Went and got a new phone and left my phone for 2 hours while it was being transferred. The service was fine. I asked for the new phone number and was told to go into settings and find it myself. A few days after my visit, I was notified that someone used my Gmail account and posted a 5 star review on Google. I only knew because I received a reply on it that I did not write myself. read more

This is not a Verizon company store and is an "authorized retailer" which is not clearly noted anywhere inside or outside of the store. I didn't know until after I had purchased the phone and saw the receipt doesn't say Verizon Wireless it says "Your Wireless". I had to go here 3 times, once to purchase the phone, once to pick up the phone, and once to hand in my old phone and dealt with the same rude employee with a bad attitude all 3 times (I'll be nice & won't post his name). Their terms and conditions are not the same as if you go to a company retailer and employees just assume you're aware of this. I'll probably never use an authorized retailer again in the future, but if I do it certainly won't be this one. read more

Paid $30 for a screen protector. They put it on as any phone store does and there is visible dirt underneath the screen protector and bubbles. When I went back I was told I had to buy another for $30 so they can try again. I told them the whole reason I come to a phone store and pay a premium is to have a professional put it on (close to) perfectly. They don't care. read more

I went to the Verizon store on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook. I dealt with Angelo. He was great, a total professional with a lot of patience. He wasn't making any money from me and he still tried to help me with my situation. I'm not a kid anymore and have dealt with a lot of customer service reps, he is definitely one of the best. Didn't get the mans name who helped me but he was extremely helpful! He transferred data onto a new phone and a current phone and helped me identify the best options for my needs. He also gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Overall I've never had any issues with this Verizon location and plan to continue going there for any further issues. read more

Stay away, I purchased a Verizon contract 2 yrs through this store and received a " NEW"free iPhone as part of the deal, 3 weeks later the phone would not charge, store said go through Warranty . Called Verizon and they said the phone was a 3rd party sale refurbished item. should not have been sold or available at store. now i have to wait a week for delivery of another refurbished item. Store did not care at all. i asked about my other 2 children's phones and they are refurbished as well. 3 times decieved. STAY AWAY! FROM THIS PLACE. additionally the phones were purchased by the store from a .COM company that "refurbishes " them and packs them in a new box to be sold that way. amazing that the promotion tv does not say used or refurbished, Verizon said they would investigate. read more

I actually was going to go to the Rockville Centre store. I called them and they told me there was about a 45 minute wait AND they would not be able to transfer my pictures over to my iPhone 6 from my iPhone 5. The funny thing was, when I called the day before they told me the would be able to and I only had about 100 pictures. On December 28th I called the Lynbrook store and asked them if they had a long wait and I also asked if they would be able to transfer my pictures over. The gentleman on the other end was very polite and said there was not wait and it would not be a problem to transfer the pictures oover. I go to the store and I was waited on the moment I arrived and the gentleman activated and transfered my pictures in about 20 minutes! He was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. If I have any problems in the future I will be going back to them NOT the Rockville Centre store! If an old woman comes into your store in 2017 with a flip-phone, which only needed to be charged, don't tell her the phone is broken and set her up with a smartphone. If she's coming in with a flip-phone in 2017, she either doesn't need a smartphone, or has no hope of figuring it out. Piss-poor business practices.. read more

Don't trust this store. They do not operate with total honesty. I was quoted a price over $100 more than what Verizonwireless.com and apple.com list for an iphone 8. By the time I realized this they had already ordered a phone for me. I called and was told they would honor the price I found online, but when I showed up to pick up the phone they refused to do so. I had to cancel the order. As an authorized retailer, they aren't required to honor prices set by Verizon corporate. Instead they charge the maximum allowed retail price. Don't be fooled. read more
