I have to say this store isn't like the rest of the ones I've been to, I feel they do their best to make sure each customer gets the best deal possible with what they have to work with. My wife and I came in on 2 separate plans with a ton of complications with our old carriers- "Dan" the one whose been mentioned a few times here in a positive and negative light took the time to understand us and our needs. Not recommended anything without understanding what we wanted. He didn't over price or charge us anything that didn't seem unreasonable- my wife and I are both rebuilding our credit so if T-Mobile asked for a downpayment I don't see how that is Dan's fault? Dan runs his store better than most stores I've been in, he embodies not just T-Mobile but being a person that will listen, think, and then offer or recommend solutions. I live in town and by now most of the people here should know these guys don't have any harsh intentions like the Verizon store up the road once took advantage of all of us! YES! I'm talking about Sunny - Sonny- or whatever his name was. Look if you're on the island or near this store. Trust me when I say this they are not scumbags. The Oyster Bay location was calm and helpful, even on a Sunday afternoon, and I dread exploring new phone service providers.. A new staff member quickly greeted us and got us some basic information. And then a manager was able to answer our more complicated questions. So nice to be able to take care of everything right in downtown. Switched from Verizon to T-mobile at this store and it was a great experience. Dan, the owner is extremely helpful as was Irwin, an associate. I had some issues with my phone and they were resolved by Dan. Happy to do business with them and highly recommend due to excellent customer service. read more
