Awesome location. Knowledgeable representatives in the store. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They always keep you up to date on offerings and promotions. I will go out of my way to visit this location. Give them a visit you won't be disappointed. T-Mobile is not what it used to be, they have come a long way! So they only get 1 star because I don't think you can pick the option of no stars. If I could rate them I would give them a score of garbage. Their customer service is trash. Just from their customer service alone I would switch phone services. read more

Well, after 4 weeks, I called and they finally did provide a quote for the repair of my previously working deck, specifying the repairs & calibration, that completing them would be straight forward, and that my deck would be ready for pick up in about 2 weeks. Well, after, almost 3.5 weeks of waiting, I called to check in. They explicitly said, "Oh I was meaning to let you know. We can't fix your deck anymore. We ordered a wrong part and can't find the correct one, and now can't fix it. We're sorry you brought us a deck that is in too poor of condition to be fixed. You can use the $100 toward buying a another product in the store". This is a nightmare. I feel blindsided and cheated.
