I picked it up not expecting anyone to hear me, but I said "HELLO" and a man said, Hi, I'm from AT&T. I said...." you can hear me"????, he said yes, loud and clear. It's been 3 weeks to the day since my phone has worked!!! I asked him to call me back to be sure it's working and to let me see if I could dial out to another number and have that work too. Sure enough, I was able to make an outgoing call too and leave a message . AT&T called me back and again, he could hear me clearly. It seems that it was NOT directly Clear Rate's fault that my phone wasn't working, it was AT&T's equipment that Clear Rate utilizes, that was faulty. In the end, it was AT&T who was dragging their feet not fully inspecting nor fully troubleshooting my problem and kept blaming Clear Rate.

Our family had a phone plan with them for many years however, one day they turned our service off and allowed another company to "take" or "port" our phone number without our consent. We went as far as calling their 8 different phone numbers, emailing 3 different departments within their organization, and chatting with someone via their chat service. Until today, this issue is still not resolved. My elderly family members are very emotionally disturbed over this issue. Many family still hold dear the value of having a home phone number. This is the worst T-Mobile location that I have been to. Please save your time and go to another…read morelocation. My bill has been wrong for 5 months, in which I'm paying almost $40 dollars more with no resolution. Due to the stores mistakes and lack of knowledge on the product and services, T-Mobile customer service (to call and chat) cannot resolve the problem. The stores manager never calls back and the assistant manager continues to give the excuse that the bill has to "update" and it will be fixed next month. One of the employees also said they were giving "free equipment" to my dad for a phone we purchased when in reality he racked it onto my bill. I was supposed to get credit every month on my bill and I still haven't received it. Worst store, like I said save your time from going there and find a different location.
