This T-Mobile is the most unprofessional one I've ever been to. Why even have the store open if none of your employees want to work? I get that right now people are being advised not to go out or be in large groups due to the national emergency. However, life still goes on. I work in health care and have one day off this week to get done what I need to get done. The second I walked up to the door I had problems with this store. There was a man standing outside taking names.. that's understandable. At first he advised me to do what I needed to do online. Due to the situation, it would be harder for me to do that than go to the store since I'm not the authorized user on the account. Then he said they had limited stock which almost sounded like he just didn't want to sell a phone to me because he didn't want me in the store. Then he finally took our name and said he'd call us. We waited outside until they let us go in. And then we got QUESTIONED why we would want to go in store to do this right now and they seemed almost disappointed that we might not be phased by this. When they didn't have the phone in stock that I was looking for I asked what other T-Mobiles were open in the area in which one guy in the back that was listening proceeded to LAUGH. The guy that was "helping" us. His name was Matt I believe? He told me people that go down in screen size always return the phone and he told my boyfriend while I was looking at it I would return the phone for sure because I "won't like going down in size". So T-Mobile- I'm very disappointed in the unprofessional employees working in this store. Won't be back to this location. read more

I cannot say enough good about the quality of customer service in this store! Especially by the employee I met named Cristian. I went in with my iPhone that was having some issues and glitches with storage and apps and general content and decided to upgrade to the newer iPhone. One particular app on my original phone had some important content and I desperately needed to keep it, but the glitches were making it very difficult to transfer the info to the new phone. We tried everything and I was becoming very exasperated with the failed results. Cristian was very understanding and patient and never stopped trying to help until he found a satisfactory solution, which he did! Thank you! read more

Husband had done some leg work earlier in the week with Adam running numbers in moving from Verizon and taking advantage of the early term fee. We came in tonight to trade in and buy our new phones. After being a long term metro pcs customer, I had decided to join t mobile because they started offering iphone services. I went in to the store off of douglas in roseville, and was immediately greeted by Mr. Randy Walton. He not only found a plan that seemed to have suited my phone needs, but he also offered me a temporary phone to use until I had my iphone unlocked to sync up with T Mobile. This was such an unbelievably nice customer service experience, I highly suggest that anyone who is interested in getting any sort of cell phone service go to T Mobile. These guys seriously deserve the four and five star reviews they are getting. We came in to chat with them to possibly switch from Verizon. Talked to Crystal. She was very low key.. no pressure gave us all the options ran the numbers and it added up. We decided to come back a few days later after we had uploaded photos as we were going to be switching out phones. We went back yesterday evening Crystal wasn't there although she was awesome and spoke to Jessica who completed our transaction. 2 new Samsung Galaxy Note 3s and out the door. Doing business with T Mobile is completely the opposite of going into a Verizon store who truly are like sharks. These guys were so laid back it was great. One customer in the store. 3 employees. employee says he will be with us in a minute, then answers 1000 questions to someone calling on the phone. He then leaves and goes in the back room. then a employee girl comes out from the back room and goes on the phone, does not say, "be with you in a minute" or anything. she then leaves to go in the back and we are still standing there. No one in the store? After 10 minutes, I just left. Bad to have people like this who do not care, working for your company. Done with T-Mobile. read more

Eric was great! I switched from Verizon to T Mobile for the promotion they were having and I am so happy with my new bill and my new Samsung Galaxy Edge 6+! Also had to choose a phone for my mom but I couldn't quite get what I wanted because my old phone wasn't GSM compatible, but Eric gave me a lot of options to work with and finally decided on one that worked for me. He was very friendly and patient through a somewhat time consuming process, but he happily helped me, engaging in conversation passed his break/lunch with a smile. Great customer service! read more

First, let me say that all the employees at this particular T-Mobile store are great. But... Jarod is AWESOME. He was so knowledgeable and kind. I upgrade to the iPhone X from the 6 Plus and was worried about transferring all my photos but Jarod swiftly was able to transfer 20,000+ photos and my new phone was an exact carbon copy of my old which relieved the stress and anxiety I had since I planned on doing all the transferring of data from old to new phone myself. While he was transferring my data, he took the time to explain any and all product questions my mother and I had, (we are NOT tech savvy and were super curious about some items in the store) and Jarod was honest, upfront and expressed his personal and professional opinion about all products which was extremely helpful. I walked out of the store with not only more items that I had hoped to purchase (he is a great salesman, does NOT try to rip you off but educates you on the best products for your money) but I walked out actually happy and satisfied out of a phone store. Jarod was funny and patient and shared personal stories about the products he uses. He mentioned he had only been there since end of last year but I have NO DOUBT this kid will go places. Can honestly say he was the most tech-savvy, approachable and confident associate I have ever encountered without making me feel intimidated or like I was burning my money. If Jarod ever leaves T-Mobile on Douglas, it better be because he was transferred & promoted to the T-Mobile headquarters and is running all tech nationwide. I wanted to commend this store and the manager, Matthew, in particular for their efforts in helping me get my $250 credit for turning in my iPhone 6 during their trade-in, trade-up program. I had turned in my phone to their store in October 2018 but never received the credit even though the store had checked out my phone and said it was fine. Finally, in January 2019, T-Mobile called me to tell me that my credit was being denied because they said my phone had water damage. This didn't make sense to me as I've never exposed my phone to water. In any event, the T-Mobile rep on the phone was completely uncompromising with me even though I had turned in my phone in good faith and had been told my phone would receive the credit. I told her that this episode had severely harmed my very positive relationship with T-Mobile that they had earned with me as a customer of more than 15 years. Fortunately, the local store where I had turned in my phone made this right for me by providing me with a courtesy credit in the full amount to my account. Matthew should be highly commended for his efforts to regain my customer satisfaction and loyalty after being treated so poorly by T-Mobile corporate. read more

I went in there, a wreck, going through a horrible break up, having to switch plans, not being on speaking terms with the account holder, thinking there was nothing they could do to help me, and Kyle not only fixed my problem, but was very consoling and seemed very genuine in his understanding. I was surprised to find out he wasn't the store manager. Unfortunately I was going through some trouble with insurance and customer service but thankfully for Brandon he turned it around for me. Never thought I'd be writing a complimentary review of a mobile phone store because they ALL seem bad, but his store really surprised me. Part of this may because this is a corporate store rather than a locally owned store but whatever the reasons it certainly seems to have made a difference. Eric and Brandon managed to make my purchase as painless as possible, they were knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. They made understanding their plan relatively simple compared to the salespeople I dealt with at other stores and carriers. I went to two different t-mobile stores, the first was good this one was better, both seemed more interested in my business compared to the ATT and Verizon outlets I visited. Overall t-mobile seems to me to have more straight forward plans than the other major carriers (most of which seem deliberately confusing) and, in my short experience, genuinely interested in providing genuine customer service. If you need a new phone or want to change carriers I don't think you can do better than these guys. read more
