    Short staffed!! Tons of people here! Spectrum stop offering cell phone service if you don't have the staff to support it!! Im only here to drop off old equipment and had to sit here for an hour just to drop off!! What a joke!!! Another reason to switch networks! Ugggrrr and to top it off they dont send technicians to homes anymore! I feel terrible for all customers not familiar with technology! This is why alot of stores and businesses have been going out of business! Customer service sucks, short staffed and not 5 star ratings anymore!

    To the Spectrum Cable representative who told me he would hide the cable (on my neighbor's house) under the eaves but who did not, read on. I hope your supervisors see the photo below. You walked through my property without introducing yourself or asking for permission. Then you lied and did exactly what you told me you wouldn't do: you strung your cable in a shoddy, piss-poor way. I just relandscaped my yard to beautify it. Now I am stuck looking at this view. My neighbor just sold his home for nearly one million dollars. Is this really respectable work? When I confronted you, you said you couldn't drive your mail in the stucco near the eaves because the stucco was harder up there. Seriously?!?!?! I guess it was a Friday late afternoon and Happy Hour was calling. Guess you didn't want to put yourself out to try to make your wok look aesthetically pleasing. This work makes it look like I live in a 3rd world country. Thanks a lot for putting professional pride in your work. Yes, that was sarcasm.

The worker in the store couldn't help me, so they called customer service and had me wait on hold for a representative. I was on hold for an hour before a rep finally came on the line. I then spent another 30 minutes with him trying to figure out how to get my phone out of SOS mode. No one seemed to be able to give me the elusive Puk code or get my phone working. He then stated he would need to escalate the call and would transfer me to another department. I figured he was going to warm transfer me to human. Nope. I was just placed back on hold again to wait for who knows how long. At this point I'd been there for over an hour and a half and my phone still wasn't working. I was not about to wait for another hour, so I just decided to upgrade my phone. I really didn't want or need a new phone; but that was my only option at this point, if I wanted a working phone. I declined the insurance multiple times. They told me they'd give me a month for free, which I also declined. A couple days later I decide to check my account to see what my new total monthly payment will be and there is two additional services that were added to my plan. The insurance coverage, that I specifically did not want, and an upgrade on my hotspot data allowance. Both of these services I never authorized or requested be added to my plan. This seems to be a common occurrence with Verizon. The main things you should take from all this is to (a) hope your phone never goes into SOS mode because no one will be able to help you; and (b) if you make any upgrades or changes in the store, make sure you check your account when you get home. I'm about 90% sure you'll have unauthorized additional services added to your plan.

He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

Guess I will have to talk to my buddy but what I do know is that I was very impressed with all aspects of the customer service I received from the time I showed up to receive my merchandise. What I really like is that our sales rep, Markk Gonzales pretty much took care of everything and that they continue to provide customer service after installation. I thought that shopping around for TV service for a business would be daunting, but they made it very easy. We ended up getting DIRECTV, Internet, phone, and so far it has been great. The whole package just made more sense and it saved us a ton of money! There have been times when service was down, but their rep Rick was very professional and empathetic. He was able to answer my questions and concerns and even followed up. I'm just a very satisfied customer and will definitely be doing business with them again!
