But if you are not happy with the work, I am sure that Sam and his crew will listen to your needs and apply a fix. You can also save the time and effort of trying to get into the Apple Store at Southlake. I live in Irving but I think the drive to HiTech Wireless is worth it. I will come back again.

Someone recommended me this spot which was closer to me and Open so the impatient person that i am decided to give this place a try. The person who referred me told me they got their iPhone 5 fixed for $75 but the iPhone 6 would be closer to $100. When I got here I was told it would be $149. I was already there so decided to go ahead and get it fixed. They closed at 5pm and I got there about 4:30pm and told me I could come pick it up at 6:30pm. Overall my phone works now perfectly so I am happy with that but after doing more research I could have got this fixed even cheaper at Apple. So for the price itself I wouldn't recommend this place but if you want something done asap and have the money you will get your phone fixed properly here! This is an update: So my screen is definitely not perfect. I already have dead pixels on my screen. I live in NJ though so I will definitely need to make a trip back to them to see if they can do something about it but until then it'll just annoy me!!

He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Since he is constantly on that phone for work, we decided it needed to be fixed. After stopping by an Apple store ($200 to fix a screen) and the Verizon store (between $150-200 -- can't remember exactly -- even with the Asurion insurance), we lost a little hope. We were about to go home and look on Amazon.com for a screen and install it ourselves, but then we remembered cell phone repair shops. We've never been to one, but it had to be less than $200, so we thought we might as well see. The owner (I'm assuming because he knew EVERYTHING) took the phone, gave us a very fair price and also said that it would only take 40 minutes! Not 40 hours, but freaking MINUTES! We ate next door at the Al Kabob restaurant (also very good) and shopped for a new cell phone case and screen protector just a building over. It was all fast and easy and they took very good care of us. Don't let Apple or your cell phone company rob you. These guys at this store know what they're doing for a very fair price.

This is either a blatant lie, or absolutely ignorant response, as the ribbon cable from the logic board to these buttons runs right UNDERNEATH the battery and is exposed. Technicians did work in our neighborhood -- in our back yard, actually -- trying to improve the service. While we had to take our service elsewhere, I wanted to acknowledge the phone supervisor/account manager (Mike) that expressed genuine concern for what we experienced. The unexpected humanity makes it much more likely that we'll return to Spectrum in the future.

Without the code NOTHING was recoverable. We lost 10 years of pictures, contacts, history. We trusted them with our personal informations and they screwed us out of pure incompetence. Reflection of the manager and their leadership to allow this type of service. We will be moving to a competent provider as soon as possible. But spectrum will not care... that was the reaction at the store. They told me this was my problem not theirs.
