I emailed James on a Sunday, and although it was a weekend, James promptly answered all of my questions on the same day (and I sent him a ton of emailes), so I scheduled the service. The service tech (Anthony) called me in the morning and let me know when he would be arriving. Anthony arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed my two TVs. Anthony did an amazing job and is incredibly talented. He took time to measure every single angle and was very precise. If you need TVs installed, I highly encourage you to use Cable Connexions!

Then TOM (the SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER) the smooooooth talker (who never delivers on the CRAP he spews so do not believe him) started being a complete jerk to me when I would question the bills.(DOUG SHOULD FIRE HIM) Their only good tech left almost a year ago now. The cherry on top was when we wanted to have our website redone by them, The meeting with Doug (the owner and boss) was extremly drawn out and he constantly talked about how smart he was and how this was his company and so on and so on O and do not forget his NSA stories WHAT A JOKE, so we contiued and went and talked to Kelly (the photograher and web designer and the daughter of Doug, i think they are all related actually) she was very snouty and had some very disturbing photography on the walls of the office which made me very scared of what our website would look like(dead birds and people in bathrooms WIERD STUFF). After we left very shook up, a few WEEKS!! later we got an outrageous qoute and an invoice for Kellys time hidden amoungst other network bills. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem and told me I had to go through Apple, which I kind of expected. Even more unfortunate, the issue I'm having leaves me without a phone to use. The guy I talked to, Zach, let me borrow a phone in the meantime so I could still have a phone to use. I thought that was exceptional customer service. He really went above and beyond for me. Although he wasn't able to help me with my initial issue, Zach was able to still help me in some way. I used to use Verizon and I switched to T-Mobile because it was more affordable for me. Honestly, I'm so glad I switched because I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, especially from this location! I never got this from Verizon!
