changed the story. Not at all what he had told me in the first place. Then a man came out of the back room a minute after he did, and handed him a tablet. The guy said thanks. I'm thinking that is why he was back there, they were working on the device. Not a good time to be working on some personal tablet, leaving customers to wait. I was upset, and asked him why he had told me the wrong thing before. He started pretty much ignoring me.
