Best experience I have with Verizon thus far and I have been a customer for over 10 years! I worked with Chris in adding a line to an account and talking through new deals on adding a new device. Chris answered all of our questions, was very patient and spent a lot of time making sure we understood everything. Chris went above and beyond and most important was very knowledgeable on everything. I tried other Verizon's in the Valley and had a much worse experience. If I was not already a verizon customer I could walk into any store and get a free i15 phone But since I am a "loyal" customer for 20 plus years I have to pay the $1000.00 for a new phone. We came in to help my 90 year old grandma activate jet "new"phone that my uncle sent from California. Upon entering the kid with multi colored hair says "can I help you"? When I explained we just needed to activate the phone & transfer the contacts, since she doesn't do anything else on the phone. The kid responded "well it's going to be awhile, I'm the only one working". Then after about 5 minutes he said there is a $50 fee to transfer the contacts! I was flabbergasted about this, so we left. I will figure it out myself. I don't care for Verizon anyway, they're too expensive, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! Do not come here. read more

I woke up this morning to utter chaos. Why is my IPhone asking for a password? I don't have it set up for a password! This is what happens when you do an update and when you're half asleep and start messing with your phone. Don't do that! Ever! I took my phone in to the Verizon store near work and let me just say Chris Imperiale saved my life! The On Communications Verizon store was extremely helpful and was able to fix my mistake and get me back up and running in no time! I highly recommend this store and their employees. read more

Bella was amazing. I lost my phone and found this Verizon store right next to the Albertson's I always shop at. They were open at 8am so I could get in early and get things handled. Sadly terrible. The sales rep tried to switch my phone over from a previous provider, but it didn't work and I had absolutely no phone service for four days. He also promised me an incentive credit for switching and after several months, no one can tell me where it is. But the sales rep did manage to slip me his person trainer business card, so maybe his side hustle is working out for him. The worst part is, this is still better than AT&T. read more

I lost my Iphone somewhere at offsite storage (and believe it was picked up and not returned) . I was very anxiety ridden, but ordered a new phone (this time Android) and headed to the Verizon store for help. I had the privilege of working with Chris. He set up my new phone, helped me recover my contacts (something I certainly didn't expect), helped me report the other phone lost/stolen, locked my screen, explained the new phone to me, even put the new case on it, restored my number I've had for years (which I had put on hold during this change). He and the other person working wore their masks the entire time. He also answered my silly questions in a professional but fun manner, never acting condescending or rushing me through it. We were weary at first being this is not a corporate Verizon store, but an authorized service center. However, the feeling passed quickly because the service we received was amazing! A corporate store would not have given us the care & attention we received. Anthony was extremely helpful, going above & beyond, thinking outside the box to solve all our issues. Disappointing- Stopped in to take a look at the iPhone 8 and the iPhone X. I wanted to compare them side-by-side and get a feel for how they worked. I was very disappointed when none of the phones would even turn on. I was told they probably didn't have any battery life left. If you're into holding two pieces of technology without battery life in your hands to compare specs- this is the place for you. read more

My cell phone died last week so I took it in to see if it could be salvaged. Apparently it was unlikely to be revived so I worked with a very personable young lady at this business to purchase a new phone. Her name is Josephine Ware and she gave excellent customer service. I hope she is in college or working on advancing herself so you can expand her personal horizons. I would appreciate dealing with Josephine in any business she was involved in. Anyway, look for Josephine at this business and she'll help you out. On a side note... another employee there who may be the manager whose name is Jose... he's like the opposite of good customer service. So if you go to the Verizon store at Thomas and Scottsdale road, look for Josephine and avoid Jose. read more

Be very careful with these guys. I transferred my service to Verizon through them in December 2020. I walked in the store front to inquire about adds I had seen showing a much cheaper monthly cost than my current ATT account. Of course what I saw in the add wasn't what I could get, yes the small print. They were the same cost, so I told the salesman I would check other options. To keep me from walking away he promised me a $250 gift card that I could use for future payments. I thought this was worth it, so decided to switch. I never heard anything about this for weeks after, so went back to the store. An employee said they would email it again. After not seeing this email I called Verizon directly. They did send an email, but it said I was not eligible for the $250 GC. I have spent so many hours, seriously hours, on the phone with the manager, Chris I believe, Verizon directly, had Verizon get the manager on the phone with them, all with nothing accomplished. They were all very nice when we talked and full off promises to get this done. I honestly think this is their game, false promises and just wear you out till you give up. Well I gave up, but want to warn you not to go waste your time with On Communications. read more

These guys are amazing and are the reason I only go to this Verizon store with any of my phone problems! Time and again Anthony, Jose, and Alex take great care of my dad and I and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my phone now. Not only do they treat the issue like it's their own , but they always go the extra step to make sure that I'm taken care of and won't have any issues going forward.
