A few months ago, I had my boyfriend's phone screen repaired at this store. At that time, I was…read moretold the repair came with a one-year warranty, as long as the screen wasn't physically damaged. Recently, the screen started glitching, going black intermittently, and eventually a white line appeared. The phone has not been dropped or cracked, so it's clear this issue is related to the initial repair. When I contacted the store, I was told the warranty was only valid for 30 days, which completely contradicts what I was originally told. Conveniently, the employee who gave the one-year warranty information no longer works there. I was told to call back to speak with the manager, and when I did, I was basically given the runaround. Eventually, my boyfriend called and spoke with the manager directly, only to be told there was nothing they could do because they "can't be sure" it was their fault. Again, the screen was never cracked or mishandled, so that explanation makes little sense. Now we're left with a malfunctioning phone and an unexpected $200-plus repair bill for something that should have been covered. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this store.

Update*** After…read moreyesterday, everything changed. I am pleased to tell you that the manager and upper management did something to fixed the IPad in a timely matter. I got a call and a text today that the iPad was ready. They apologized about the whole ordeal and they gave me an amazing discount because of everting I posted before (the story). Because of the rapid responsiveness and fixing the problem; I feel that is only right to update my review. Thank you for fixing the problem as promised and for the prompt response.

Following this, we returned to this shop about 15 times in the span of like 2 months because it had non stop issues. When we came in the first time, we asked for my phone to be completely fixed, yet were forced to come back because first, the charging port wasn't working. They tried to charge us $75 for a cheap charging port but eventually just agreed on $15. Next thing you know, they had to put 4 different ports in my phone on 4 separate occasions because my mic didn't work and I couldn't charge my phone. EVERY NEW PORT they put in my phone was just worse than the one I came to fix. however, i was willing to accept it bc they just kept gaslighting me and i was tired of wasting my time coming back. However my phone, after like another week(so now currently) is barely usable and completely blacks out and won't even turn on. me and my mom asked for a refund, and instead of a refund they said they would give us a "brand new" iphone 11 which was actually a scratched up refurbished phone, so we said no. we asked for our $195 after all the wasted time, gas, and headache just for my phone to immediately break down after they "fixed it" Btw Hamzah, the guy whose the manager, he said to me "we always warn out customers with water damage that issues can come up no matter if we fix it" WHICH ME AND MOM WERE NEVER EVEN WARNED OF, LIKE WHAT? so your warning us after we paid and came here a million times? He is friendly. HE is VERY knowledgable. He removed the center monitor from my three screen set up. He replaced it with a new top of the line Lenovo with windows 11, a built in webcam, etc. He loaded Windows 11, reconfigures the three monitor setup. He cheked it all out to ensure everything was working perfectly. We said goodbye and he went his way. Then...the next day he sent me an eMail just to confirm that everything was still working 100%--(which is was, and still is). Whenever I need onsite tech services I never consider calling anyone other than My Computer Guy. Doesn't that sound like a seven on the five-point scale? Yeah, I thought so too.

After about 5 years of living in a Lennar-built "smart house", I was finally done with what they…read moredid to make it start. I learned that my internet comes in from the outside, to my router, to a switch, and then to the access points throughout the house. This is the setup for businesses, colleges, etc, and not really for the home users (which must be why Lennar changed to a different setup now). For the most part, it would work seamlessly, however, once every few months, something would go wrong and it would take me a day or two (of luck) to get it running away. I was sick of it and wanted a system more like a home user even if that meant a downgrade with how it worked. I contacted My Computer Guy for an SOS, and he replied immediately. He asked for more details about what I could let me know and we made an appointment a few days later due to my schedule. On the day of, My Computer Guy showed up and was very polite, proper, and professional. Also, ironically, my internet/wifi died after our initial conversation. If Tom had one goal, it was to, at least, get my wifi back. Happy wifi, happy wife, and then I have a happy life. We both headed to the basement so he could troubleshoot the issues. To me, it was just a bunch of wires connecting somewhere, someplace. He figured it out right away and started to troubleshoot the system. He would share some tips to improve my wifi/internet. After about 30 minutes, give or take, he found the problem, fixed the problem, and helped me install a normal user-friendly wifi system. Also, he gave me some recommendations to improve the overall system and helped me set it up. Overall, I would rate this business an A+. Friendly, professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Will continue to contact in the future for other IT-related issues and more.

He connected the wrong phone number to my account after 3 hours of us sitting in the store and 2 more of her trying to get him to fix it. She had to call the previous provider while he was doing nothing. He yelled at her, made her cry and then kicked her out in front of other customers. You should be ashamed to have such a horrible employee, firing would be a reward to your store.
