Great experience changing carriers with Ruben Pena at the Westminster location. He was so professional and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure my phones transferred seamlessly. I set up the service at the first meeting even though I had to come back as some of my phones were not unlocked. Went in for a new business internet. All of the employees were in the back sitting down. No greeting, no smiles and walked out for the first time in 15years without the result needed. The excuse was "they changed the system" and "there's nothing we can do" I told them I just picked up a new internet box with the same issue last week for a different location we have and they still did not do anything to investigate. The biggest thing was just the low energy, no greeting and lack of trying to get to a solution. Every other location has made something happen until now. Don't go to this store. I needed to cancel my T-Mobile account, I called customer care online and they told me I needed to go to a corporate store so they can verify my ID and call the retail support line to have my account cancelled. However, when I went to this location, an employee and the "assistant manager" repeatedly insisted they could not help cancel the account and did not attempt to follow the instructions provided by customer care and instead gave me a bad attitude about it instead of helping me resolve the issue. I should also mention all 3 times I went I was never welcomed in and just given a bad attitude immediately. All of the reviews about the terrible customer service at this location are absolutely true. Unacceptable since I am a paying customer. Don't even use T-Mobile, they don't value their customers at all. read more

The worst. Entered the store and was not greeted at all. Looked for the sign in tablet kiosk thing but did not see one. Waited a long time, then one of the workers started to take peoples names down for the wait list, but she took the name down for someone who just walked through the door , did not check to see who was already waiting before that customer walked in. So then we had to wait longer, as the guy who walked in is being helped. You know these cell phone places already take a long time ... So then this guy comes out from the back, with a tablet to see who needs to get on the waitlist. When asked, his only job is to put people on the waitlist. He was missing earlier due to his lunch break. Now, I'm thinking why not just put the tablet out near the entrance for people to automatically sign in, like other places ? It would be more fair for everyone and also it would allow the employee to have a much longer lunch break. Seems like a pointless position that doesn't even need AI to replace. I been a T mobile customer for over 10 years. I just bought a new phone and went to t mobile to activate it. The sales person asked me if i was a new or existing customer. I asked why and he informed me that if i was a new customer the activation fee was $10 but if i was an existing customer the fee was $45. Went today, 12/24/25, to this location with my partner and my daughter. My partner and my daughter went into the corner of the store where the restroom were. This ASIAN with a HAT associate was in the middle of helping another customer and then he saw my partner in that corner and from across the room, he was like "SIR". He yelled across the room, then approached my partner. He then passive aggressively asked my partner "do you need something?". My partner told him, "my daughter's right here." Then he asked, "is she doing something?" And my partner said "no she's just walking" and the ASIAN associate stated "well we have access to other offices on that side". Mind you there were no signs that's no customers allowed. That was so rude to not only my partner but to the customers he was helping. He shouldn't have yelled across the room at my partner then already have an assumption that my partner was doing something bad for being in that corner. read more

We switched from ATT to T-Mobile thanks to a great promotion. The online salesman said all was done but it was far from done. I visited a T- Mobile store in another city that was not helpful at all. Decided to venture down to Westminster where an ATT and T-Mobile are in the same parking lot. Luis the store manager at T-Mobile and his staff were beyond helpful in getting the transfer complete and then again with helping me secure our transfer refund payment when it became available with a snag which Luis was able to use his knowledge and fix the issue and the refunds were then transferred to our bank. Luis also helped with some other minor issues. I definitely recommend this store for your cellular phone needs read more

Unbelievable experience. Came to get my 83 year old mother-in-law a phone. In doing so I asked about an upgrade from mine and my wife's XR. The salesperson, who was on loan from another store closed down due to a Covid outbreak, said no charge. Even swap. Just pay an activation fee. She even showed me the computer screen that showed that. I made it clear my XRs were paid off and I didn't want to have another lease. I was told total exchange. Got the business cards of Terry Ly, Retail Associate Manager, and Evelyn Lopez, store manager, in case anything was off. Got my bill. And am now paying a lease on 2 phones. Yes, there's a subsidy of about 50% but still paying. It locks me into a 2 year commitment. Stupid me. I pulled the receipts and it states the leases. 3 emails to Terry and Evelyn went unanswered. Very disappointed. Seems like T-Mobile is on the up and up. Just sad I got played like a fiddle. Thought paying full retail for mother-in-law's phone was a big enough commission. As soon an a competitor has a promotion to move my 3 phone service away I'll jump on it. read more

