This review is for the managers of this particular store. Two of them were hiding or doing god knows what in the back for over an hour while two of their employees had their hands full with customers. The two employees were so kind and had asked the managers to come out and help multiple times. A manager sauntered out after one employee had to leave due to working well over her scheduled shift. It's clear management here doesn't care about their staff or their customers. Avoid this store if you can. My wife had lost her iPhone while we were traveling, so we went to the Douglas Blvd AT&T location for a replacement. We were served by Shaan initially but as the store customers increased Tyre also assisted. She purchased a new phone, our family plan was reviewed, specials included with the end result of having a new IPhonetotally returned to her prior phone's information by way of the Cloud. We were both impressed by the quality of service, knowledge, and courtesy extended to both of us. Worst company and store. If only I can rate -5 stars i would do it. Ever since signing up, all we got was headache and multiple visits with zero problems solved. Got signed up with promotions and promised discounts that were never applied to our account, plus got passed to multiple store managers promising solutions that were never delivered. Service sucks, dropped calls and choppy reception here and there. Most of our conversations on the phone is " Can you hear me now?" Or " I can't hear you, your signal is choppy." Nothing changed since then for us, same 'ol AT&T. And you 5G+ is a joke as well. Our house already has a tower nearby ( as the representative said, unless they are lying) and still getting bad reception. Probably worth getting Mint Mobile and this point and they would still crush AT&T. read more

I had an AT&T sales rep come to my door and offer a promo. $250 visa per phone, 2 phones, and they will even pay off my bill. Sounds great? Right? WRONG! I got only one $250 card and that's it. Now they have my old trade in phones and I owe money to my previous provider. I have just spent over an hour on the phone talking to managers and they keep giving me the run around. Be careful going here. Especially if you are older. No matter what you go there for they try to upsell you on all their services. I saw an elderly gentleman, leaving today, shaking his head in frustration and heard the service representative with tattoos on his left arm, asking him so many questions about his Internet and service and who pays his Internet bill and he doesn't seem to use many minutes...and the guy clearly had no interest. But he wouldn't give it up and even said these are just questions my manager is going to ask you. Once the gentleman left, I heard the representative go up to Jeremiah and talk to him about how price conscious he was and he was disappointed he just had no interest. All this just out in the open, which tells me that they're more interested in selling their services than helping a customer out I only go here if I absolutely need to. read more

Horrible service. This location used to be my go to as we have had really good service in the past. That has changed for the worse now as apparently there is no shame in not greeting you when you walk thru the door and then ignoring you. When I finally got someone to check me in there were three employees and it quickly went down to two and acted like I wasn't even there! My dad and I waited around for 30 minutes before anyone even came up to us to try to check us in. They were checking people in out of order (who came after us?!) and did not care at all. When we walked in, it took about 5 minutes for anyone to address us. We got put on a waitlist and they said it'd be about 30 minutes. When an employee finally came to us, there was an issue with the phone transfer. Instead of offering to help, the employee told us to go home and do it online. I had went to a previous the AT&T at Ridge at Creekside, and the service was good but the person who was helping wasn't making any sense. I came to this AT&T and Chester was amazing! He explained to me how everything works and the process of upgrading and the pros of having insurance and "up next" that they have which the previous store didn't tell me. He was friendly, great communicator, and most of all very helpful. He answered all the questions I had and cleared up any confusion. Stopped by this store today for a new SIM card. George approached me right away, was very courteous and asked how he could help me. I explained the situation, asked me to have a seat, and went about coordinating the SIM card switch with my daughter, who lives in SoCal. Took all of 5 minutes, and George sent me on my happy way. Chris initially was very helpful. He informed us of a promotion tied to the new phone we were purchasing and also went over the unlimited data plan which he mentioned would save us about $40/month. Unfortunately for us, he FAILED to mention the one time service charge to switch plans which ended up costing us almost $60 (as we found out on the next bill). After speaking with customer service, we also found out that the discount for teachers was not applied correctly, which would save us 25% off the total bill each month! You expect discounts and promotions to be applied accurately by store staff but in this case, many errors were made. Additionally not mentioning the one time service charge for switching plans is deceitful and let it be a warning for anyone that plans to go to this store. read more

ATT did a hard inquiry on me for adding a line when I already had an account with them (2 months ago when they ran a hard inquiry on me to open the account). The dumb guy was supposed to do a soft inquiry. I never signed off or agreed to the hard inquiry and they don't have paperwork authorizing it either. I went back to the store multiple times and spoke to multiple phone reps but all of them said it's done and too bad, it wasn't supposed to happen but they can't fix it. So now I have two hard inquiries on my record in a year because someone don't know how to properly do their job. -And omg, the line. Wait time is horrible even for simple things just as purchases. Where's the accountability at these days? Can't wait to change service providers when these hard inquiries drop off. read more

Just spent over $1500 at this store on 2 6S+ phones with awesome service from Michele. I then tried to return my wife's 16gb for more storage just outside the 14 days but local store manager Eric was very unhelpful and downright rude. I called ATT Corporate who approved the change and even entered on their system but this local corporate owned store managed by this young guy Eric still refused to honor his own companies approved change, amazing. Other staff at store great but Eric not a good role model and needs some serious customer interface training or perhaps find a job where he doesn't have to deal with real people who pay his salary!! read more

Me, my wife and all our friends that have AT&T have been loyal this Roseville store and normally we get great help...but as of yesterday, we will never go back and I will ask my friends to move to another store location. I am a CEO and my wife a Professor at the college; we have both personal and corporate accounts with employees on our corporate accounts. We went to buy two new i6 phones and were helped by the sales clerk Nick G. (he would not give us his full name) on the afternoon of April 25, 2015. Nick G. was rude, unhelpful, offensive and demeaning. Every time we asked Nick a question or for help, he would point to the phone and say its outline in the instructions or ask us to clarify the question several times...seldom giving us a straight answer. Nick left us sitting and waiting on 5 separate occasions (for a total over an hour) and each time came back smelling of mouthwash. He was agitated, nervous and seemed a little paranoid and unwilling to look directly at us...very odd. We bought only one i6/128G and left the store without my i6 phone working properly and headed to Apple store to help us... Apple was very helpful and no one looked or acted like they were on drugs. read more

Spent about 3 hours in this store yesterday. Christina was just the greatest! By the the end of our visit she was my favorite human yesterday. She was extremely professional and yet still very down to earth. I love customer service reps who listen to what I say.
