I know what I'm getting when I go to Harbor Freight, but I just wanted to make sure this location knows that they're doing a great job staffing, and I hope they keep it up! I got the wrong item by mistake. The worker acted a little annoyed when I asked for help. she said she would watch my cart while I went back to get the item. I was surprised she didn't offer to start checking out my items. When I returned she was just chatting away with a coworker about plans outside of work. I do shop here frequently but I must say the customer service at the check out is really lacking. I am very satisfied with customer service in other parts of the store.

I was finally able to get a price on a bookcase. They have a lot of items for the Fall and Winter. Big Lots have everything from housewares to household items as well as groceries to even furniture. I have purchased a few items for my dining room as well as my hallway. I will say the doors need to be fixed. They take too long to open.
