They do not keep their word and seems the left hand and right do not communicate. Our experience since signing up a couple months ago has been unsatisfactory when dealing with their personnel. TV and internet do work well. It is the Admin piece that is unsatisfactory.

The quality has been very good and they called again a week after install to make sure our fiber was working and see if we had any issues or problems.I highly recommend them. Yelp needs to add more categories because there is a lack of categories for network/data cabling, fiber optic, voip (voice over ip), paging/intercom systems,security camera installation- all of which this company does.

I found Sarasota Networks who in their website said they were Ubiquity installers. Franklin spent quite a bit of time testing all pieces of the system to figure out problem. Franklin even contacted Ubiquity and had them work with us to resolve issues. Making some changes in settings and working with Ubiquity on a firmware correction has made the access points stable. He was always available to discuss issues we observed and to investigate them. The pricing for the work was reasonable considering all the aspects which needed to be reviewed and investigated. Sarasota Networks was willing to spend the time diagnosing the problem instead of just making quick changes.
