Tyler sold me a new ipad 9th gen a week ago. He made it super simple. He said for only $20 a month for the data plan, its an ipad on us. I would not pay for the device each month. I saw my bill recently and yep, I am paying $6.67 a month for the device. Thanks Tyler for not disclosing all the details. Now I am in a 24mo contract and this puts me outside my budget. Yep, it may only be $6.67, but we are all trying to keep our expenses as low as possible. So now my bill is $26.67, which is not what I signed up for. Oh and by the way, no paperwork or receipt for the purchase. Guess we are now going paperless and so customers have no proof of purchase. Not even an email confirmation. Nice! Thanks, Tmobile. You make me miss Sprint every single day. With reading other reviews, seems this location is full of deceit. I won't go back. read more

As a matter of public service, our experience at this store must be shared. After seeking to upgrade one of our phones at the Adams Walton store, T-Mobile telephone representative (great BTW) informed us that manager of this store: 1. Had grossly misrepresented our available rates, 2. Misstated a streaming service offer, and 3. Failed to mention that a "free" $100 gift card could only be applied to T-Mobile purchases, Upon returning to store to turn in equipment, manager falsely quoted a restock fee of "$200 to $300," then backpedaled to a $100 restock fee. Then he told us that we had to mail equipment back to T-Mobile and refused to take it although we had gotten equipment from the Walton/Adams store. Manager was extremely defensive about his previous misrepresentations, saying that he did not have any obligation to tell us what offers or plans were available, that he was a salesman, and that he hadn't done anything "illegal." Later same day, second T-Mobile telephone representative, clearly horrified by this manager's refusal to restock (and previous falsehoods) directed us to a corporate store where we could return. The restock fee was $40. Corporate store said that Walton Adams store, a non-corporate "third party" store had received a plethora of reports detailing its shady practices. Our adventures in upgrading involved three separate trips to the Walton/Adams store, a final trip to the reputable corporate store, and two lengthy phone conversations with telephone reps. This store should be investigated for violations of both state and federal regulations. read more

Might've fixed my issue. Don't know yet but they have to work on their customer service. I felt like I was being talk down to. Obviously I don't have enough experience or knowledge that they do-- that is why I'm there--but don't make someone feel like they're dumb. I have been a customer for many years. I finally decided to upgrade to a new phone for myself and my daughter and decided to switch to AT&T. I didn't get a good feeling from them, so I went back to T-Mobile to show them what AT&T was offering. First of all, the manager Jeremy S talked so bad about AT&T and how shady they were because he used to work there, and he knows. What he offered me and wrote down was not the plan/offer I received. Let me say that T-Mobile online support is AWESOME! However, I have NOTHING good to say about the store or the employees. When I went back to the store so they could help me with set up the "kid" I talked to wouldn't even touch the phone and said I needed to take it to an Apple store. I went home and called T-Mobile and spent over an hour on the phone fixing the issue, which T-Mobile said clearly was NOT an Apple issue. After filing a complaint with T-Mobile about the lies Jeremy told us about price and plan, I was told I needed to go into the store to talk to him about promotions and He lied and told me I was wrong about what he offered us- even though I had the paper with his handwriting proving that he lied. I will finish out the 2 years with T-Mobile and then go elsewhere!!! read more

We went to this store to get new I phones and sign up for the magenta Max plans because of advertising we saw. After spending an hour and a half in the store to set up everything we got a notification that the rate we were being charged was higher than what was quoted . We called the store and Jeff said if we came back in , he would fix it for us. The wrong plan was applied to our account. We spend another hour in the store and we're told the rate would update in about 2 hours. By the next day, the rate was still not adjusted. Another call to Jeff and he transferred us to Lamar who was our original salesperson. He said he made a mistake and there was nothing he could do. We would just have to pay the higher rate. Not acceptable!!! A call to the nationwide customer service got us our original rate. Bait and switch!! A terrible way to do business. They will promise you everything under the sun to switch to them but what you get is not what you are quoted. We are very sorry we switched from Verizon. BEWARE read more

I'm EXTREMELY unsatisfied with my experience here. I went into this store December 4th, 2022 to upgrade my iPhone11 ProMax. I was told I could add another line to my account and the phone bill would be $30 for that line , and that they would upgrade my plan from the old Sprint network to their new network. After about three hours of nothing but "I'm not sure we can do that" I finally got my phone upgraded and my line added. With three lines on my now upgraded account I was told would bring my phone bill to a total of $170. Perfect I thought ! As I'm about to check out my sales associate brought up another promo about "Free AirPods" with my purchase today if I paid the sales tax and in a few weeks I would receive two gift cards from T-Mobile to either come pay off my remaining balance for the AirPods or use it for whatever I choose and pay the AirPods off myself. Sounds like a great deal right ?! I agreed on the airpods promotion and was given a tracking number for my gift cards , paid my total and was on my way. On December 15th,2022 I checked my T-Mobile app to see how much my next phone bill would be and I see a balance of $251! I wasn't sure how my next bill could ever be that much so I called T-Mobile customer service and was reminded to check my tracking numbers for my gift cards. I put in my tracking numbers that I had took a screenshot of the day of my purchase and my gift cards we denied ! I explained my situation to the customer support tech, and after being put on hold multiple times so he could "Find the best possible solution to my problem" I was told that my I would have to pay 11 month installments to pay off the AirPods because they were given to me outside of the airpod promotion period and there was nothing he could do. So now I am stuck paying a $250 bill for 11months because a sales associate didn't know his time frames for his promotional deals. I am quite literally paying for his mistake. I went from what I was told and I thought would be a $170 bill to $250 a month for one of their sales associates mistakes and was continuously told there was nothing they could do I had to pay it. I asked could I pay off the airpods now ,and get it out of the way and I was told no that wasn't possible I had to pay them off in installments over 11months THEN my phone bill would go down to $170 as promised. So in all I am very disappointed and wish I would have just listened to my family and never upgraded my phone with T-Mobil. I won't be referring anyone to T-Mobile service and after paying off these devices I will most likely be switching to a different service. The whole network is all together too expensive when I can go to a network like Boost Mobile and pay $50 a month for my phone bill. I'm not pleased with anything from T-Mobile so far.
