We switched from another carrier and were told we did not have to turn in one of our phones. We kinda knew we did. So we went down to the corporate store and when they started looking into it, they couldn't do anything because it was done at this store. I have been back twice to return the phone. There's one person working always in a lineup of people so far yesterday I spent three hours trying to return this phone. It's like running in circles with all these phone companies now. Also my Internet is just as crappy as Verizon was. My phone service is just as crappy as Verizon was. The only good thing is I am paying a little less. However, customer service sucks and not one person there gives a damn. read more

Terrible service, continued to charge after terminating the contract resulting in a collection agency billing me and negatively impacting my credit rating. Would advise anyone to seek a different cell phone provider. read more

After several disappointing rounds with T-Mobile customer care via phone and chat, I made an appointment and went to this store. The manager and assistant manager were phenomenal! They worked through all of the issues I was having and I ended up buying a new iPhone 13 Pro Max, an Apple Watch, changed plans to a better one, and ended up saving money over what I had been paying. Do yourself a favor and see them. They made my day, week, and even my month! Thank you, Anissa and Cody for your patience, perseverance, friendliness, and professionalism. I've been with Sprint since 1998. As you probably know T-mobile just took over. Our plan had an iPhone 7 and we were getting the notifications it would need an update due to 5G. For no real reason except all the changes, I was ready to try another carrier all together. Before doing so my husband and I went into our local store to hear what was needed with this upgrade. Wouldn't you know the staff were so kind, knowledgeable and approachable. We left with the upgrade and completely excited to have great customer service when needed. We left spending very little extra money out of our pocket on our own accord. Kudos to the gentleman training two people and all three keeping things running smoothly. read more

Buyer beware! Not a real T mobile store it is Mobile One business see small sign in back of store. Store manager Ryan sold us phones and plan under false pretenses we could bring our old numbers over at a later date to the new lines and keep the promotion deal when that did not work after several days of consulting they wanted restocking fee's ( over $200, read the small print on contract ) even though they mislead us repeatedly to get us to sign the contract. The manager Ryan told worker David to get the money from us and get us out of the store this was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. They certainly did not want potential customers to hear the problems we where having with them on such a simple transaction. Beware your 14 day buyers remorse provision will still cost you a lot of money with this store. read more

I switched back to T-mobile from AT&T, my first interaction at this store was an amazing one. There was a little bit of a wait but that was to be expected. Once we were up the associate Cody was amazing to work with. He was friendly, respectful, and quick to find us a plan that worked. We ended up with a great plan that is saving us 100.00 a month for two phones and an Apple Watch. I couldn't be happier with my experience in this branch!! read more

This is not meant to be a negative comment. It is simply feedback to hopefully improve Upon. I have visited this store on two occasions. While the Mobile Experts I worked with we're both friendly each time, they did not provide a thorough experience. The first visit, I walked in and was surprised to not get my normal greeting I'm used to from Mobile Experts in a T-Mobile store. I upgraded a phone where the expert helped and was not very knowledgeable about a promo going on or how to get it. She also went through my transaction and completed my signature for me. To include the item on a promo. I asked to have that voided without the promo and so that I could complete the signature myself. I ended up declining the promo in store. I feel like I would have opted for it had she understood and rang it out properly. Sadly, I got the promo myself online. She also assured me that the new sim card for my upgrade was active and it was not. This created more work for me later in having to call The Team lf Experts do update the sim and resolve this. For the second visit, I was greeted, and was helped by a gentleman who shared that he was working alone. This is concerning. The wait doesn't bother me, but the potential safety risk does. This poor guy could have been hurt or taken advantage of for a robbery. If only one person is there, please don't risk an employees safety and allow them to work alone. There are plenty of other stores locally. Maybe Have a sign out to say this one is temporarily closed. The reason is no one elses business. I think these guys are good people, but need better training and need to put safety first. Good luck guys. read more
