My experience with Nate Hampton was a great one. My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. We both had different phone needs at this time and he was patient with the both of us. I felt that he showed us different options but I didn't feel forced to make a purchase I didn't want. He was able to help the both of us at the same time and answered all of our questions. I feel that part of being a consumer of phones and plans it is also on you to do some research ahead of time. Otherwise you will most likely be in a store like this for longer than needed. Nate was very respectful and provided us with both print and email receipts. I feel like he took the time to explain everything that we signed for and allowed us to ask questions on things we didn't know. Walked in to upgrade our phone (4 lines). We had received a personal offer to either receive iPhone 12 free (with 2 year financing obvs) or trade in for iPhone 13 free (with 2 year financing obvs). We were met with 1) teenagers or college students with a horrible god complex, and 2) a crap ton of obviously false information in order for them to get commission out of us. They were not looking for your best interest. They want your money. Here's a list of lies they told us. 1) iphone stops making colors after they release new versions of iPhone. False, they were available for purchase on Verizon's website. THEY just personally couldn't order them for us to earn THEIR commissions. 1.5) The color that are still available are on back order even from Apple themselves so even if we got the color we wanted, we'd have to wait multiple months. (We came to learn this was a lie when we purchased our phones with our new provider). The very colors they said were unattainable, we shipped to us within TWO DAYS. Oh yeah, so backordered. 2) The add we were sent is false advertising just to bring you in the store, the phone is not literally free. ....yes it is. The catch is 2 year financing. It's actually literally how I got my iPhone 11 Pro free as well... 3) You have to add a new line and lose your phone number to receive this promotion. No, maybe the add on TV says I'd need to add a new line. But the promo sent to me individually as a Verizon customer mentions nothing about adding a new line, but in fact says upgrade your already existing line.... How about you actually read the promo instead of being an a-hole and cutting your customers off? 4) The iPhone SE is faster than any other iPhone. Give me a break. The iPhone SE is the trash of the iPhone community and everyone knows that. But sure, try to take advantage of my unknowing parents who don't know better. 5) Xfinity Mobile offers bad service. Um sir, they use YOUR towers. It's the same shitty service, BUT when I travel for work to Cali and Florida, I'll ACTUALLY have service with Xfinity I know as a previous customer of them. But go off. Honorable mentions: I was asked WHY I wanted a particular color if I'm just going to put a case on the phone anyway. Well a-hole, I don't need to explain anything to you for one. But for your information, Otterbox offers clear cases with pop sockets that I'm obsessed with so I would CLEARLY see my color through the case. We will not get over how UNPROFESSIONAL this store was and you know what? Verizon lost 4 loyal customers because of this interaction. 2 are switching to Xfinity mobile immediately and received the EXACT colors they wanted. And the other two are sticking with Verizon for the last 3 months of their phone financing to make sure Verizon pays every penny of our free phones and THEN we'll be switching to Xfinity just in time for our brand new iPhone 14's. read more

My dad went to this store and they couldn't/wouldn't answer his question, so he called me to explain what he needed to the guy at the store, Daniel. Daniel said, "we can't help" and hung up on me. Upgraded my grandson's phone for his birthday. Nate is the person who took care of us I have worked with him in the past. He was AWESOME .