They are so quick, nice and helpful. The minute I walked in, I was greeted and they put me on the list and told me it would be about 15 minutes. A rep, Aaron Le came over to help me within 5 minutes. He sat with me explained everything quickly and thoroughly. I made my decision and he started the process with my prepaid extra line. It wasn't activating as quickly...so instead of sending me home to wait, he called the t-mobile hotline and had it expedited! I LOVE AARON!!! Excellent customer service! I went to a local T-Mobile store on a Saturday morning and it stated to get really busy near noon time. We were welcomed and checked in by Tuan Mai. He was absolutely amazing and had so much patience with us as we had so many questions. He was super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping us select our plan and devices. He absolutely made everything easy to comprehend and I am glad I made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile! Mind you, we were very hesitant and skeptical to make the switch but We were glad we did! My family was astonished with how thorough and thoughtful he was being while ensuring quality service. Thank you so much Tuan and T-Mobile! On another note, the store was kept tidy and was following COVID regulations. There were sanitizers everywhere and was able to maintain the occupancy inside low while allowing guests to wait outside until it was their turn. They also had a variety of accessories on display. It seems that no matter what you do or where you go T mobile will always be the low budget service providers with high cost and low customer service. I sometimes wondered why I stayed with Sprint , so long only to let sprint go because of a merger and be forced to stay with T Mobile because I haven't looked for a service provider. Most people stay with certain companies not because of service is good but because they don't want to leave a bad situation. What people forget is that everything can be solved through excellent customer service. DO PEOPLE NOT SERVICE ANYMORE? I come into the store and one person greets me but its one of those is he greeting me because he wants to or because he has too. Though there were 4 employees in conversation the stand up greeting is gone, the not wear your butt is gone the service is gone, the hospitality is gone. Companies will continue to pay people that don't deserve jobs but will work for less a job anytime. There is no quality anymore, the outstanding customer service that you use to get when business first started is gone. Its gone its done. We have the customers now less give them higher bills, terrible service and make them lesson to our date stories or regular none tmobile conversation why the store is dirty or need dusting. You go to these places now and the employees are standing around burning labor talking but yet when customers come in they try to get them in and out the store by not helping or being professional. I'm not old and I'm not young but I do miss the regular house phone, because you didn't have to go into see what your paying for. See thats the problem they don't know what their job is. Yesterday, my grandmother and I went to this store to do a few things. The first thing that we did was discussing turning my phone in and canceling on of the lines on my mother's line. With very little convincing, Tuan help me understand and realize that it would be better to pay off my phone then turn it in because it would be better for my pocket with their current promo. The second thing was creating a new plan with my grandmother. Tuan M. was a super helpful representative who went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the best deals for the cheapest price. He even translates and drew diagrams for my Vietnamese speaking grandmother so that she understood every step of the process. Needless to say, we both left the store very happy! Like most phone stores, every process takes a lot of time but I didn't mind it at all. All the employees were super chill and easy to talk to. We were laughing and making jokes with each other. If you are ever in this area and are looking for anything t-mobile related, ask for Tuan. I was kind of dreading stopping by but needed to in order to service my dads account. I had Verizon before coming in but Tuan was able to talk to me clearly about the t-mobile service. He didn't seem pushy because I didn't end up switching that day. I did eventually come back. He was very clear from the beginning to the end. Explained how the prices and early termination fee reimbursement worked. He helped me transfer everything over to my new phone. One of the managers came over during this process to check in and small talk. All in all, I'm never going anywhere else for service. Worse experience ever. Got her around 6pm in the evening 2 hours before closing. Was told there was one person in front of me but yet they kept taking people before me. When they finally got to me at 7:30 I knew exactly what I wanted to IPhones. They proceeded to tell me that they could sell me the phones but couldn't transfer my wife's data since it was after 7 pm. Even though they had me waiting for over an hour. Not once did they mention that to me as I stood there waiting with two upset and hungry toddlers. But they sure had time to sell the phones just not finish the job and expected me to come back tomorrow and wait even longer so they could finish the job. Ridiculous. Worse service ever. Avoid if possible. Employees here are rude and slow to top it off. Every time I make the mistake of coming here I regret it. The employees do not greet you until 10 minutes later or more, and they have multiple people waiting while 2 employees help 1 customer, as if there wasn't a whole line out the door waiting on them. This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Came in to switch from at&t to tmobile, the service representative had no idea what she was doing and didn't get the at&t phone unlocked before transferring and setting up new phone. Not only were we here for like 4 hrs due to her mistake, my brother was forced to buy an iphone 13 as a "loaner" phone because of the mistake they made and could no longer take his iphone back home while he waited for the 15 he ordered. Representative gave us misinformation, didn't add protection like she said she did, and lied about a 200 rebate which I know found out from customer service we don't not even qualify for. The iphone 15 that was ordered was lost in transit and due to that we are still waiting to get money back. Do not switch over, I'm ready to to back to at&t. This is horrible service. I'm paying way more than I did for at&t and customer service is awful. read more
