Honest manager! Excellent quality and service. I came in with a very damaged iPad Pro screen and had it repaired by the following day. The price was very fair especially given the fact that it comes with a 90 day warranty. I returned later because of some slight discoloration on my screen given that when I originally dropped my iPad the impact may had cause deeper damage than I thought. Nonetheless, the manager kindly took in the iPad again and had it ready by the next day! I will definitely be returning with future electronic repairs. read more

If I could give this place a zero star then I would! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!! After getting my phone fixed from here, it worked great. HOWEVER, I took my phone to the Apple store to get something else fix to find out that they took parts of my battery connector, housing gasket adhesive, metal places to secure my parts together, AND THEY STOLE MY CAMERA AND REPLACED IT WITH AN OFF MARKET CHINA BRAND!!! (Missing parts, off brand China market camera, and scratches are highlighted in the pictures below) They also scratched the inside of my phone too. Do NOT go here!!! This guy is a complete ripoff! I brought my iPad Air that needed the LCD (inside screen) to be fixed. This guy said it would cost $150 because he would have to "break and replace" the front glass as well. Do not take your phone to this place. My screen was cracked and after the repair my phone started to cut off for no reason, I took the phone back and he offered to change to screen again. My phone continued to turn off after this I took my phone back again he looked at it and went to the back, after 15 mins i asked him what it could be, he stated he was trying to google the problem, someone with assumed IT knowledge should not have to search for answer, I truly believe that my phone was damanged during the initial replacing of my screen it continues to cut off with no resolution. read more

Do Not! Go there. They don't actually do any work there. They take your stuff and then some unknown person " the tech" picks it up. So the next day when it's supposed to be ready they can not find it then decide the tech still has it then they promise it in two hours. The next day when you go to pick up your $900 worth ipad is STILL not there and you have to wait till afternoon till the tech decides he is in the mood to return it. Then when you finally get it back THREE DAYS After it was promised they WAY OVERCHARGE YOU!!!. Its a bunch of kids who have no idea what customer service and have No organization. Brought in the phone at 6pm. They said it would be repaired and available the next day at Noon. Went to the store at Noon. Closed. Sign on door indicating they would open at Noon. Waited for 30 minutes. Nobody showed up. I had an important business conference call, to which I had to dial in, at 1pm. I could not participate in the call because I did not have the phone. I took my iPhone 6 to get the glass digitizer replaced, after 5 days it started coming off, I call the store to get it fixed under their 30 day warranty and the guy who owns the place keeps giving me the run around, first he said he didn't have the part, then he told me to go all the way to Plano to have it replaced then I went to his shop today for another guy that's there to tell me he can't fix iPhone 6's and I'd have to come back another day! I do not recommend this place in Rowlett due the fact that customer service is lacking big time ! Recently ,Took my daughter for iPhone 5s LCD repair . About 3 weeks later LCD stopped working and screen froze up . Went back for 30 day warranty . They would not honor the 30 day warranty !!!
