They sold my wife a plan to cover her screen, she bought the coverage the sales girl pressured her to buy and I heard all this going down as the sale progressed... Sunday they would not help her and honor what the salesgirl Stated, the told her to leave the store don't come back,,, we have been customers since T Mobile was Nextel, The manager said i will bet my job on his sales person didn't say that... well I'm calling you out to resign before they fire you, Stupid move on a long standing customer... you run a poor store at best, Train your salespeople properly, I am seeking help from the district manager , you got me on file , he needs to contact me! read more

I would give them a 0 if I could. I went into the store because my screen went black. The manager told me he would swap it out for a new phone. I owed $100 on.my old phone so I paid it off. He said my bill would only be $5.00 more a month. Then he told me there was a promo on the watches. Free watch. So I got one. What they didn't tell me was that with the promo I would be switched to a 5GGo plan which is $90. I was paying $50. And they're charging me for 2 additional lines. They told me it would be an additional $5 a month for a line for the watch. They were not honest with me. I'm going with a different carrier when my contract expires! read more

I'm giving the store and customer service 5 stars, but would like to give T Mobile 3 stars for the odd way my account works. Went in on 9/11 in the morning with my mom so she could get a new phone and I appreciated the patience with us. She was given 100% attention and although the entire transaction took over an hour, we finally got our issues taken care of. While I was waiting for mom, I was offered a deal with my Samsung tablet, which I thought was great since I had no clue there was a promotion. I went down later and after 45 minutes of trying to get me a deal on a free tablet, it was confirmed that T Mobile has no clue how to access my account. This is for another day. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get a tablet delivered to my house to no avail. I'm waiting for customer service to call back as I type this. The mail reason I give 5 stars is because of Samantha. She isn't the type to do a cheer leading routine, but she is competent, patient and gets the job done. On this day, as I sat there just patiently waiting, another customer came in, barged right in front of me and started asking about his ring tone. I'm getting used to Villagers barging in front of me, but I don't mind because it makes me feel like I look young. Why else would this keep happening? Arguing to the point of comedy, Mr. Star Wars ring tone proceeded to yell at both of us about politics, completely unprovoked and out of the blue, insinuating that I am uneducated and need to "wake up" blah blah. I never said a word. If I was wearing a t-shirt that read "I'm a liberal tofu lover from Berkeley," I would understand. My t-shirt said "Jameson." I like Whiskey. Phone stores aren't that fun, but this location is just fine. read more

Although I've been a Tmobile customer for over 17 years, this location makes me wanna end it with them. They don't have a clue as to what they're doing, and try to make you feel inferior due to their lack and wanting. Seriously, you couldn't replace my phone because of a "crack." This store deserves no stars from the moment we walked the sales lady had an attitude. I understand you were closing in 30 minutes but the way she came out was nasty and then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted an appointment for the next day. Nope I am not going to give your store business. She was huffing about it being closing time I asked one question all she had to say was we can get your service transferred over tomorrow since it was late and we are closing. I would have understood she had poor customer service. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!! read more
