I mentioned that I had messaged them via Yelp for pricing & they kinda gas lighted me & said they didn't respond to me. End of this story, just walk in & ask for the price in person. I contacted my provider and because of the damage, they said an upgrade would cost me $850+ all the fees/taxes. The agent actually suggested trying to get it fixed, which I was unaware was possible. I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

I had a my LCD Screen replaced with a OEM part a few months ago but wanted a Original Apple LCD. Problem is Apple just doesn't sell the LCD Screen to the public, so you best case is to get a OEM version. Anyhow he eventually found a used Original Apple LCD for me and replaced it for me at not extra cost and gave me a free screen protector too. Didn't know service like this still existed, I was blown away like WOW. If you need your phone repaired and want honest and outstanding service, you have to come to this place.

So i called this business to ask for an estimate for a screen replacement for galaxy they told me $150 which I figured was a good price since everywhere else they were charging me 250 + ... i was busy so I had my cousin drop off my phone to them. I had no phone so my cousin had no way of getting a hold of me but I guess he was told by the same person I spoke to on the phone that they would have to replace my frame with a black instead of violet which is the color of my phone. He insisted that the violet color was an extra $100 to order. Since I couldn't pay anymore than 150 my cousin left my phone to him anyway. My phone was done the next day and my phone looks terrible. It looks like 5 year old replaced my screen and to top it off there was a tiny chip on the screenn. Also the frame wasn't even glued down properly and it's coming out of place. The screen cracked because I tried to press down lightly to get the frame to snap back into place. The glass was not worth $150 it felt like cheap plastic that looks like glass. I was never even told that the screen wouldn't be fingerprint compatible. My phone stopped charging because this man told my friend to make sure to have the phone with a case because the frame and the back/battery were not properly installed. As of today my phone no longer charges and the screen won't turn on it's completely dark. Also when i turned my phone on some of the settings were changed which means they must've went thru my phone (we will get to that later) .... I contemplated a few days if I should go speak to this person and explain to him what happened he could maybe replace my screen and this time with the original colored frame without the extra charge instead as soon as I began explaining to him he cut me off and said there was nothing he can do and that they didn't do refunds I tried to tell him that I was told one thing and then was told another and that the quality of the screen he installed was not good. He lied and said he had told me over the phone that the screen was after market. He never mentioned any of this otherwise I wouldn't have gone to him. Why would I agree to pay that much money for a cheap ass screen and a different color frame. ? He kept saying that he had proof that he did inform me of this and he said he would pull up his landline to show me the phone call where he stated this. I told him I would love to hear it and then he begins to cuss me out telling me to get the fuck out of his store and as I'm walking out he begins to charge at me and tells me to come back and fight him. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this guy really was treating me this way because I questioned his work which was not worth the money I paid. Then as I'm driving home my phone that he fixed completely blocks my network and won't read my SIM card or eSIM. I can almost guarantee he had a way to access my phone and since he was mad he made sure I could never use my phone again. And if he did that to me I can only imagine how many people he has done this too. He probably stores everyone's data from their phone. To anyone thinking of going here please don't. Idk how this guy is still in business he is no professional whatsoever. If you need a screen replacement your best bet would be to buy the stuff off Amazon and try to do it yourself I guarantee you can do a better
