I wrote a long review and I'm not re writing it. Refused to take back my home internet even when customer service said they would. Then sent me to a closed UPS store and then I had ti drive an additional 2 hour round trip to another UPS store. Bad experience. They didn't even take my id when I was there. Said we don't take reruns and didn't even log in. I did t life app in store and had bar code. All matching serial numbers and my receipt in hand. No help. Pathetic. Went in to get my screen replaced through insurance but was told they couldn't do it without a manager so It's whatever. Went the following day and waiting almost an hour just to get my screen replaced because they only had one person in the front and the person in the back wouldnt come and help. Saw more than 4 customers walk out. read more

Went in to get a screen cover replaced witch is coverd by the phone insurance and was told that "Only a manager can do that" and there was no manager working...neinther was anyone else. There were three people just standing around playing on their phones looking at me like...get out I want to be paid to do nothing. Aviod this store at all costs it's eaiser just to call online help. They were able to send a screen protector the next day. read more

This store was very helpful from cellular service to 5G internet. Great customer service with these ladies and not to mention the Manager was very attentive making sure her employees were not needing additional assistance to answer all of our questions. read more

The review is more with T-Mobile as a whole, the people in the store were quite professional and helpful. We dropped T-Mobile due to the poor signal. We had bought two iPhones outright shortly prior to canceling the service and tried to port them to Verizon. We settled our account in full and were told within 72 hours the phones would be available to port to Verizon. We are now 17 days into trying to get our phones to work and have called and emailed several times. We are now being told that if we want the phones to work they want us to pay an additional $300, even though they have already been paid for. It got to the point that today we finally submitted a complaint to the FCC. Avoid T-Mobile at all costs. read more

Came in to buy a phone. Asked a few questions about it and the salesperson doesn't seem to be very informative. We bought the phone and paid in full. The guy open the phone for us bc he said he wants us to inspect it before we leave. After leaving the store and looking at the receipt, we found out he charged us $20 extra for upgrade support. I called to ask what that charge was for and he said bc they have to do an upgrade and charge us for it and that is policy. I asked them if we buy online would there be a charge and they said no. So I said can I return the phone and they said yes but they will have to charge us a $50 restocking fee. I was very upset and couldn't do anything. I felt I was tricked into losing $20. Just a warning. Look at your receipt for all charges before leaving the store. I thought I can trust people there but I was wrong. read more

My wife and I went into the location today because we had questions about our account. The district manager was very rude to us . Told us if we canceled our account we would be charged for all of our things. Even after we told him we pay for the devices he continued to be very unprofessional with us... The store manager which helped with our activation apologized and made us feel like valuable customers. But we will still be leaving T-Mobile due to the way we were treated by the district manager.
