Love this new location on Jericho Turnpike! The inside is pretty clean and you can go in and out within a few minutes if needed. The only downside is the parking. There's parking in the back but it can fill up pretty quickly. You're not suppose to park in the Dunkin' Donuts lot next door but you can get away with it. P.S. I was having so many issues with my phone, Ed was able to answer all my questions and helped me with everything. Amazing customer service.

The manager at this location Rakesh help me alot to do sort out my problems.. And the service was good.

It took one new employee two hours to active our phones while two other staff members just stared at their phones. One experienced employee helped us for awhile and left, not asking the others to lend a hand. Probably the new employee was given the sale and the others saw no reason to be part of a team. We were given conflicting or wrong information. We also had problems with the Apple/Netflix sign up because of how the employee handled it. They also gave us a SIM card saying it would work in a tablet and it didn't. We have contacted T-Mobile through 611 and were able to resolve our issues and now are satisfied with T-Mobile. Please go to a different store. read more

This T-Mobile location just opened up in the last few months. It is super convenient as I live near by. The first time I went in I really went in for free socks they were giving away for T-Mobile free Tuesdays. While I was in the store I was talking to the manager and he pulled my account and told me how I could save 40-60 dollars a month. I changed my account and now I have to see but I will save at least 40.00 a month definitely if not more. The second time I went in too the store I was having a problem with phone it would not load any internet pages except on wifi mode. I spoke with the manager who recognized me and he had it fixed in a few minutes. overall customer service is fantastic and I have been with T-mobile for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend it to everyone. read more

I came in to transfer my at&t phone to t-mobile and have to say the customer service in there was terrific. Both Raza and Fahim were beyond awesome. This was the worst experience of my life! I had been a Verizon customer for many years until I got tired of the taxes and fees and decided to switch our family to T mobile. However, I could not have chosen a worse store to assist us to switch our lines and purchase new phones as well. It took us almost three hours to switch two lines and buy one new phone. The store had no place to sit, there was one sales person who was polite but totally incompetent! The manager was awol, came out once to help someone and then locked himself in his office. The whole process was incorrectly done, I was switching from Verizon and was assured that T mobile would pay the switching fees. When I received my last Verizon bill and I followed instructions to redeem, I was told that my line was not carried over from Verizon and this was incorrectly processed! I am still waiting for that to be cleared. Also, I was told that I could get up to $300 for a new phone if I turned in my current phone. We opted for this but apparently this had to happen at the store during the sale and not after so we could get that deal too. This store is a disaster from the very start. T mobile customer service has been helpful as best as it can however until I get the early termination fee back from T mobile, I will refrain from rating that store. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THE SYOSSET STORE and go to a different t mobile store if you want a better experience than what I faced! read more
