App has apparently unfixable glitches. Changing names on a second line is not possible by customer. It can be accomplished over the phone but the change doesn't appear on the app. If they mess up transcribing your initial application, again it can only be fixed by phone & again the app won't show any change. TECH CANNOT FIX THESE ISSUES. Even after 4 calls, 10 days, and hours on hold, issues not fixed. Not a confidence builder. read more

Okay so we left t-mobile because we had horrible experience after experience. We went in to get more information to cancel, and expecting pushback. I went in twice the first time a female helped and I can't remember her name but she was so friendly and helpful. She came to check me in and I told her I just needed a transfer pin. She said I can just do it on the app and gave me a few instructions. So juice and helpful. Then, only one phone transferred. We went back. Jairo helped us for nearly 40 minutes. He was so nice and helpful. He said he was going to help us make sure everything was set up properly with our new service provider and helped troubleshoot issues. He helped us with what we would need after too. He was so nice! If we had that experience every time we needed something from t-mobile we might have stayed. Thank you Jairo! read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service. I have been a happy customer for almost 20 years and have a ZFold that is experiencing problems... when trying to file a claim, T-mobile said it was under warranty and not an insurance issue... they sent me to THIS store to exchange my phone and I was told the store wouldn't take it because it has screen damage... I called T-mobile back and they said it IS a warranty and the store would take it.... I went BACK to the store as requested and was told AGAIN, that they wouldnt take the phone... screen is perfect and the manager claimed that because the edge of the screen protector had bubbles...and I told him I put that screen protector on to make sure it was safe... I asked if I peeled that back and the screen was perfect would he take it. He said yes, so I peeled it off and he said it now isn't covered by warranty because I removed it.... I feel played by this store! Update, T-mobile agrees with me and is sending me the phone DIRECTLY under a warranty exchange... this manager needs to learn how to treat his customers when clearly they are having a bad experience. read more

I honestly was dreading this trip out to T-Mobile but it had to be done - kind of like salads. Alright, salads aren't so bad, but I'd just much rather a burrito, enchilada-style. I digress. We stopped by late Sunday morning and since it was the weekend, I was expecting to spend no less than an hour in the store, most of it just waiting to talk to a store associate but instead, we were in and out in half an hour (we even got boba after! But that belongs in a different review). There were two associates working at the time, one of which noticed we were ambling about, waiting to talk to them and immediately acknowledged us and told us he'd be with us momentarily. He checked us in on his tablet and not more than 10 minutes later, we were chatting about adding a line. The tablet, though a little glitchy, was able to pull up our account information and he was able to price out our options. I didn't catch his name, unfortunately, but I did appreciate that he didn't try to push us into signing up though he did help us weigh out the pros and cons of our decision. We didn't end up adding the lines that day but if we change our minds and need to go back to T-Mobile, this would be my store of choice. read more

My XR broke, but wife was too told that at that store they had a promotion for phones. Phone are mandatory for my wife's work and my business. Well I called BS on it and called back and said they are doing it right now. I show up give dude phone, and whamo. Oh can't for I see screen blemish. Ok, I could get a screen cove for $65.00 thank you for type help and told her to leave. If they are playing games before you dig in the dotted line, imagine when you're stuck with the plan. To keep her business dude begged her to stay and when he got the cover fixed it's I have his 14 waiting sigh sealed delivers. Who we. I said did you get in writing? No and sure enough brought phone back when fixes 10 days later of so, nope, notta, never promotion ended. He looked at her with a sympathetic smile and look and me like maybe I need to start filming the MAGA looking dude when just might pummel my cute little face in. But no, don't do that stuff, then take me off the phone service and offer a promotion. Nop, that would be through the carrier. The general public are compete morons if they buy this line from the used car salesman in trading. Lots of crap cell stores 1992 and these clowns took the cake. My poor wife took the hook, even when she was happy with the other company. So I went and dropped a $100 for a screen that I never noticed the blemish. The manager ended up going above and beyond to help us when our insurance wasn't coming through to help us with my broken phone. I have been reading the reviews of this particular T-Mobile and I have had the opposite experience of most of the ppl who have had problems. I find, being not very tech savvy and cell phone savvy, Luis was extremely helpful, polite, courteous and extremely patient. He explained everything to me in detail. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend my friends and family. I also would like to say that the next day, when I had to return something to T-Mobile, I was helped by Edith. She, too, went above and beyond to help me with the return and showed me how to see if Netflix was being taken care of, account wise, by T-Mobile. She was so patient and understanding. read more

The small T-Mobile in the Orange Mall closed about a month ago, so we went to the large store on Tustin and Katella. I was prepared for a wait. We arrived at 6:30 PM and put in our name. I told the clerk we were there to purchase a new phone for my son. He never told us that they do not download data after 7 PM. We were finally called at 7:15 PM. The clerk that waited on us (Justin) had a snotty, rude attitude. His aim was to get us out of the store ASAP (they close at 8 PM). We purchased a phone that was over $900, I expect some courtesy. read more

