    Verizon has the worst service you can imagine in Roseville,rocklin, & granite bay at most times it is almost unusable. In Los Angeles the service is amazing but out here like I said the service is so bad you won't even be able to open apps Verizon has sent me different iPhones updated my system done every single kind of troubleshooting I've spend 4-5 hours in store and it's all a waste of my time and money Verizon just simply sucks in this area!

    On my birthday Saturday I stopped in here to get a new IPhone case since unfortunately mine was old, stained and falling apart. Lesson learned don't let your toddler get ahold of your cell phone they'll drop it and get food on and in it, it was time to get a new one! After talking to a helpful sales associate I decided on the $50.00 Lifeproof Drop All Doubt in hot pink with a pretty light blue on the back and I was left satisfied with my purchase! My only complaint would be that the screen shield protector is expensive, I'd recommend getting the life protection one if you do since it's a better deal in the long run. They were nice enough to give me a wipe to clean my screen, but they no longer offer free screen protectors, since they're no longer popular with IPhone users. So I didn't replace my screen, but I will online with the site Zagg they mentioned since I've purchased the lifetime screen protector from another store before! I'd definitely recommend this location for your phone needs, for a weekend my boyfriend and I were actually the only ones in the store and the purchase was quick and easy, which was nice!

    Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL…read more With no notice they raised my bill. I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING. Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again). Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past. This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to. I'm going to have to find an alternative. This company has LOST ITS WAY. There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to. No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.

I went into the store hoping it would be easier to resolve in person, only to find an 8-person wait and appointments booked out for days. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager's attitude. Instead of showing any understanding or taking even a moment to look into my concern, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. As a frustrated customer who has been dealing with this issue for weeks, I expected at least a little empathy or effort to help resolve the problem. Instead, I was basically told to either wait or book an appointment. The only positive part of my experience was Anatoliy at the front desk, who was kind, professional, and actually tried to help when I came in the day before, even though he ultimately couldn't resolve the issue himself. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

    ~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

Last year some idiot CCI rep came to my house and sold me 15 Mbps on an "upgrade" and as this rep told me, there is no such thing! Woke up today and CCI had turned off my internet when I start work at home at 7am. Called and got two AI reps. About 2/3 of their reps are not real ppl. Supposedly I had $55 overdue. I've been on the phone w three of their AI reps on Monday. Their AI reps are not programmed to think, clearly. I've already bought Xfinity service yesterday for less at 90-300 Mbps like it's really 2025 and need CCI to provide me service so I can pick up my xfinity equipment and fire CCI today. CCI makes it so so easy for me to fire them. Can't wait to go. Suggest you do the same.

    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

I had decided to buy an iPhone 14 pro because it was the best phone for me. I didn't have a trade in phone because iPhone 6S plus is worthless as a trade in. So straight purchase of iPhone 14 pro. Ok no problem. So I wanted a gold colored phone but they were out so they said purple or black. I chose purple. Employee goes in the back and after ten minutes comes back and says they only have black. Ok I guess it's black because I came to buy a phone, not a color. So it's a straight purchase, no trade in for $41 a month. That's great. So I got an otter box case for $70 and a camera lens protector for $20. Great, things are going great and I'm finally upgrading my phone! The otter box cases are very tough and protect the phone very well. But they are hard to install as evidenced by the fact that they are new cases that the staff aren't necessarily familiar with and all three of the staff attempted to install it as it is difficult to install but one of the most capable of protecting the iPhone!!! Anyway everything is great! I'm getting my iPhone 14 pro so I'm happy. So the otter box case is practically bomb proof. Wait, what I can't say that? Ok I will chill.So now we put a lens protector on the camera too. So I have everything I came for and I'm ready to leave cuz when I buy a phone I buy it and leave. Not trying to be here long. So the iPhone 14 pro comes with a usb- c cable but not a box. So now they want $20 for a box. I don't need it cuz I have a lamp with a usb- c plug. But I asked the employee helping me to discount the box or the case or something!!! Sheeeesh, I was at Xfinity the day before and the $70 otter box case was only $50 and the $20 lens protectors are like a couple bucks at most places. So it's still a good review and the employees are great so it's just prices that are high! Like a device connection charge of $35. T mobile should be paying me for being a valuable, loyal customer, right? Down payment of $77.50. Tax $77.50 Total due today is $209.45. iPhone is $999.99 on a monthly payment. The good thing is the monthly payments are interest free. Anyway I have my phone and I am happy and I'm not gonna let the greedy corporate shareholders ruin my day! Since making the move, we have only lost internet service once when someone hit one of their supply junctions (?) and even then we only lost service for a couple of hours late at night and were given a credit without asking for one and it was much more than I would have even thought of asking for given the situation and how long we were out of internet service. Cable services have been good, with the only exception being our DVR has had to be reset a couple of times from their end for whatever technical reason. However, each time we called in to handle the issue, customer service was on point and very helpful. The only complaint I have at this time is the cost of services have become significant since they joined up with CCI and of course that was right about the time our discounted rates expired. I will probably be contacting them in the coming week to see if there are package deals for existing customers since another friend did so and was able to keep her same services and her bill went down by almost half. All in all would recommend them to a friend as a valid option for internet and cable services, especially since their customer service has been great to date. I am still waiting to see (especially after reading other reviews) how things look in the coming months with as their "growing pains" and kinks from their merger with CCI subside.

We were told we were signing up for one mobile plan, but the representative rushed us through the digital signing process and secretly enrolled us in a much more expensive plan that we cannot afford! I see from the comments we are not the only ones who were defrauded with a Bait-and-Switch in this place. They did not provide us with a copy of the contract before we left. We didn't see this until the bill arrived. This was clearly a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that the plan we signed for was NOT what we were promised verbally. Management has been zero help, dismissively telling us it is our problem. It is not a mistake; it is fraud. I am currently filing a complaint with the FCC, CPUC and the Better Business Bureau, as well as a consumer protection claim with the California Attorney General. Stay far away from this location. They rely on rushing and withholding paperwork to trap you in contracts you didn't agree to.

Apple said it was a hardware issue but their only suggestion was to buy a new iPhone. I could not have been less impressed with Apple. We came to this Apple location to see about upgrading my phone. THANK GOD Zelli was the person who helped us. Seriously the complete opposite of our experience with the Apple Store. Zelli went above and beyond to help us try to troubleshoot the phone. She talked to coworkers to see if they had any ideas of what was causing the issue. She went over our options. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire interaction. Ultimately, I ended up getting an iPhone 17 Pro Max. She helped us get everything sorted out, was very upfront about what to expect as far as future bills, etc. Thank you, AT&T for having her as an employee. You did it right when you hired her. Truly.
