Lance the sale man is a fraud. This whole company lacks integrity. We upgraded our phones due to 2 years passing and the phones not working as original. Somehow in this process someone changed our service plan. Our bill increased from $186 to $236 a month despite Lance telling us it should be $186. Nobody will fix it so we are going to Verizon (a real company instead of a knock off company). We will be consulting the BBB as well. Avoid T Mobile unless you plan to get lied to and screwed over. read more

JOE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I mean wow! His attitude, laziness, and unwillingness to help me or his coworker Jonathon was pitiful. He sat there on his phone the entire time, side-eyeing Jonathon anytime he asked a question when trying to help me. I felt so bad for Jonathon...he was so kind to not only me, but to "Joe" who was so disrespectful to him. Absolutely disgusting. This man also said (word for word) that I am "full of s***" under his breath, but I was still able to hear clearly and acknowledge. I responded when leaving and said I don't appreciate his curse words, called him out for being lazy, and thanked Jonathon for his help. Check the cameras, the proof is there. My parents are looking to transfer to Tmobile and followed them to make sure they are being taken care of. And the moment I stepped in my dad was telling me how he liked the girl assisting them. Even my mom was so happy with service. It's rare for them to really get satisfied with service that would ask me to post a review because of Hiltinnie. She is energetic with a fun personality that is contagious. She helped my parents with the process and answered all questions (btw my parents have a tendencies to ask a LOT of questions) with a welcoming response and even accommodated my dad's joke even when they're nonsense. Never once had we felt that we are a nuisance. I usually steps in to help my parents. But this time I'm just glad to see how they are being taken care of by Hiltinnie. While I did experience a good first impression on this place with their employees and quick customer service, I'm more upset that the employee who was assisting me didn't tell me about the promotion that was going on. I've had the same iPhone 5s, yes iPhone 5s for the past 5 years (my phone was in perfect condition, it is the perfect size for me to stick in my jeans back pocket, and battery life was amazing and lasted all day-- so why should I have upgraded??). I walked in just curious to see how much an iPhone 8 was. Clearly I am interested in the iPhone 8 but he didn't tell me there was a BOGO deal on it! When I called just a few minutes ago, they stated they previously had a BOGO deal for the iPhone 8 for the past 3 months, but it ended just last week!! How am I supposed to know about these promotions if I don't see any ads, or especially when I walk in interested to purchase the iPhone 8 and you don't tell me about it!! Unlike the their reviewer, my first impression was not as pleasant. I came into the store with my previously unlocked T-Mobile iPhone, and inquired as to why it was no longer unlocked, since I tried using on other carriers. The associate that helped me was not pleasant about it, and gave me a number to call, of which also did not want to help. But luckily, my second visit a few days later, Hiltinnie had me in and out in under 15 minutes with a new prepaid line, and she also waived the SIM card fee, and activation fee for me! I am surprised myself that I am writing a review for t-mobile. Because most of my reviews are for restaurants. However, this location inside Ontario Mills has to be the best t-mobile I've visited. Just happen to run into this store by chance. My mom is shopping and her phone wasn't working. I hate shopping, so I took her phone to try to fix it. Basically, the phone has full bars but it is not able to call out or receive phone calls, data service however, is working perfectly, weird problem. I looked up t-mobile Ontario Mills directory and off I went. I met Anna, who was very friendly and helpful and ran through all the possibilities that could be wrong with the phone. Make the long story short, the problem was fixed in the end and my mom was a happy camper when I gave the phone back to her. Great store, will visit again for sure. read more

Sanjay and Jhon were amazing to help me out with my situation but the customer service back in April 2022 that I asked to cancel my line kept charging me for an extra line that I had cancelled so for the past 9 months I've been paying $60 a month and all they could give me $120 back instead of $540. I had canceled my Services with T Mobile after Tina of dropped calls and bad service in general. We had a business account and had paid it in full upon leaving. They had our phones locked and wouldn't help unlock our phones when after several trips into the store. They keep telling me that they weren't locked anymore and charged me to unlock them online. Still months later we were then sent to collections when we have not even had there Services for 6 months. They had generated bills that we never got because we no longer had accounts with them. After 100 of hours in the phone with their international customers service reps they still failed to get rid of the bills. Even to this day they say we owe them one penny even though we actually paid a penny just to shut them up. Unbelievably poor customer service so the way around and corrupt and thievery practices that probably get thousands to just pay them to stop collections. I will find a way to file a class action law suit against them. They must do this to all of there old accounts. Stay extremely clear of what was Sprint/ T-Mobile. read more

I came into this store expecting the same, but was even more surprised by how much better it is actually working with someone face to face. I believe the person helping me was named Rose? She was extremely informative on the new programs and even went out of her way to check to see if there were any new plans that would fit my lifestyle better. Rose immediately told me that they were out but she would be happy to ship it to my house (something that the other stores NEVER offered me). HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THANX TO ONE OF THE GIRLS WHO WORKS THERE!!!!!! My girlfriend wanted to get an iPad so we went here & Hiltinnie (I think is how it's spelled) helps us, now at first she seems awfully jumpy & shaky to the point we thought she was on drugs or waay too many energy drinks, then later we thought maybe she just has a problem of some sort. We tell her what iPad we want, she's going over it all with us, telling us how much it'll be a month, how much down, then if we change the billing to auto pay... Now all this she's writing on a paper so she can show us, we go with the better iPad and she puts all the paperwork in, has to do the "phonecall" part, after all that is done my girl signs the paperwork & we leave. 3 days later she checked on the iPad cause they have to ship it, it was the WRONG IPAD!!!!!! Now we have to pay to send it back, restock it, for the billing cycle it's on & to get the one we did want we had to pay everything again. Daniel helped me with my voicemail not working on my dads unlocked Samsung S7. My dad is 77 years old and Daniel was patient and helpful with answering all my dads questions. I kinda felt bad because I'm not as patient as Daniel. Or as my mom called him Da Niel .