Last month, my wife and I switched to T-Mobile. 15 day "try-and-buy". ATT and Spectrum has garbage service in our area. Spectrum is higher end for sure over T-Mobile, but their DNS gateway is garbage. It's a great rating from me if you take into account that the average speed down we got was 6 Mmps down from ATT. Also this was ADSL. Many calls to ATT over several years asking about high speed internet in 92865. I have been a long term customer with ATT (U-verse, then DIRECTV). I am nested in an area where Public Works has T-1 and T-3 lines. ATT is always out servicing the government. I could open my front door and spit on some high speed lines. ATT says more people need to have an interest in you area for high speed internet... Well screw ATT. Absolute trash customer service at this location. It was the third store that I visited today looking to trade in my iPhone X for the iPhone 13. First two stores, happy to accept the phone for hundreds in credit despite a TINY green line on the LED screen. The phone is 100% in working condition with NO cracks or cosmetic damage and NO LED problems other than the tiny green line on the far right hand side of the screen. I ONLY came to this store because they had more color options for the new phone. I REGRET THIS DECISION and will never be back. This store quoted a wait time of 42 minutes, but it ended up being closer 1 hour. I had to ask for a time update because they had TWO store associates working with one single family while I was not helped or acknowledged, only after expressing frustration was I helped.... I would like to note that family also was deeply unhappy with their customer service and verbalized it loudly. This store's team could SIGNIFICANTLY improve customer service by being TRANSPARENT off the bat about what they do/do not have in stock and what they are/are not willing to accept as a trade in BEFORE forcing customers to wait 45-60 minutes only to be told NO when other locations would and do say YES. When I asked why their policies were different from other stores I was told that this is a corporate location while others are 3rd party. I cannot state strongly enough that you should NOT waste your time at this store with this customer service team. I would rate them with a zero if I could. read more

Wow! Once I got help it was very efficient and courteous. Getting help was another matter. Customers (just three of us) were standing around waiting with no idea of who was "next" and how long the wait would be. We were greeted with essentially grunts from what turned out to be a manager and an associate. After 10-15 minutes some dude comes out with a pad and adds us to a list. When I asked politely for an approximate time eXpectation he rambled on almost incoherently. I asked as politely as I could muster for just a time estimate not the details of reasons why people in front of me were there for. Finally Daniel the manager helped us earlier than expected because I guess I was one of "those customers" who have this expectation of courtesy and professionalism for a product that our household spends 4% of their annual income on. Same is true for almost all their customers. No iPhones on display?! Wow. Using your own phone as a demo? Weird. Daniel seemed like a nice guy and i like TMobile. Switched providers and I can say that they change associates while doing the process. Upsold me and added insurance when I did not request it. I have to reach customer service to get my acc fixed and adjusted. Told them more than once I did not want or need any features besides the plan and the phones. They did not provide any option for plans except the top tier plan. Wish I could give them half a star. Would not recommend this location to anyone. The manager was there along with the assistant manager and the manager is a rude jack. I can't recommend them. They are the worst at customer service and at providing a great customer experience. read more

When I was told several months ago when I got my phone from here I can stop by whenever and change my screen protector for free of charge. Now all of a sudden they don't do that. I have been with AT&T since they took over Cingular. I have always had the same account, and honestly, not many problems with them over the years. However, living in Anaheim Hills, my reception is awful. We bought one of their M-Cell's to boost our signal, but it didn't always work. It's very frustrating to not be able to make or receive calls at home. I have been dealing with this for many years, but it finally came to a head last week when I had a series of important phone calls and my calls kept dropping, I couldn't place calls, and the people I was talking to couldn't hear me. I flipped out, and the decision was made to switch to T-Mobile. So, we went there this morning. We were helped within 10 minutes by Genaro. He was awesome. Luckily we both knew what we wanted so it went like this. "We have AT&T and we want to switch to T-Mobile today." "No problem." Seriously in about 30 minutes we had picked out our new phones, he cancelled our contracts with AT&T and got our new phones working. They pay termination fees for you, and they have some sort of deal where you trade in your old phone for a credit, and then they bill you monthly for your new phone, so in the end, we walked out with two brand new phones and cases and paid $0. Our bill will be about $100 less than it was with AT&T. I am a happy camper so far. And I was able to call and send pictures via text with ease when I got home. Yay! read more

I came here to inquire about my phone and some issues I was having since I couldn't get the help I wanted from their customer service center over the phone so it was just better to see someone in person. It was busy on Friday but they took down my name and had someone assist me within about 10 minutes. After looking at my phone and testing out a few things, we considered the possibility of upgrading or just swapping out the phone for another 5s. They didn't have an iPhone 6 in stock that I wanted or in the capacity I wanted so we just swapped out the phone for now and I guess I can just come back later to get an iPhone 6 if I really want to. T-Mobile has a great exchange rate so this won't be an issue when I come back. Overall, really great service and it moved really quick. read more

Wonderful small T-Mobile store on the corner of Tustin and Katella Ave, kind behind/to the side of the Wendy's there. The staff jumped to help me when I came up to the counter. I needed to switch the SIM card and service from my old phone to my new iPhone. I was bracing myself that this could take AWHILE. They did it all within just minutes and it was super easy peasy. They tried a bit of an upsell on me while I was there, which I respect. They were NOT high pressure, TG. Atmosphere: Bright lights and loud strobing music. I needed a new iwatch. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out my best fit. The only thing that took a while was waiting to actually see the demos because they keep them locked in a safe in the back. It takes 15 minutes for the safe to open so in the mean time, the sales person was able to speak about the features of the different watches and cases.
