Not what i was expecting, but in a good way...I decided to go into their store to exchange an internet modem. When I walked in, their store reminded me of tmobile. About 10 people waiting to be served and 3 workers. I thought to myself, we'll this is going to be a horrible experience and expected an hour wait time. To my surprise they did everything right that tmobile does horribly wrong. 1. They have a kiosk that lets you sign in so you're not just standing there waiting to be helped. 2. They have couches and chairs that are comfortable to sit in while you wait 3. My wait time was less than 5 minutes.and I was done in a few minutes after that. Fast service. Well done! 4. The staff that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me about their mobile promotions and didnt try to upsell me. This is what I liked the most. I felt free to ask questions without the sleezy upsell tactics. After this experience, I am genuinely interested in switching my mobile provider. Nicely done Spectrum!..... Now if I can only trust that your pricing won't skyrocket after the 1st year of service. This is why we discontinued our cable sercice... trust is a hard thing to earn and easy to lose. read more

Where's the zero star button? I just walked out of this location feeling disappointed and somewhat confused. Are people working there trying to sell or scared off customers? I walked there trying to find a new phone but the guy helping was low energy and had zero customer service knowledge. I ask for prices to see if I can find a good deal but this guy was just too tired or unhappy with his job that he just told me some numbers and stand there with no more information or interest of helping any longer. We came in with issues on our iPhone to the Santa Ana/17th St location. They did what they could, but it was dead, so we then tried the Apple Store for further troubleshooting. Fast forward, we came in as a follow up and had Steven Razo assigned to help us. He went above and beyond to interface with customer support on their end and had a can-do attitude! He was patient, smart, kind and helpful. I highly recommend him if you are looking for sales or store type support. I wish I could have bought him lunch for all the help he gave us (but he said they aren't allowed that, drat.) Great asset to T-Mobile! read more

My boyfriend was convinced to buy a screen protector with a promise of life time warranty with Alex and when Alex left the company, the staff and manager refused to change the screen protector and claimed it was not in the contract even after we have changed the screen protector 3 times with Alex because it's a bad one that have short lifetime since it started cracking on the side after a few weeks .. now we are forced to having to absorb the cost of fause contract of their own employee selling and push to the consumer. Wish that I could give zero stars. Rude employees, especially Luis on the evening of10/03/2025. I ordered the "All-in" Internet a few weeks ago, and receiving it at my house, I followed the instructions to scan and set it up. While doing so, the app had ordered another Wifi device. I called immediately the company had guaranteed that the order had been cancelled. Well, this week I received the "additional" equipment, and when contacting customer service they stated that I could not return the package but had to return to a local store..... After multiple trips to Tmobile (due to "too many customers/slow agents) I return the "un-opened" package to the store.... to save time, end result.... "no, we can't cancel, you have to return by mail..." I contacted T-mobile customer service again... When expressing my frustrations at the store, Agent Luis stated "It's not our fault, it's yours for ordering the equipment..." multiple man-hours wasted and extreme frustration... I'm at home now typing this review while on another "extremely long hold" with Tmobile corporate customer service. read more

Anthony C is genuinely the worst sales representative I've encountered at a T-Mobile location. I'm sure this is not a reflection of the service provided by the company as a whole but unfortunately hiring people like him will continue to give stores a bad name. He had an attitude through out the transaction, was reluctant to give information when we asked questions and tried pushing what he wanted vs what we needed. Arrogant and rude attitudes from the staff at this location. Have been to this location many times and it is always the same bad service attitude regardless who was at the time on site for us. They did not make us feel welcomed even when we just came in to redeem the gifts. they looked like they did not care and tried to play dumb on these Tmobile Tues gift giveaway. They also made up a rule that each gift can be redeemed by a phone. not by a line? I believe T Mobile Tuesday gift is one per LINE. not per Phone set. so if you have dual sims with Tmobile on just one phone, they will not let u redeem both lines for gifts. they would only give you one gift. Even if you switch the sim on-site in the store and ask for it, they will NOT let you redeem the free gift. They will make up excuses of running gifts short, or 1 gift per phone set. Really did not like to come to this location for more Tmobile lines or services. do not recommend this location. read more

This review is given 5 stars solely because of Monica's help! I walked in the store(fortunately it wasn't busy as it usually is!). I needed help because my phone suddenly stopped working with ok Google commands. I tried to resolve the issue myself and spent most of my time last night troubleshooting. So I tapped out and decided to ask for expert help. Monica patiently researched and finally got it to work! I couldn't retrain voice model or delete voice model but somehow Monica thought to use the Google chrome browser instead of just using the app. Lesson learned. Again, thank you Monica!!!! read more

