I purchased a T-Mobile mobile plan on September 30th ,after speaking with a sales representative name Maria. Maria informed me that the plan included a "buy one, get one line free" offer. I told her that make sure the 2nd line is free. However, after activating the plan, I discovered that the second line was not free and was subject to additional charges. When I returned to the store and confronted the sales representative about the inaccurate information, she denied providing any such information. I am disappointed that the T-Mobile sales representative provided false information about the mobile plan and then denied doing so. I expect better accuracy, honesty, and accountability from a reputable company like T-Mobile. read more

The customer service at T-Mobile was the best I've seen in a long time. I had been with another cell phone company for many years that had a "take it or leave it" attitude with their customer service. Greg and Andrew answered every question and concern I had. They figured out a way for me to have an affordable new plan, and got my Samsung 7 phone working better than it ever has. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for new phone service. read more

T mobile is HORRIBLE! We have been missing calls because our phones will not ring. We also do not receive texts or voicemails until days later, as well as drop calls throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Our phones won't even connect to internet unless we are not moving! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE! Corporate basically tough luck....can't help you. So now we are stuck paying $160 a month for crummy service. I would not recommend this cell phone carrier to anyone. Horrible customer service. Horrible service coverage. read more
