So I stopped by for my T-Mobile Tuesday gift. There's a really long line! Why? This guy made everybody sign in, wait in the queue just for all of us to get our free t-mobile gift! That's ridiculous! I don't want to stand there and talk about stuff. I usually walk in, show the app and while we're getting the stuff, they're really cool and kind of talk to you about some deals. My family switched wireless service from ATT to T-Mobile after 20+ years. While I was researching what plans were available I had previously talked to sales rep Andre H. Andre put all of my concerns at ease. I never felt any pressure. So, naturally, when I was ready to transfer service I contacted Andre. He was super friendly and helpful to my entire family. During the activation, the Store Manager (Juan), stopped by to offer assistance, showing he's not the typical retail store manager who hides in the back office. It was definitely a team environment at this T-Mobile store. All of the employees are very professional. We will definitely recommend this service team to others. read more

Very inconsiderate employees. Told me to call customer service!!! Yet I been on hold for 40 minutes!!

First and last time i will go in that store. New customer and went into this store being close to home and the service was terrible. Had it not been for the great customer service on the phone call I had with a T-Mobile representative that quickly apologized for the bad experience in the store and quickly resolved my problem I would have turned to another phone company. Can not even suggest walking into that store to anyone. read more

The vibe in this store is terrible. Some clown named George was rude and couldn't stop huffing and puffing with only three customers in the store. I happen to know another associate in the store and we conversed for a few moments. George goes," Oh you know him so.. I GUESS I can help you now." This clown still didn't help me with my insurance claim issue and had me going in circles for something his incompetent ass could of did at the store. Laziness and misery define this location so I drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Lynnhaven Mall location. This incident was back in the middle of March 2025. read more

I needed to add a member to my plan from another carrier. This can be a huge pain when you don't have the direct phone numbers and fast help. So I stopped by this T-Mobile on a Sunday morning shorty after they opened. There was no one there and we were immediately helped. It's like $30 to have in-store help for stuff like this, and it's worth it when dealing with porting phone numbers and changing from another carrier etc. The man who helped us knew the ropes and was patient with us and dealing with the (crappy) carrier my family member was switching from. It took some time and jumped through some hoops. But we were out after 30-40 minutes. This store doesn't have "public bathrooms" but the Firehouse down the way let's T-Mobile customers use theirs. Not a great customer experience considering how long some phone issues can take to resolve. They have a hallway with floor access that has bathrooms which were previously open to "the public," I mean customers. If your phone is even a couple years old they don't carry accessories like cases and protectors for them. read more

What is wrong with this place? Went here to compare deals between sprint and Verizon. No masks on employees. It was fairly full with customers. Employees at their customer service kiosks with no masks. Customers also with no masks, laughing and chatting within 2 feet of each other. It was a complete disregard for anybody's safety. Went back to sprint where everybody wore masks and respected the health and welfare of customers. Nothing more to talk about. It's happened. Maybe a public statement as to why it happened and what is being done to fix it. read more

With George expertise he had exceeded our expectations. Gave us different options on iPhones that this location had also help us to get our phone bill down with extra charges to our account we didn't need. This is my (go too) T-Mobile. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is always clean. Plenty of parking in adjacent lots. Its hard to find parking in front. Due to Covid you can call ahead and make an appointment. If you walk in, you can put your name down and wait for like 30 minutes ( outside ). they are social distancing and wearing masks and sanitizing. There are plenty of places to shop at or eat if you do have to wait. read more

Came to this location while we were in the area. We were going to switch out our phones. The member helping me instantly told me they didn't have what I want in stock. She started calling other locations and while she was on hold the manager asked what she was looking for. When she told him the item I wanted he quickly responded with 'yes we do have it'. I was very disappointed because I had been waiting for a little bit and she didn't even check the stock. There was another lady there too who did not seem to know what inventory they had either. The manager was busy taking trash out but he knew off the top of his head everything they had asked him. I really feel that when being a sales rep, you need to know your stock and inventory. I was the only person in the store too, so they weren't busy. I left disappointed but luckily I know which location to go to from here on out. read more

Nice store in a great & convenient location, in the little roundabout island area of Landstown Commons. The store is clean, bright, & white, with lots of lights and pops of the magenta color that T-mobile is known for. T-mobile has been my carrier for 10 years now (Happy Anniversary to me!) & service is great in most areas and you get the most bang for your buck, aka unlimited data plans. I also love their "jump" plan, which I've noticed more companies are converting to. (Hello to no contracts & frequent upgrades!) I've never had any issues with anyone working here; some workers are more friendly than others, but they all get the job done; over the years, I've purchased two of my phones from here, a couple of accessories, and when my 6s plus came in the mail last year, this is where I went to get it activated (and have contacts transferred.) Called this location and gave the gentleman over the phone my phone type and the type of screen I needed to see if it was in stock so I didn't waste my time or money driving to this location. He tells me that I need to come in. I tell him that I'm trying to make sure they have it in stock. He tells me they can order it for me if they don't. I informed him that I can order one online for free to my door under warranty, but I'm not trying to wait that long. He continues to tell me that I need to come into the store, even though he has all the information he needs to check and see if it's in stock. So I drive the 5 miles in hopes that it's in stock, lucky for him it was. When I get there, he takes four steps behind him in the direction he couldn't take over the phone I guess, picks it out, puts it on my phone and now there's a hair under my screen. Literally sat there for 10 while the associate attempted to look up a reciept to prove I'd already paid for screen protector so I could get a replacement WHICH is included in my insurance then told me she couldn't help me...I've never been treated like a theft before in my life at a tmobile location...I'm on vacation but I will certainly not recommend nor ever use this location again...so incredibly rude...not at all the un-carrier experience I was expecting..absolute waste of my time. read more

I have never been to this location and walked away upset. The employees are all more than helpful. I had the opportunity to speak with a young man named Shawn the last time I went here. He was outgoing, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Because I didn't bring my receipt with me, he was unable to help me with the problem that I was having, but I didn't walk away feeling like I wasted my time nor was I disappointed. The customer service is such that when you walk in and know that they have done everything they can to help you even if the outcome is not what you had hoped for...you don't walk away with a bad taste in your mouth and like you don't ever want to shop there again. This store is immaculate and well organized. The employees all seem to have good rapport with one another and often help each other if they aren't busy. read more

I was a T-Mobile customer a long time ago then after multiple deployments and living overseas I didn't have a need for a cell phone. Once we moved to Hawaii we went with AT&T only because through research we thought we could combine Direct TV and the cell phone together, nope not in Hawaii. Now living in Virginia and seeing the bill go up every month for no reason we decided to take T-MOBILE up on their offer and switch. We were basically sold from the moment we walked in. The workers are all fun and seem to enjoy their job. We walked around looking at phones even though I had no intention of changing phones. Well in order to keep mine I would've had to go to AT&T and pay it off then get it unlocked then go back to T-Mobile and go through with the switch. Well my husband's phone was a dinosaur and I wasn't sure how much longer it would hang on so we chose to both get new phones. T-MOBILE takes the amount you have remaining on the phone and as long as it's in great condition will give you half in a mobile gift card. But it's like a credit card that you can use anywhere. I had a ton of apps and pics on my iPhone so the switch was taking awhile. Finally we left and right after they called to say my phone was done. So we checked on our dogs and went back to pick it up and grab dinner. The process is easy and our bill is cheaper than AT&T. Once our phones are paid off it will be even cheaper. I haven't had any issues with data or not having a signal. Best decision we made! read more