Went in to this location to finally be done with AT&T after years (with them since it was Cingular) of being over charged and dealing with poor customer service. Frankly, I was skeptical that T-Mobile would be any different. Juan B. proved to me that there still is caring customer service in this world. He set me up in transferring (porting) all my lines over and explained the benefits of the plan that would work best for me and my family. He also made sure I was aware of every promotion and offer that I was eligible for. He laid everything out simply for me, step by step. Of course AT&T didn't make it easy for me. Even though they told me my phones were unlocked, one was still not unlocked. Juan B. waited patiently while I had to talk to AT&T (one last time) for 40 minutes, for them to unlock my phone (the same phone they assured me was unlocked). When I was done, Juan B. was ready to pick up right where we left off. Glad to finally be out from under the dark cloud of AT&T (at one time I had their TV, internet, home phone, and mobile-now I have none). My monthly cellular bill is now significantly lower and has so much more included as well as home internet. Buyer beware! Check your receipt carefully before you leave. I specifically asked for an iPhone 14 (not pro) with 256G. I was told it would cost $899. I didn't notice until I received the phone case I ordered and it didn't fit, but I was given an iPhone 14 Pro with 128G and billed $999. At the end of my sale period, the salesperson repeated the monthly cost and never mentioned $999. When I went back to exchange my phone, I had to pay an additional restocking fee and an activation fee. Therefore, I ended up paying over $100 extra. This experience just reminded me to check my receipts because some businesses just can't be trusted. read more

AMAZING service!! Long story short I had a "very unique" situation with my account, while I was trying to trade my phone in and honestly I'm very thankful I came to this location. First off this was the only store out of 7 stores I called that had the version of iPhone I wanted, which was great! I wanted to personally thank Monica for being so diligent and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and communicated so effectively that I felt like I was being taken care of the entire time. She was informative and explained the situation from start to finish on my account so I was able to know what would be going on until my account issue was resolved. Tell me why every time I come in here, the employees are lagging! You're better off going to the mall where they pick up the pace in helping customers. I've been here a total of 4 times and this last time I walked out because they were not helping me even when they knew why I was there would only take two seconds! I was just there to pick something up...nothing more. They didn't even have to go to a computer/register. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HAND ME THE ITEM after me showing the receipt on my phone. When I first moved over to T-Mobile these guys I work for Daniel and he was able to get me all set up and things are going great. We had a phone that had a manufacturer issue so I brought that into the store work with someone else and they ended up shipping my phone to the wrong address and it's been a huge pain to get that fixed. Just recently I went in again to upgrade a phone and I was working with another guy who ran my credit card said everything was good I left my employees there to take care of the rest. Then I get a phone call that says they were reversed the charge and that they couldn't do it the way they're doing it had to change things, and I had to go back to the store. I was really frustrated, because I did not have time to deal with incompetence. So as the supervisor let me back in the store because it was late, I asked for Daniel again, and he took over the transaction. He was very conforming and understood that I was a business owner and did not have time to stand around while they figure their stuff out. If you go into the store ask for Daniel he knows what he's doing and he will take care of you. If it wasn't for Daniel Martinez the store would be a 2-star review because I like T-Mobile but the people in the store need to be trained properly. read more

T-Mobile's service has gone to hell since they got rid of the contracts. I went into this store to upgrade a phone, and they stand around, no eye contact until you walk up to the counter and stare at them. So, you can't buy phones there now, and you can't get accessories, so why do they have the stores. The final straw was when my phone, Samsung 4S older version, wouldn't charge. I took it to this store, and they wouldn't look at it, just said it had to be the battery, and that I couldn't buy the battery there. Had to go the Radio Shack. I went to Radio Shack, where they tried to be helpful, BUT no longer sold that battery. So, when I was in Costco, Verizon was having a great special. They looked at my current phone, tried to charge the battery, and it turned out it wasn't the battery, it was the charger chord. I signed up with Verizon, because I had been with T-Mobile almost since their inception, TEN YEARS, and knew my contract was up. Turned out that 1 1/2 years ago, I had asked for a better price, so they put me on a contract. I called them and told them that I couldn't use my phone, so they couldn't expect me to stay on the contract for 8 more months, and not be able to use my phone. That they should give me a deal on a new phone to match Verizon. SO, I had to pay a $200.00 early termination fee, AFTER they got rid of "contracts", when I would have kept my phone and stayed with T-Mobile if only one of the kids at the store had checked my phone to see if it was the battery, or the charger. Charging the termination fee after being with the company for ten years, and after they no longer had contracts was a slap in the face, and not good business. read more
