Their wonderful technician (I hope I'm using the right title for him--forgot to ask!) Michael was just at my office repairing Brother. Brother is all better now. Michael also did all the maintenance Brother needed so he will have the longest possible life. Plus he made it so I can receive incoming faxes. Everything else worked ok, but I never could get that to work, so I just gave up on it. (See...you can know a lot about peoples' inner nature just by reading these Yelp reviews :o) I am very happy about this repair visit. It was totally worth the extra money it costs to have an on-site repair done, rather than unplug all cords, lug the machine into the vehicle, and drive it 30 miles to this Brother-authorized repair place. So if you own office machines Frontier services, and are past the warranty and/or don't have an extended warranty, I would very much recommend Frontier. They are courteous, communicate clearly, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Not only that, but they actually had the part I needed for a 3-yr-old machine and didn't have to order it. All is in harmony in the office of Harmony.
