Not only did they switch their payment option from accepting credit cards to only debit cards to collect your payment(specifically giving you a discount for paying on time) but also their are down towers in the area that haven't been resolved in months and they have no eta of when they'll be back up, the estimates they do give are days to weeks. Buy somewhere else Mike Sievert deserves a pay cut or to be fired for failure in providing reliable service because that's my pain point, not that he cares
