Because she handled that so well, I trusted only her to upgrade two other phones and plans on my account. These phones belonged to my sons, one who lived out of state. This involved trade-ins and my phone bill jumping up and down. Again, she answered all my questions and navigated that so that in the end, there were no negative surprises.
