He was the most professional, patient, and thorough sales representative I've ever worked with. I switched from AT&T, where I'd been a loyal customer for 20 years and was paying $155 for two lines. With Cody's help, I now have four lines with brand-new phones for just $100 a month (only paying taxes on the devices). What truly set Cody apart was his sincerity and kindness. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even followed up later that evening to make sure everything was working perfectly. So I ordered an iphone 16 plus case online since it was onsale and only option is to pick it up in store so I chose the locker option since I know I'll passby the store after they closed. I got a notification that the order is in the locker, but when I got there, locker says no order in my mobile number, have no option but to go back the next day when the store is open. So the following day I came and tried the locker again, guess what - the locker finally opened EMPTY, meaning DO NOT TRUST their so called machines to disburse your orders and just come in to pick it up in the store when a real person can assist you. Spent 4 hours at this store. Left with a non functioning phone, a watch and an ipad(which were perks I didn't need because I already have them). Brought the items back and was told I'd have to pay a $150 "restocking "fee. When I stated that if the phone was non functional, neither were the other items. On my birthday Saturday I stopped in here to get a new IPhone case since unfortunately mine was old, stained and falling apart. Lesson learned don't let your toddler get ahold of your cell phone they'll drop it and get food on and in it, it was time to get a new one! After talking to a helpful sales associate I decided on the $50.00 Lifeproof Drop All Doubt in hot pink with a pretty light blue on the back and I was left satisfied with my purchase! My only complaint would be that the screen shield protector is expensive, I'd recommend getting the life protection one if you do since it's a better deal in the long run. They were nice enough to give me a wipe to clean my screen, but they no longer offer free screen protectors, since they're no longer popular with IPhone users. So I didn't replace my screen, but I will online with the site Zagg they mentioned since I've purchased the lifetime screen protector from another store before! When you add a line or upgrade at this store they do not waive activation fees (Costco does) and they charge restocking fees upfront even though they made a mistake they WILL NOT own up to it. I just recently switched to Verizon from ATT after 20 years because I wanted the Google Pixel 2 phone and I was becoming dissatisfied with ATT cell coverage. Part of my deal involved turning in a trade-in. I could do it online myself but thought it'd be easier to have the store do it. I arrived on a Sunday evening and they were somewhat busy. I walked in and was approached within minutes. He helped me using his tablet. He had some issues on trying to do it and another associate told him that the tablets were not working properly for that so he had to get another one. Then in the middle of that fiasco, another associate was asking him for help with out another customer regarding the different rate plans she could get for her budget. I understand the need and it was a business reason and I get that but I really just wanted to drop my stuff and go. While it cost me a fortune for the set up etc.. between fees and what not, I am happier with the cell service and my phone. read more

Hello, this story happened to me, on December 30, 2023, at 10:20-10:45 am, I came to the Verizon store at 1900 Douglas Blvd Roseville, CA 95661, to buy an iPhone 15 pro max 256gb phone on an installment plan, a New Year's gift for my son, I was checked out by a girl, I wanted to make the first payment through Apple Pay but she demanded my debit card for some reason, on January 22, I cashed out that someone had purchased or made a monthly payment or subscription for 69.99$ Apple Com Bill purchase Cupertino CA ( Merchant name Apple iTunes) contacted my bank, now there is an investigation, Please Verizon management to conduct their own internal investigation. People be more careful not to give anyone in the hands of their bank cards. I do not recommend this salon, a very bad experience was with the company Verizon. read more

I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been for us to remove the person that was designated as the account owner and administrator of our business account with Verizon. As have spent hours on phone calls with customer service and even with a business line representative that was assigned to us. The last suggestion we recieved from the business rep was to have the owner of our company walk into a Verizon Corporate store because for some strange reason we were not getting any of the emails they were sending us to authorize the change. That is until today when we had the good fortune of having Miguel help us. After many failed attempts just as customer service had experienced the approval email was just not making it's way to us. Miguel was persistent and persevered, he was relentless I'm his attempt to solve this issue and just kept trying until at last... WE GOT the EMAIL that would unsequester out account from the hands of the individual that left the company without handing off the administrative role to our account.. Miguel did what no one else at Verizon was able to do!!! We were one last try from walking away from Verizon forever but Miguel cracked the code and saved the day!! Now that's a manager with exactly the right kind of attitude and fortitude! He will.gonfar in life with that kind of perseverance!! If I could put in ZERO or even NEGATIVE stars I would! First off, Verizon's service itself is GREAT....a lot of the sales reps on the other hand....they are predatory and will definitely promise you things that they should not, or cannot even deliver on. I went in to the Douglas location on several different occasions- I knew I wanted to upgrade and get a new phone. I knew that I was going to make a purchase, but I wanted to do my research to get a full picture of what my bill was going to be if I also purchased some other accessories, if I traded in my old phone, etc. The previous times, Ryan was very helpful and HONEST in answering my questions. When it came time for me to make the purchase, Ryan was busy with another customer so I got stuck with Tre. He is a slick salesman...he sold me a bundle pack, however when I received the bill, it was like I purchased each of the items a la cart. Then there were other items on there that were not the prices that he quoted me at. There's actually A LOT MORE that I'm not including here, but this is the gist of it.... When I received my bill of $834, it was already too late and past the 14 day window for returns. I've been talking to the customer service reps at the main number and they can actually see how I've been scammed! I've escalated this over to managers and am waiting on call backs, but I feel like after working on this actively for 40+ hours and NOT letting it go, I'm finally getting heard about getting this bill rectified, which is now over $1100! I just hope that Tre can live with how he conducts business...it'll catch up to him one day! Lesson learned for me....when it's too good to be true...it probably is! So disappointed in the lack of customer service and refusal to take responsibility for their error! I brought one if my four phones in that wasn't charging. The rep said it was covered under warranty and processed an order for a replacement to be shipped to us. She didn't impress me much having asked three times while she typed away at her iPad what was wrong with the phone. My 16 year old daughter had a hard time not heckling her a bit. Fast forward after the new phone arrived and I shipped the broken one back. I receive an email that the phone is in fact NOT covered due to physical damage present and I have been charged $321.00. This raised the immediate question, why did a Verizon rep not warn me the cracked screen would create an issue. I pay for insurance so I would have been more than happy to process a claim instead. I visited store confident the manager would recognize they made a mistake. Wrong! Instead I was told all the reps are trained to explain a crack would have put a warranty claim at risk and that more likely the rep would have told me to file with insurance since going the insurance route is easier for the reps given it requires no work for them. Or alternatively the crack wasn't there when I came in and occurred before I shipped it back. So essentially I'm lying and the rep most certainly followed their protocol. Wow. Forget I've been a customer for over 15 years, drop $300 a month for service and pay for insurance. Who would go to this extreme to get a phone when I could have just as easily filed an insurance claim!? This isn't about money as much as doing the right thing which they most certainly did not! Long time Verizon customer. My S3 died so I ordered an S7 online for pick-up at this store. All of our previous phones were purchased at a Verizon store also. And every one of them handled all the data transfer etc and handed us back a fully functional phone. That is no longer the case apparently. According to Vanessa "it's a digital world now". Really? Then why have a store at all? To sell cases and chargers? All we got is a phone with a dead battery in a bag and we were told that it was up to us to get the phone activated and that we had to download an app to do the app transfers like the contact list etc. WTF kind of customer service is that!? Here's your new car. Oh. and by the way. You have to install the engine yourself. I'm sorry but this is totally unacceptable to me and Verizon is now no better than Comcast in my book. Maybe to the store employees "that's how we do it now" is the answer but not to me Not now. Not ever. Don't waste your time going to the store to buy a phone. This review is more specific to the Verizon Corp office. However, I upgraded at this location and was led to believe my needs could be easily addressed by their Corp office. Had I known service was this terrible, I never would have extended my service with Verizon. Issue: My wife passed away and I needed a new phone and also wanted to update my number to reflect my name. Needless to say, over 3 months later, I am still struggling with this terrible company. Not only have I had to call countless times to explain my objectives, I constantly get wrong or incomplete information. They don't tell me they changed my acct#, so I don't update my bill pay. They then send me statements in my name and my deceased wife's name, and no phone agent can explain why. They take my bill pay money, but claim I haven't paid my bill and threaten me daily via text and emails stating they will disconnect my service. They tell me they have my funds in one account and will transfer to the other, but they don't. But they do continue to threaten disconnection daily. Then they tell me they can only return funds, not transfer - so I have to pay again, after correcting bill pay, while hoping they will return my other payment. Then, I received a Visa card in my deceased wife's name for a portion of a previous payment. Nope, they did not return to my bank account. Now, I go to get my July phone bill to submit to my employer, and the pdf bill says $383.50. Which indicates nothing has been done and I don't have a valid bill to submit for reimbursement. I saw a Consumer Cellular commercial making fun of customers having to call companies like Verizon. It is spot on. I'm paying premium fees for cellular service, and getting the absolute worst service. I cannot recommend this company. Their investment and dedication to service (away from their store where they falsely sell you on a service expectation they do not subscribe to) is abysmal. read more

Today I called the Verizon store and was told I didn't need an appointment so I go to the Douglas store which I did like and the assistant manager Mike tells me that there's not necessarily someone can help me because other people have appointments so it was myself and one man he waited on the man and then finally he told me to put a mask on and he never came back so then I got mad I talked to the store manager a he tried to help me but while I was there for over 40 minutes because my phone brand new phone wasn't working I had four different gentleman help me in some sort of way Nick and Trinidad did an excellent job but the other two guys just stood around the front door and I sat there alone I would not recommend that store to anyone I'm going to find a new store to go to for help read more
